Angels help us to see the Magic in today's opportunity

 As we REMIND our Selves to LOOK UP and to the Angels...and BREATHE  -  during small hardships and also during extraordinary problems...we find our Selves feeling more GROUNDED. 

THAT'S RIGHT! 

I know it seems very counter-intuitive as we have been told time and again to FOCUS ON ONE STEP AT A TIME TO GO FORWARD.  In fact I quote that all the time and it's TRUE. 

However, consider BEFORE we take a step we take a beat and look up.  As we look up we take a VERY deep breath in and exhale slowly through your mouth.  I like to bring my lips together a little bit and blow a little more forcefully although slowly while envisioning all negative thoughts, negative feelings, confusion, overwhelm and in general ...'busy head syndrome' (as I call it)...is being washed away.

After a minute of this (this doesn't take long so you can do it often throughout your daily) you might say as I do; 

'Angels, please guide me.  I don't know what my next step is.  I have an idea of what some different steps I might take are ... but I'm not sure what is the RIGHT one to do FIRST.  Please give me some direction by letting me FEEL which one is 'most right' at this time..which resonates most strongly. 

Also...I don't know what to SAY when I get there. Please give some direction and SPEAK THROUGH ME ...tell me what to say and keep it simple (as you do). 

Thank you Angels'

You will find at this point as you maintain your breathing that you have a sense of calm...of peace and stability.   You see that you are holding a beautiful crystal sphere which is filling you with positivity and continuing to draw out any and all negativity.  Within this sphere is the reflection of Pure Spirit....GROUNDED SPIRIT.  YOU. 

You feel secure and can feel your Angels guiding you on your simple path. 

You can move forward when the time is right knowing you are surrounded by your Angels. 

You are free to receive all positive opportunities which will lead you forward  on your Powerful Path.

Do what is RIGHT not because it's EASY...YOU KNOW WHY?

 WHY? 

It's just that when you DO WHAT'S RIGHT you have the Distinct PRIVILEGE of meeting and connecting with others who have chosen this path. Very cool. It's so amazing to meet and connect with others who also choose to do the 'right thing'

Easy is good...for those who choose it. Way ya go. it's all good. Do that. (sometimes...*** 'Easy definition' is also a slippery slope...WHEN there is not the focus on Good) ...let's get to that...

huh...so where are we?

it's different. Both are good. 

Both of these areas are subjective and (somewhat may) contain judgement. (right & easy)

Which in my world...in 'my daily' as I like to say....I strive to ensure that 'judgement' has no place in my life as after all...I live in (as they say) ....'a glass house'. Angels!! Ensure that All feel loved and supported! C'mon!! 

HERE'S THE THING...YA ready? 'What is right' looks differently to everyone...based on current life experience, frame of reference and also with the folks I am blessed to connect with ...past and current life experience. 

So....do what's right. RIGHT. for you...as you resonate with it. Only you know what is 'right' for you and your relationships in your own circle and ...that is SO GOOD. 

EASY...IS being GOOD with what resonates with you RIGHT NOW. AND with your Circle. 

RIGHT...Is being GOOD with what resonates with you RIGHT NOW. AND with your Circle. 

so...

I guess we're GOOD...and RIGHT...we get to take the EASY path...because we have so many others cheering us on!

however, you MUST BELIEVE IN PERseverance and to have that .... you must COMMIT

CAN you. Many people canNOT . but wait....we are seeing that Many people CAN. they are to be Recognized. well done. 

However we are finding out as we go along that 'Doing the daily'....sometimes the drudgery of it all IS WHAT makes you.  

what????!!! the drudgery is WHAT MAKES YOU? 

Hard to believe?  Well, be that as it may (as my Nana always said)...it's true.

All is well - that's it.  Keep believing even if it means (or feels like)  'daily drudgery' ... for now.  Suck it up and KNOW that YOU are on your way.

Angel Freedom 2023

 

We have learned MUCH over our lives...and ongoing.  Thank you Angels. 

If it's one thing I have learned personally it is just that....when I think I am 'stuck' in a cage then the Angels will lift me up and open the door. I am free ....to new opportunities and new people around me that also lift me up. 

The thing is...it has never happened when I wanted it to.  I have always had to wait....and that has been tough. 

But not as tough as some have it. I get it. still....

I needed to 'hold the note'....keep the faith....

and then (what I call) 'light switch moment' happens.  It's just that when the Angels are at work for us they work on DIVINE TIMING....not ours....unfortunately as I have felt many times. 

HOWEVER....WHEN (not IF ... but WHEN) that light switch moment happens?  iT is AMAzing. 

AND allows us to KEEP THE FAITH and the HOPE alive for the next time.  

We got this

Together with our Angels. 

Keep the faith. Feel the hope.

Angel messages are like 'balloons'

 the thing is it's true.  C'mon stay with me here. I know how it sounds...gimme a minute k

Our Angel messages come thru to us like beautiful gifts, inspirations....Challenges sometimes uh oh.  It's ok, when that happens they are also there. **they never 'deliver a challenge' without also making the COMMITMENT to back you up in your new endeavour. 

it's good. 

balloons are light. they represent fun and 'LIGHT spirited Energy'. Ok, I'll tell you this...every morning when I was in high school I would draw a bunch of balloons in the corner of each page of my notes. 

It's important to me even now to recognize that LIGHT Energy is all around us.  

So are Angel messages. That's just how it is. 

Love it. Believe it. It's ALL GOOD. 

Next time you see a balloon...?

KNOW that this powerful POsitive Angel ENERGY is with you.

FOCUS ON the FORWARD! BE in the NOW as you allow your Angels to bring you Forward.

WHO navigates a boat this way? .... by looking BEHIND. Who would confidently STARE at the wake the boat leaves BEHIND and feel that the boat was headed in the right direction? 

No one.  Not when they were navigating a boat. Heck no.  Why? 

Well, that boat is going to most likely run into the opposite shore...run aground....STUCK.  This could EASILY have been avoided...IF ONLY ....THE NAVIGATOR turned around FROM what has past and looked FORWARD. 

So I think most people are getting my analogy here.  

you are the Navigator of your life.  and many (maybe not you...well...maybe not all the time) of us spend at least some time looking BACK.  

WHY. 

Never mind. Get busy in the NOW.  THIS is where the amazing connections are to be made...with other people, with Nature...with powerful and positive opportunities to make AMAZING MEMORIES NOW.  

Ok, I hear you. This can be tough. We Know how the past has played out and sometimes are feeling daunted and do NOT KNOW HOW to look forward. 

questions we ask at this point; look forward to what? what would that look like? what would be on my list? ....just....stay open!  to looking forward. you don't need to have a plan.  just raise your hope and openness to it. believe. 

Believe me if you do that! Your Angels will hear you. They will (*eventually ...BELIEVE ME I KNOW.)..provide what I call a 'lightswitch moment'...where there has been no solution, there is no opportunity, there is no answer, there are no glimmers and then BAMMMMMM... the answer.  THEY DECIDE when it comes. and when it does it is awesome.  

**there are small answers along the way also and it is up to YOU to recognize them. (*just an Angel aside)

BELIEVE.  keep believing. 

**Warning**As long as you are looking back there is no hope and so there is no Angel connection. Period. sooo........

As you MOVE FORWARD...Keep in mind ok?  no need to LOOK back.  so much is to be gained by having a glance right now...forward (just hold the note of hope and positivity)..HOLD...wait a minute stay fixated...it's worth it. 

Love you all and so do your Angels....they are with you - let them assist you in the navigation...but LOOK FORWARD. BE in the now as you allow your Angels to bring you Forward. 

Enjoy the view. FIXATE ON THE FORWARD.  They got you.

YEAH...you CAN! We can ALL do MORE that what we think we are CAPABLE OF.....DO IT! ONE step at a time.

That's right.  WE can.   you can.  yes you can. 

See...we ALL have this internal dialogue in our head.  Sometimes it's Higher Self  - many more times it's our Lower Self talking especially if our Life Force Energy is low (this can 'beat up' our emotions and thoughts and also physical Self) so sometimes all we hear in our head is .... the 4 big Energy Blockers as I refer to them *Fear, Doubt, Worry and Guilt.  

This will bring us to a point where we FEEL COMPLETELY UNABLE to take steps forward (for a million and one reasons) believe me Lower Self and 'beat up' thoughts and emotions have NO END to the reasons why we CANNOT do something. 

Thing is....where we MIGHT go? (if it resonates with you) together with your Angels...is your INNER Conversation - this can be redirected ok? 

Sample Conversation

Inner thought:  I can't go to the gym today (can't complete the to-do list I have, don't want to take on a new project/ FINISH a current project....and so on)

Logical thought/retort:  why not

Inner thought (probably Lower Self):   a) I don't want to  b)I'm too tired  c)I don't have time. d)I am too busy.  e) I'll go tomorrow.  f) ad nauseam....need I go on. 

Logical thought/retort:  TRAINED AND TAKES PERSEVERANCE TO HAVE THIS....YOUR answer INTERNALLY is 

"Duly noted Lower Self HOWEVER I AM doing it anyway". 

Put your shoes on and GO.  DO. 

YOUR Higher Self and LIFE FORCE Energy will increase exponentially.  **You will NOT feel this for the first 20/30 minutes of your endeavour however BELIEVE me the AFTER effects only SPUR you on for more EMPOWERING thoughts and Actions.

The thing is the quote is so true in the pic...we are ALL so capable of so much more.  in so many different areas and aspects of our life.  Let's do it.  

Together with our Angels as we hear our Higher Self thoughts and their BOSSY MESSAGES to just GET going.

Done. Let's go.

Hello Angels...are you there?

 Angels?

Is  AnyOne there? 

Hello?

Many times when we feel like we are all alone...it can be SO difficult to ASK for help.  YES we Wonder if other people are there for us...if our Angels are there for us...and sometimes all we hear are 'crickets'.  

ACTUALLY (at least in my experience in connecting with the Angels) I find that it is ME who has to DIAL the phone.  

**Some people (many actually!) over the years have asked me 'how do you know which Angel is picking up your call?'. 

I don't care....as long as someone 'picks up the line'...I am good. You see when  I am feeling 'low' then I simply talk in my head to my Angels...some people call this praying and sometimes I do too but many times I simply talk to my Angels in my head.  It helps me to breathe easier and feel secure.  I call it 'reaching for the phone'....hello?  

They always answer.  Your Angels love you, 

and so do I.

YOU are SAFE

A very strong, gentle and yet persistent message from our Angels - You are safe.

They are with you all the time. Ironically, there are MORE Angels around you just when you feel there are NO Angels around you.

Just when you feel like there is never going to be an end to the feelings of despair, hopelessness, frustration, hurt, aloneness...is generally the timing that your Angels are most able to reach you. Feel that hand on your shoulder or the warmth on one side of your body or even a brush on your cheek? Do you see a spark dart in the air in your peripheral vision? Did you find a penny or a dime? 

These are all ways in which our Angels race around trying to give us our own personal signs and symbols that THEY ARE HERE - WITH YOU. “Hello???? We are here!!!”

When times get tough, tense, dicey etc. envision your Self as a spectator of your own Life Path. 

Allow your Angels to guide you, to ‘set the scene’ for you so you are able to be at your best, for your Self and others. Stop trying to stay ‘one step ahead of the game’. Stop planning every single second.

Stop reliving the past and START LETTING YOUR ANGELS BRING THE VERY BEST OF SITUATIONS TO YOU. GET OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BRING YOU WHAT YOU NEED.

And listen to their guidance. When they are urging you to rest? rest.....play? play......work? work!

Follow their lead and KNOW that they are working overtime to make sure you and your loved ones are safe and provided for.

Say thank you to your Angels today as you assure them that you KNOW they are there for you and you FEEL their presence.
Let them Shine on you today. You deserve it.

LET your Angel Team 'draw out' any negativity

Today the Angels are asking us to allow all negativity to be drawn out of us. In allowing them to assist us in this way, they are able to uncover the positivity that is a part of our very Soul to shine outwardly. 

We will have a chance to get a better hold on our actions and observations and thereby be able to take a strong hold on our whole Path forward.

Let’s start with a small visualization. Visualize an opening in our Self where the Angels are allowed to get into and work their magic and healing abilities. Through this opening in our energetic field they are able to draw any negativity away from us. Through this process we are working hand in hand with our Angel Team to ensure that any negativity that gets past our Divine Shield can be taken immediately from us thanks to our synergy with our Guarding Angels.

Visualize Angel light flowing into our personal energy field and surrounding us in Archangel Raphael’s circle of green healing energy. As his Healing energy continues to course through and around us, any energy that is negative, obstructive or does not serve us well is simply dissipated and the residue of this energy is cleansed away. Imagine that this exit point for negative, harmful energy can be left open so that only the Angels can have access to it. 

As we go through our day spreading our Light, if there is any harmful energy that is attracted to us, with the help of our Angel Team this energy simply passes directly through us or around us and so is not able to take hold and diminish our positive energy in any way.

So today, let Archangel Raphael heal and cleanse away any negativity from you - and leave you full of positive, shining bright thoughts and actions to hold dearly to your Self and to share with others.

HOLD ON TO YOUR DREAM!

Hold on to your dream
If you have a dream....then it is yours to hold on to. Don’t let it go. Don’t let it fade away. Hold it up there and out there for everyone to see! YOU have to be able to see and feel and examine and appreciate and get accustomed to your dream being a daily part of YOU. It is real. It is palpable.

Do you remember a dream you used to have...YEARS AGO! DECADES back....well, start clearing away the rubble, reach way down and RESURRECT that dream! It IS YOURS and you have every right to it. Once it is dusted it off, you will find that you have every bit the connection to it that you had before....dialling back through the years - this dream rekindles the spark and fire within you that you have not seen or felt for a long while....this dream is worth holding on to - hold on tight.

This dream....has it manifested yet? or is it still in ‘dream form’? Are there steps that have led you closer to it? Maybe. Will there be more steps shown to you that will lead you even closer?

ONLY IF YOU ALLOW YOUR SELF TO SEE, FEEL AND HOLD ON TIGHT TO YOUR DREAM every day. It IS a part of you. Your dream was placed within you for a reason. Your Angel Team have given you this dream and they will give you the steps, opportunities, ‘chance encounters’ that will lead you closer to achieving it.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO KNOW ‘the how’! HOW will I achieve this? HOW will I ever be able to raise enough money/influence/ talent/confidence to GET there?

WHAT IS MY PLAN?
No. 
no plan. Just believe.

Believe that your dream was given to you - for a reason. So, if there is any ‘plan’ at all...
Your plan is to BELIEVE in you.
HOLD on to your dream.
I believe I will.
and I believe in you....and even and more importantly?  
Your ANGELS believe in you.

Do you feel like you should be making some changes in your life? Do you feel from time to time that there is a specific change you could make that may significantly change your life for the better? Do you feel that there is some kind of a gateway that you are ‘supposed to’ go through in order to continue on your next path, your very successful pathway, your intended path ....and yet in order to get there you must make a some changes in your daily life?

Sometimes the only thing holding us back from making these changes is not fully believing in our Selves enough to have the courage to make those changes. A lack of self confidence and a wavering in faith might be diluting our ability to have the inner strength to ‘stick to ‘ these changes and to be able to accept the new opportunities that appear and to make the best of them when they do. OH! SO many questions! So many doubts! So many anxieties! Such a ‘busy head’ thinking of what may happen this way, what may happen that way, what may happen if we don’t, if we do....ENOUGH!

All of this ‘thinking nonsense’ is just that - nonsense! It is in effect your ego/lower Self trying to sabotage your progress forward for whatever reason. So when the questions start....acknowledge them for what they are (impediments on your journey forward) and go with your inner instinct...follow it where it is guiding you.

Your Angel Team is communicating with you and subtly guiding you forward by filling you with these feelings/intuitions that will urge you to make the changes necessary to open new opportunities and pathways. Trust in their full and total support of your decisions and allow your Self to feel the CONFIDENCE they bring forward within you.

Feel the fullness of your confidence unfold as they beam their beautiful Divine Golden Light through your Self and Spirit and let that Angel glow carry you forward to the changes that you can make confidently now that you know your Angel Team is with you on this - fully and whole heartedly!

Beautiful Nature. Keep it SIMPLE!

We have heard it time and again... (I have SAID it time and again!) ... to go outside.

There is a simplicity and also (clearly) an intrinsic beauty ... in Nature.

That being said.....WE DON'T GO OUTSIDE ENOUGH!   In some cases, at all.  I do remember a number of years back where we had an especially 'poor' winter season here (at the time I was in London, Canada) and it was -33Celcius *windchill EVERY SINGLE DAY for 3+ weeks.

and please do forgive me if you are reading this from 'colder clime's' !!  However, I remember that I was at work and my client was remarking on how COLD it was outside...and I said...'Is it??'

You see, at the time I was living in a high rise and would take the elevator down to my car and then take the elevator up to my work (from the underground parking) ....and I HAD DONE THIS FOR WEEKS!

So, I KNOW of what I SPEAK!  Regardless of the weather...we need to get outside.  It is healing and it is grounding.  I will go even further to note that spending 20-30 minutes a day outside is the equivalent of receiving a full Reiki session!  (*Now, you can do BOTH....and feel like a Superhero! LOL)  Seriously tho, just get outside!!

With regards to our picture...?   The real beauty in the world is in Nature and it is all around us.

We need to NOTICE the things around us.  The trees, the flowers, the birds...NOTICE.

Also, notice the NATURAL in other people.  Notice the beauty in a smile, common pleasantries, 'a courtesy wave' from another driver when you let them in (THE BEST!) and just...a kind word.

Beauty and kindness are all around us (and within us) ALL THE TIME.

SERIOUSLY can life be this easy?
Can we REALLY just SHIFT our minds, our perspectives....our reality to include the fact that...THIS IS ALL WE NEED.

NOW...(needle scratch off the record)....while the picture may depict that LOVE comes from a romantic relationship....this is NOT where it begins...or even where it may end up. While you may already be IN a romantic relationship or if you aspire or are yearning for one...NEVER MIND....**SO MANY SOULMATE RELATIONSHIPS are possible and probable within EVERY life path....HOWEVER (were your waiting for that?  (*I love doing that!)  A soulmate relationship will NEVER happen for you ....(drrrrr harsh! but true) ... if you do not already love your Self completely. NOW...

do we love our Selves 100% of the time....ish, it's tough!! and in my world...I live on an 80/20 perspective...(#keepsmereal)  Sorry, I live with teenage boys, all good!! haha!!

Please ALSO hear me when I say that when I mean HOME....I MEAN 'within'. 

WE MUST love our SELF. Period. 

When we are able to love our Self, respect our Self, appreciate our Self and HONOUR our SELF....then ALL THINGS in every area of our life becomes easier...simpler...MORE ENJOYABLE. 

Simple as that? YES!  

GET started today and FIND ONE THING every day that you really LOVE about your Self.

Time for a change?

What did you want to learn....way back when....before things got really crazy busy and your mind had time to wander?
What did you want to study...or create...or be a part of a team on?  Is it a hobby? or a course? or a sporting activity?

Sometimes, life slows down or changes just subtly enough....or DRASTICALLY and ABRUPTLY...regardless of how it is happening - this can be a very real way for your Angels to connect with you.   Very often this is a way that your Angels are urging you to 'pick up your life again'!  Find ways in which to honour yourself and your inner child and your curious side and your 'need to know more information' side.

Take this time to 'get back to being you'.
Who is this person....'you'?   Well, know you have some time to find out.  Allow yourself to be curious and explore your neighbourhood ... and your online neighbourhood and see which articles or events catch your attention.  GO TO THEM!  Reach out to other people who have like minded interests.  Make new friends while keeping up with the 'old' friends (ONLY the fun ones!)

Allow yourself some time to ease into this NEW way of being, of thinking, of acting, of exploring --- of learning to live again!  Have fun with it, honour yourself always and enJOY!
