The ANGELS!! THEY are SHOUTING at you! Can you hear them??!!

 Honestly. 

WHAT do they have to do to get your attention?

I posted this picture BECAUSE CLEARLY...you understand immediately that they are here. You (and I) see these Angel wings as a symbol. Clear as day. good. happy. 

Sometimes they are not as clear...not as simplified and EASILY recognizable . REST ASSURED....

believe. 

they are there. they are here. they are with you ...always. 

They, many times come in 'strange' ways...'round the corner' ways.

The ways where you catch your Self saying after the fact....wait a minute...whoa...ok. thanks. In the words that others share with you in casual conversation, a random phone call, a news snippet or something you see in social media that is positive and affirming...

and sometimes it feels like someone has their hand on your shoulder....for me it feels like a hand on my upper back between my shoulder blades...I know they are there. 

And MANY TIMES....it can feel like they are NOT WITH me.  I don't see anything 'magically' happening in my pathway or in 'my daily'. I don't FEEL any hand on my shoulder or back but

I STILL KNOW that I WILL feel this. and therefore I am able to continue to put one foot in front of the other to get through the 'crazy'...they are still watching out for me that's why I am still able to put one foot in front of the other...ok , good. got it. 

ok. are we good? Your ANGELS  are with you whether you can feel them, hear them or see them. 

BUT!!! pay attention to phone calls and people offering to help  AND  REACH out to ask for help. BIG DEAL guys.

DEVELOPING YOUR INTUITION PART THREE 3. Claircognizance-InnerKnowing. *YOU IN?

 

Paying attention…

Claircognizance - Inner knowing - don’t ignore it…your ‘knee-jerk reactions’ ….your eye glance to the umbrella at the door….

and most times we ignore that...and later it rains. YES. it can be simple things and then it can also be ...inner knowings like 'I don’t want to be here in this situation'…uncomfortableness (at best)  drrrrr….but then 

People who are intuitive develop the knee jerk response to certain situations where they may feel  inner 'head talk'...questions or uncomfortable feelings. THIS IS WHEN the 20 questions step in a small way sometimes.  We will talk much more about these questions and how to navigate as we progress. 

When different or difficult situations are presented to you...The Intuitive people who are connected (and KNOW that they are)  KNOW THAT THEY CAN connect with their Claircognizance will have ‘almost’ an immediate reaction (however it can also take a minute so allow your Self to pause in your step and your speech)….

And then say ‘That’s interesting and thank you.  I need to sit with this and see if it RESONATES…can I get back to you?’

**Sometimes Claircognizance KICKS IN right away and your INNER KNOWING tells you what the answer is immediately…and sometimes as we say - 

‘I need to see if it resonates’.  

*Not unlike a boiling kettle or percolating coffee pot The answer needs some time to gets to its destination.  The answer comes through Claircognizance (gut feeling/inner knowing) - give it some time. 

The questions you ask your Self ?

Please understand as I always go in to ’20 Question mode’ when working with the Angels and also Intuition

-is this the right thing? *gut feeling please kick in!  Yes or no. (In my experience, if it feels like the ‘wrong’ thing for my path I’ll know immediately. If it is the right thing then I would feel an excitement or potentially and more often nothing (but not foreboding) and so there were no ‘warning signs’ claircognizantly. That’s a ‘go ahead’ in my experience.

-how does this make me feel? Happy or worried. 

So for this we are clearly taking about EMOTIONS which is different from our previous question when we were asking our Claircognizance to connect with our HEAD space - what makes sense Logistically. 

Now we are talking about FEELINGS.  

(*sometimes I have been worried emotionally however the answer I also have received is that for now this is the right thing - I can always ‘check in’ later)

-overall, in this decision when I picture ‘a day in the life of’…am I able to breathe deeply and still feel this is good for the moment. 

*any decision we make can and will always be ‘ever flowing and always evolving’.  We can always do our best and as well more easily when we are connected Intuitively…and for those who this resonates with also with our Angels.

The THING is....this is incredibly important in 'our daily' 

Where is your Emotional Energy at...what is going in...what is going out?  The thing IS...my 'daily' needs to be assessed on an ongoing basis.  

Listen, I...like MANY of the amazing people I have been blessed to know...make it a priority to SHINE out to others. 

Some times I fall short. Some times, some days I fall WAY SHORT! lol....but it is still my intention. 

C'mon guys, you get it. MOST DAYS when your intentions are good then you are able to make 'some kind'  of help to others.  

From an Energy perspective...AND an Angel perspective...understand that YOU...ARE in a vehicle. An Emotional, Mental and Physical Energetic Vehicle.  More than likely, if you are continuing to read on then you are an Old Soul. 

You already understand that for your Vehicle (your triangle...your thoughts, feelings and physical Self) to be in alignment...you need to share more with others. 

Share more of your thoughts and actions with your community. 

As we share...then others will share and so on and so on.  

Share openly, often and LOUDLY with others. Share your FULL heart. 

know why? 

Then YOUR HEART (and your mental, emotional and physical Self) GROWS STRONGER. 

Every One wins.

and yes...I'm talking to you. big sigh....avoiding eye contact....it's just that...

You know what guys? YOU KNOW that a certain sparkle is dwindling. 

A certain "yup....ANOTHER DAY. " 

just saying...THAT'S ON YOU.  you own this behaviour, mindset, inner thoughts and so on. The best thing is that you can hear this Angel message and FEEL them working through you, with you.  They are guiding you....and it is up to you to HEAR it and SHARE your Sparkle. 

After all....you are you. and you are BRILLIANT. 

C'mon. you know you are. take a minute and breathe (deep breath).... HEAVY breath out. 

feel your strength. ... in little and tiny steps forward. this is the best way.

Yessss!!! That's Right. Angel Guardian. uh huh. EVERY DAY.

 

AND...Angel Guardian this CAN be (very often ) what they look like. They are with you. Very unassuming. 

SO UNASSUMING in that you may 'miss them' or Ignore them...but they are with you. 

Quietly sharing Strength, Confidence and just an overall feeling of Wellness. 

While we are 'in our Daily'...we don't very often feel this but....LOOK UP ...Look around ...there are people around you who are ALSO sharing and shining....and feeling. 

Hey...you do you.  BUT

KNOW that your Angels are also SHINING DOWN your way. Feel it. 

and if you don't believe it. 

that's ok. because you know what?  

THEY DO. BELIEVE IN YOU.  

so.....

Do what is RIGHT not because it's EASY...YOU KNOW WHY?

 WHY? 

It's just that when you DO WHAT'S RIGHT you have the Distinct PRIVILEGE of meeting and connecting with others who have chosen this path. Very cool. It's so amazing to meet and connect with others who also choose to do the 'right thing'

Easy is good...for those who choose it. Way ya go. it's all good. Do that. (sometimes...*** 'Easy definition' is also a slippery slope...WHEN there is not the focus on Good) ...let's get to that...

huh...so where are we?

it's different. Both are good. 

Both of these areas are subjective and (somewhat may) contain judgement. (right & easy)

Which in my world...in 'my daily' as I like to say....I strive to ensure that 'judgement' has no place in my life as after all...I live in (as they say) ....'a glass house'. Angels!! Ensure that All feel loved and supported! C'mon!! 

HERE'S THE THING...YA ready? 'What is right' looks differently to everyone...based on current life experience, frame of reference and also with the folks I am blessed to connect with ...past and current life experience. 

So....do what's right. RIGHT. for you...as you resonate with it. Only you know what is 'right' for you and your relationships in your own circle and ...that is SO GOOD. 

EASY...IS being GOOD with what resonates with you RIGHT NOW. AND with your Circle. 

RIGHT...Is being GOOD with what resonates with you RIGHT NOW. AND with your Circle. 

so...

I guess we're GOOD...and RIGHT...we get to take the EASY path...because we have so many others cheering us on!

Angel Freedom 2023

 

We have learned MUCH over our lives...and ongoing.  Thank you Angels. 

If it's one thing I have learned personally it is just that....when I think I am 'stuck' in a cage then the Angels will lift me up and open the door. I am free ....to new opportunities and new people around me that also lift me up. 

The thing is...it has never happened when I wanted it to.  I have always had to wait....and that has been tough. 

But not as tough as some have it. I get it. still....

I needed to 'hold the note'....keep the faith....

and then (what I call) 'light switch moment' happens.  It's just that when the Angels are at work for us they work on DIVINE TIMING....not ours....unfortunately as I have felt many times. 

HOWEVER....WHEN (not IF ... but WHEN) that light switch moment happens?  iT is AMAzing. 

AND allows us to KEEP THE FAITH and the HOPE alive for the next time.  

We got this

Together with our Angels.

Hello...how's it going? would you like a cup of coffee...C'mon join the Angels...

 It's just that whether it's a cup of coffee...or tea...or juice...or water...WHATEVER IT IS...it's just that globally we are looking for a quiet moment, some communion and to know that WE are ALL the Same. 

C'mon.  YOUR cup of coffee....MY cup of coffee looks like this....what do ANGEL CUPS of coffee look like...guess what side of the table your Angels are on? 

Yeah that's right! THEY will Pour cup after cup after cup as THEY RECOGNIZE that this is ALL we ALL want. 

A cup of hot something and a hug and a friend to share with....to begin our WONDER FULL day. 

Know that our Angels are thinking of us all individually. 

Know that our Angels are thinking of us collectively as a whole. 

KNOW THAT our Angels are ensuring that as we enjoy our cup of coffee that we are shining hugs, Angel Light, thoughts and prayers to ALL globally.

Meet your Guardian Angel...or at least ONE of them.

 That's RIGHT!  This is how their 'day' is spent...their TIME with you...always around you...looking, watching, sharing love...do you feel it? 

**I say 'their day' because you have many Guardian Angels....and Parenting and Mentoring Archangels....however I digress...

the thing is...do you FEEL them working with you? 

Ok, so many times we DON'T ... we are unaware. that's ok (from their perspective). Whether we recognize them or not has NOTHING TO DO WITH THEIR AGENDA. Correct. 

They have one. An Agenda that is.   It is to look after you.  Does it feel like that? 

Ok...again, so many times it does not.  It's just that....really, we only think of them many times when we are in trouble and wonder where they are when we are 'in strife' or in times of struggle or in pain or in grief or trauma.  

And THAT IS why they 'HOLD THE NOTE' for us ALL the time.  

Because THEY DON'T HAVE TO 'reset the connection' with us when we ask. They have been there the whole time. 

Cool. 

So ask. Many people don't.  Many people I have had the pleasure to connect with over the last 20+ years still don't know how to ASK for help. 

Help is there.  Even if you don't need help at this time PLEASE RECOGNIZE that you can ask for help for others. 

*However PLEASE DO recognize....that the stronger YOU (personally) ARE  Angelically and Energetically...the MORE you are able to be there for others. 

You always have a direct line to your Angels. 

Everyone does.

Where are YOUR Angel wings....well? wow...where do we start?!

 Okay HEAR me out here.  Do you have wings? YES ABSOLUTELY 100%.  ....but do you really?

There are a few different 'LEVELS' we are talking about when the Angels are speaking to us who have our BOOTS ON THE GROUND. 

For those New/Newer Souls of course you have (we ALL do) have our Angels wings AROUND US....they always have our back...they are always surrounding us with protection that is....for those who know how to ask for it.  *Simple...just ask them...in your mind. They are there. 

For the Older Souls...well you KNOW. You have been sharing Angel Energy and wisdom for a TIME. The thing is when you are actually connected with the 15 Archangels...then you absolutely feel your Wings. 

but C'mon it's a BIG DEAL that WE all have WINGS .... that is, we all have Wings available to us when we need them (which hopefully is often! ) 

New/newer Souls can 'call in' Energy whenever they need it (as long as they believe).  Any and EVERY time you extend Angel Energy (healing, love, empathy, compassion)...then you are sharing Angel Energy. Feel your Wings. 

YOU (at this point) ARE the 'boots on the ground' to share this Energy on behalf of the Angels. Believe me...they thank you.

Do you feel it? Do you Feel your Wings? 

*Quick share .... I personally don't feel it every moment because I get 'caught up' sometimes in 'the daily'...but my Angels are quick to ignite my 'knee jerk reaction' to catch my Self and set me on the high road...with an ENERGY RESET. 

IT'S a big Deal to Energy Reset so we can feel the Angel Wings around us and BELIEVE. C'mon guys. 

BELIEVE.  

Share some good Energy. Be that. and FEEL the Angel wings around you.

we need to give from our SOUL SELF. our Hara.  This is the small circle of Self that lives within our core.  Our Hara. 

**Energetically this is the part of us that holds all of our Wisdom and Strength.  Our Sense of Self ,our Strength of Spirit...this bit of our Self represents and HOLDS our Inner Strength (for this life and *in some cases many past lives)....for the Old Souls. 

What does this mean?  YOUR Soul Path purpose is to GIVE . share. care. learn. teach. be compassionate. be kind. BE COMPASSIONATE. *can't share this enough. 

Being an old soul comes with guidelines. do this and be rewarded. in what way? 

in many.

Angels watching over us...always

 It's just that...they ARE. Whether we realize it or not...they are there - with us, for us and all around us. 

Sometimes it doesn't feel like that.  I get it and more importantly THEY GET IT.  still....

it's MOST important that YOU get it.  Do you? 

They are always sending love, strength of Spirit, support, wisdom and HEALING Energy out to all. Do we always feel it? Well? ...ok, sometimes we don't feel it 'in the moment' but it is UP TO US to 'keep the dream alive'....keep the inner flame burning and BELIEVE.  

EVEN if we don't 'feel them' with us in the moment....they are there.  TRUST.  They will show you in some way, somehow AS LONG AS you keep believing.  Keep your actions for your Self and others 'true' as your Angels would have you do. 

Your Angels are the Archangels of course but your Guiding Angels and Guardians are also your Ancestors in some cases and also loved ones who have passed and continue to guide and love you along your journey...they are by your side. 

Keep believing.  Feel them with you every step, every breath....feel comforted and supported. 

Your Angels - ALL OF THEM - love you ...love them back by believing. 

Take a DEEP BREATH in....and exhale out.

Angel Healing from my garden! Thank you Nature Angels

Sooooo…this is year 2 in vegetable gardening together with the Nature Angels and I see so many analogies playing out once again this year!

So I planted just a few days ago so everything is very small, weak and just beginning their growing phase.

It is a time for much support and a need for the appropriate basic requirements being met.

So I checked up on my very new garden last evening and…one of the pepper plants was ‘down’. *it was still fine …just not able to stand on its own.

So I found a small branch on my lawn that had blown down from one of the last storms and stuck that in the ground beside it and bound them together. Together they will make something great this season…

it’s just that sometimes when you get knocked down you can help someone else…and sometimes ‘when you are down for the count’ you still have a lot more to give…but are need of some help.

Thanks Nature Angels for always teaching me something and reinforcing many things.

Giving help where and when needed and receiving in the same Energy. All good.

Whoa!!! IT'S all About the LIGHTHOUSE. SHINE out hope.

 

The thing is...I have been sharing for years about the 'Lighthouse Effect'. yup...it's a REAL thing. 

This particular pic is of course Peggy's Cove Nova Scotia. My second son was born in Halifax and I had the definitive pleasure of driving out (20mins from our home at the time) to this lighthouse on Sundays when my husband was home with the two boys where I was able to enjoy a quick lunch  at the diner...and a BREATHE!!!!  AWEmazing. 

I recognize that some of the people that I connect with for sessions...some...are in 'the lighthouse effect'. 

These folks much like mySelf  are focused on SHINING OUT to others. THIS is a Good thing.  This is a SOUL PATH PURPOSE THING and canNOT be changed. 

however. 

Ok...quick points.  Here's the thing (and tell me if this resonates with you) as may pertain to (what I have always called LIGHT HOUSE EFFECT) your Soul Path purpose is to make sure that 'ships in distress' (k stay with me here ...the lighthouse effect got it?)  make it in to safe harbour.  THAT'S the point of Lighthouse yes? of course. 

ALL ships, boats, rowboats and so on are acknowledged of course. The LIGHTHOUSE just keeps shining. The Old Souls that experience LightHouse Effect just wants to make everyone feel SAFE...make sure they can find their OWN way to Safe Harbour. 

Hmm...sometimes the Light House is not looking after it's OWN light and so This can (and will) take an Energetic Toll ON A PHYsical Vehicle (as we all are in).  So the Light may dim. 

HOWEVER from a Soul Path Purpose....the OLD SOUL...(maybe you?) .. your Light must SHINE. *because you are the LIGHT House. 

so

sometimes (if this resonates and I know it does for many) .... we need to rest our SOUL so our Light CAN shine on....within us, around us and for others. 

THIS IS THE TIME to have that INNER conversation with your Angels and Guides....YOU NEED to Light my Lighthouse FROM THE INSIDE.  I need to keep Shining and I do ask my Angels and Guides to LIGHT my Light!!

Take a beat. Build your Light...your ENERGY so you can shine on. 

ALLOW your Angels and Guides to LIFT YOU and Build your Energy....because you

**Have to...BE the LIGHT house.

Right....Valentine's Day....hmmm ANGEL PERSPECTIVE? please

 

okay so here's the thing...it may (or may not) be Angel perspective...I do not know whether they are affecting my 'perception' of this holiday. IF THEY ARE then they have been doing this my entire life 

Is it a good holiday? OF COURSE. Do I celebrate it ...no. 

I get it...it's just that ... Valentine's Day many times makes many people feel poorly. Including me... For many reasons. 

And so....this is why on Valentines day .... I choose to and my husband and (some)friends choose to...simply NOT ACKNOWLEDGE the 'holiday' 

 and instead do what we do EVERY DAY ....

JUST 'have a day' and be your BEST SELF. 

know that my HEART IS WITH YOU. so is my husbands...just send your heart out to others....

but this is CERTAINLY not limited to Valentines day - geez Louise. 

Ya with me? TO ME....THIS IS WHAT THIS DAY is to us and FOR us and THROUGH US TOGETHER

That's what we do and this is how we celebrate,  (in my house...for YEARS!!!!) 

**no flowers, no chocolate, no red, no pink (what??!!), no white...JUST CELEBRATE YOU and ALL THOSE YOU love and Have A Laugh.  

C'MON!!!! We CAN CHERISH our flowers and chocolate and friends and still have Angels with us HOWEVER if we choose to not do this or have this then....our ANGELS (my Angels yay!) are still sending hugs....feeling it! 

***Geez... I tried to 'cut this out'  of this blog....but I see it's still here as I am having a last look and editing so ..ok...I get it... I divulge.  

 For a number of  years,  John A and I held 'We don't like VALENTINES DAY' dinner parties.  We welcomed old friends and shared some stories....YOU with me? 

 Anyway, as I continue to divulge (and there are a number of people that can attest) in past years guests were not allowed to wear red or pink, no flowers allowed and no chocolate would be tolerated....at the dinner parties lol.  You think I'm kidding hey? 

Nah! I'm for real...THIS HOLIDAY is and always has been about LOVING your Self and your Friends AROUND you...without all the red, pink and hearts. AND I HAVE the past dinner parties to prove it...so (apparently) does John A. 

IT'S JUST THAT we need to love and BE LOVED EVERY day and We Are.
