Happy Self...happy you...means HEALTHY YOU

 

YOU know what? It's true.  

What EVER you decide to do in any moment as long as it makes you happy is the BEST course of action. Your Angels support this. YOur Angels are ShAring this. 

So....

what does 'being happy' mean?  Well, being happy means that we need to feel in our 'vehicle' (which is what our Angels call our Self....our physical being that we inhabit....) mentally, emotionally and physically well.   We need to look after our Selves!  

Are we surrounding our Self with people and situations that support our Self in a positive way? Are we supplying our Physical Self with enough exercise and action and nutrients?  These are simple things....

Are we taking ACTION STEPS towards goals and dreams....remember....many times these are 'baby steps'...one step at a time.

I think we GOT THIS!  Together with our Angels,

It's just if you don't know what this means its ok. Truly.  It just means that you are a New/Newer Soul and I appreciate that. 

For this post....I am getting a strong message to connect with the Old Souls. Thing is ...

we need to give from our SOUL SELF. our Hara.  This is the small circle of Self that lives within our core.  Our Hara. 

**Energetically this is the part of us that holds all of our Wisdom and Strength.  Our Sense of Self ,our Strength of Spirit...this bit of our Self represents and HOLDS our Inner Strength (for this life and *in some cases many past lives)....for the Old Souls. 

What does this mean?  YOUR Soul Path purpose is to GIVE . share. care. learn. teach. be compassionate. be kind. BE COMPASSIONATE. *can't share this enough. 

Being an old soul comes with guidelines. do this and be rewarded. in what way? 

in many.

Angels watching over us...always

 It's just that...they ARE. Whether we realize it or not...they are there - with us, for us and all around us. 

Sometimes it doesn't feel like that.  I get it and more importantly THEY GET IT.  still....

it's MOST important that YOU get it.  Do you? 

They are always sending love, strength of Spirit, support, wisdom and HEALING Energy out to all. Do we always feel it? Well? ...ok, sometimes we don't feel it 'in the moment' but it is UP TO US to 'keep the dream alive'....keep the inner flame burning and BELIEVE.  

EVEN if we don't 'feel them' with us in the moment....they are there.  TRUST.  They will show you in some way, somehow AS LONG AS you keep believing.  Keep your actions for your Self and others 'true' as your Angels would have you do. 

Your Angels are the Archangels of course but your Guiding Angels and Guardians are also your Ancestors in some cases and also loved ones who have passed and continue to guide and love you along your journey...they are by your side. 

Keep believing.  Feel them with you every step, every breath....feel comforted and supported. 

Your Angels - ALL OF THEM - love you ...love them back by believing. 

Take a DEEP BREATH in....and exhale out.

It's ACTUALLY about the SMALL things...that matter...

Ok...stay with me here ok?  

A few years ago for my birthday (VERY BIG DEAL for me btw...my birthday) I asked my boys and nephew for 2 bags of elastics.  C'mon ... 

VERY OFTEN you need things to HOLD EVERYTHING together. 

Some times you don't have 'those things'. 

They delivered. 

So I created (together with them and because of them) this 'ball' of elastics and ANY TIME I need one...I have one. 

Our Angels create that for us...C'MON...THEY DO!!! They HOLD US TOGETHER.  

But are you getting me right here?  (*I don't think you are...) maybe you are? 

I had to ASK FOR HELP....and they did it for me.  My boys and my nephew with the elastics (STILL STANDING and GROWING!!). 

AND actually that's what happens when you ask for help from your Angels, 

Sending you 'Elastic hugs' to keep EVERYTHING TOGETHER during this time, 

Also shining Angel Light your way,

HOW MANY times do we have to go across the BRIDGE?

 Well...here's the thing as long as it is as pretty as this one is...it would be Every day for me. 

I'm not talking about 'the bridge' from this life to another...I AM TALKING about when we SHIFT from one Present Life Shift to another.  

How are we doing for work, health, relationships, friendships and so on and so on.  

We are always transitioning....always SHIFTING to better situations, mindsets....ABILITY to believe in a new way forward. 

CONTINUE TO LEARN...and GROW, shift and Change.  

WALK the Bridge...all good things on the other side.  

Which Archangel Governs this?  ZADKIEL....LEARN something...then TEACH others what you know. 

**Also Archangel MICHAEL ...gives us the Strength and Protection we need for this ...BELIEVE.

November 2021 Archangel CHAMUEL, PEACE & POWER....during TRANSITION

 Right so this month is about SEEING THIS Differently. 

ESPECIALLY as we approach New Moon on November 4th (where we can ASK IN for New things to be brought our way.)

NEVER MIND Full Moon on November 19...where we can have in mind the things that we want to LET GO OF.  (mindsets, people lol, behaviours, negative thoughts....daily activities in other cases....just make your list okay?) ON TO BETTER AND BRIGHTER pathways forward. 

WHEN we make our Selves available to SEEING this differently then we can (if we are REALLY DOING this instead of paying 'lip service' to it) DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY. 

ALL Respect to all....it's just that are you seeing ALL of your options?  I can share with you that I personally have not always seen ALL of my options....and currently (geez louise) don't see them now....that's why I rely on my Angels.  

and THEY DO ASK that you rely on them. 

They will show me (thank you Angels) the 'bread crumbs' ...the tiny steps that we need to take along our pathway to guide us forward. 

THIS will REQUIRE us to 'open up' (in small ways) ...this month to lead us at this time....ONE STEP AT A TIME.

KEEP your BOOTs on the ground! *and sometimes it gets 'ugly'

 
The thing is VERY OFTEN (and especially the last little while) we can spend too much time 'in our heads'...time to get busy and as I say - 

Yah that's right...sometimes it gets 'ugly' and things get difficult...but it's still GOOD. 

'Keep my boots on the ground'. 

Get grounded...and get in touch with others around us. 

How can we help? our own situation, state of mind and at the same time...others around us.  Sometimes things can get 'mucky'.   GOOD NEWS - Angels LOVE this!

'Do some stuff' that keeps your head down and your hands busy.  
it's all good. you got this. 

Get busy in a GROUNDED way together with your Angels. 

Don't WORRY if your boots get 'mucky' and BY THAT I mean that you might be 'wading into areas' where you feel uncomfortable because you are nervous, new, 'over your head' or (d) all of the above!! lol - in ALL types of situations. 

....ALL of our boots are 'dirty' if we are doing it the RIGHT WAY...together with our Angels for the GOOD OF OTHERS and for our own STATE OF mind.  stay grounded hey? and love you all,

Angels HEALING! *Heart Chakra

 Here’s a personal story (with a moral) that is SO TRUE for me…and maybe for you as well.

So just last week I was walking along the beach early morning on Lake Erie, Canada  and I saw this rock/pebble (wasn’t even looking for one…just caught my eye) …
and I walked on.

On my way back I saw it again (there were so MANY pebbles and rocks) but this one caught my eye again and I thought ‘huh, I guess it’s mine’ so I picked it up and put it in my pocket.

Next couple days I did the laundry and this ‘thing’ was in the washing machine (didn’t have glasses on lol) and so I picked it up and tossed it in the mini garbage can we have in the laundry room.
I heard the sound it made as it hit the side of the bin and thought that doesn’t sound right so I reached in and looked at it (with glasses!!) and ‘found my heart’!

Happy.

This morning I headed to the car early morning and saw this rock just outside the door- must have fallen out of my hoody pocket as I was gardening since laundry day…I picked it up…AGAIN.

Now it is safe on my Angel table (with my ‘other ‘ Angel reminders.)

Moral?

Well for me, sometimes I lose track of my heart. When I SEE IT, many times I can go in a different direction. But then I see it and connect again…gratefully

Sometimes (many times?) I will ‘lose my heart’ again and often unknowingly.

When it shows up I may not recognize it….but SOMETHING is calling me…and I am able to connect again.

EVEN WHEN I may not know ‘where my heart is’?
I still don’t get it…BUT ITS STILL THERE. 

Thank you Angels for strong hearts and for always continuing to KNOCK AT OUR DOOR and SHOW US THE WAY.

Archangel Ariel .....COURAGE

 

Right. So...wow.  WHEN AND IF you feel that Archangel Ariel may be working with you on your Life Path...then STRAP IN. 

Seriously.  When she is with you (and YES she definitely PROTECTS you 'on the way forward')...but SHE IS ALL ABOUT movement forward. 

Specifically? OUT of comfort zone.   YES! you will make progress forward towards your goals and dreams HOWEVER you will need to have courage (*she will 'fuel this fire) BUT YOU will have to move out of your comfort zone.  

(*you will 'not be ready'...not yet...maybe in a few months...i'll take the next course first...i'll do this next project first....quack quack quack....)

Look at her.  Her eyes tell the story. The time to move forward is now...IF YOU FEEL her working with you.  

**The GOOD thing is that WHILE she is SHOVING you forward lol...she IS 'watching your back'. 

FEEL supported but STEP OUT there if it's 'your time' hey? She will ALWAYS move you forward to POSITIVE Self help...not only for your Self ...also for others.

I LOVE IT when someone 'GETS IT'...you know?

 Do you have someone like that?  It's so good. 

You don't even 'need' that person all the time ...it's just that...it's really really cool when you get that. 

This can be a girl friend or a boy friend ....long time friend or 'newbie'. 

WHEN you SHARE a feeling or thought ... they 'JUST GET IT'.  so good. 

Here's the thing....

WHEN THAT PERSON...is YOU.  when YOU get YOU. that is REALLY the best thing.  It is magical and very VERY 'freeing' and empowering ALL at the same time. 

the EXCEPTIONALLY cool thing is ...WHEN this happens you are able to BE THAT person for so many others. in so many different ways....(*If they ask and are open to it...but that's a different blog post lol!!) ANYWAY....an Amazing time WHEN we are gifted with this friend....

and when we ARE that friend to OUR SELF. wow. 

 Some times we need 'that friend' to BE a friend...

and sometimes we need to be our own friend first. 

It's really cool when we 'figure the balance'. 

Hopefully and if we are lucky we are our own friends first...so we KNOW HOW to be a friend to others and RECOGNIZE  friends when we connect. 

That's ok...we got this...together with our Angels.

huh...NEW beginnings have a 'different' way of showing up sometimes...

 Ya know? 

Here's the thing.  Every single day (actually every single moment but let's 'dial it down' for just now) - 

we get a 'a new beginning'. 

THIS is what the DAWN of every day affords us. 

 hmmm...let's take this a step further as the 'DAWNING' OF  our awareness can happen at any time.  

*JUST LIKE the dawning of a new day...sometimes (many times) it's just not THAT spectacular...unless you are looking for it.  Ok. absolutely and many days I have to share I am not always looking in that direction.  BUT...I always ALWAYS can feel the Energy.  

Sometimes the DAWNING of a new day simply takes our breath away!  It is unbelievable that we are able to be in this moment of time!   Truly blessed!! 

I have found that (in hindsight) that the most monumental TURNING POINTS in my life was when I was going through the most tumultuous times ...AND at the same time...NOTICED the dawn of a new day...REGARDLESS of whether it was 'amazing' or not. 

The point was AND IS....we have today to make a difference. 

Always together with our Angels.

Energy Healing...in the WIND!

 

It's funny...when I saw this picture it reminded me of my own experience only a couple of days ago.  I was working in the greenhouse and came out for a cold drink when I decided to pop up the patio umbrella on the deck.  Enjoying my first 'summer' day (lol it snowed almost the next day!  Welcome to Canada 😂 I noticed the blustery wind coming up and smiled.  

I know that just by BEING OUTSIDE I was receiving the equivalent of a full Reiki Healing however when the wind is also adding Energy...then the Healing is increased! 

It was at this moment that my HUGE umbrella decided to TAKE OFF (very much like Mary Poppins! ) and begin to float up and onto the roof of the house *bungalow thank goodness and I was close enough that I was able to lunge after it to secure it...but I was laughing!  

This experience of being outside, enjoying the Earth and Nature and having fun, spontaneous events happen made me feel like a kid again and we NEED this.  We NEED to feel carefree at times and REALLY connect with our Inner Child!  

Not only does this HEAL us but also GROUNDS us....and ALSO helps us to connect with our goals and dreams.  Sometimes it's easy to lose sight of this.  Archangel Gabriel helps us to connect with Inner Child and the NATURE Angels (Faeries or Elementals) assist us in 'wishing' ... in manifestation.  

Archangel RAPHAEL as well is in charge of our HEALING ability.  Our Self  - (our machine or vehicle if you wish) our physical, emotional and spiritual being is HARD WIRED to repair itself.  IT CAN DO THIS MUCH MORE EFFECTIVELY when we feed it the 'right nutrients'!!

2. Remind your Self to LAUGH...often! 

3. Enjoy the little moments...those are the only ones that matter 💗

Celebrate your INNER YELLOW!

Yes!! YELLOW is the colour of this message! 

HOWEVER, really at this time (and many others in my life) yellow is the colour that mainly pulls me through. 

When I was around 18years old I always thought that I would have a yellow truck...a pick up truck. I wanted that and it would have been really fun!  I have always been drawn to yellow and even now when I see a yellow car I feel that GOOD LUCK is coming my way. *Thank you Angels! 

However I digress. 

NOW when the colour YELLOW comes my way then it is specifically about CONFIDENCE.  

This ENERGY relates directly to Solar Plexus Chakra.  This ENERGY CENTRE with each and every ONE of us navigates our; 

• Self esteem
• Self Confidence
• Willpower
• Determination
• Prioritization Skills

This Energy Centre is just below our Rib cage.  GO AHEAD!  lay your hands over this area.  (right over left or left over right...doesn't matter) JUST do it.  

Breathe. a FEW times.  take your time - you got this.  

........

now smile. 

why are you smiling? 

BECAUSE you have ACTIVATED YOUR INNER YELLOW.  

Your Solar Plexus Chakra. 

Don't stop. 

Keep going. 

Connect with your 'Inner Yellow' daily (if not more often!)

Listening to your Angels

TODAY we are focusing on our Angel message of ‘listening to our intuitive feelings’. Now, like no other time, is an opportunity for us to start (or continue) a daily practice of sitting quietly in a corner of your home where you are most comfortable and relaxing into your breath as you take your mind quietly to an even space, slow your mind down and listening to your favourite music in the background. 

Continue to take deep breaths, allow your mind to drift and show you pictures, ideas, faces, or simply relax into your favourite mental visiting place as you ask your Angels for any messages that they feel guided to share with you today. Remember to stay noncommittal about receiving any messages (don’t be 'desperate to receive a message' as anxiety will block their ability to communicate with you) however instead, simply open the door for any messages to come into your thoughts. If you receive any inspirations or gut feelings, however random - say thank you, file them and continue to relax.

Another VERY beneficial way of beginning to open your connection with your Angel team is to be outside listening to the sounds of nature all around you and feeling the ‘elements’ whatever they may be; bracing rain, soft snowflakes, the rustling wind racing along the streets and even listening to the breeze through the trees and riffling our hair are all sounds, sights and feelings that open our energy just enough for us to be able to benefit from and communicate with our Guides and Angels.

My special time is when I roll right out of bed in the morning, put on my coat and boots and set out for a long walk. As I step out the door, I take a deep breath in and look up at the sky...the soft grey white clouds on a jet black sky always set a magical tone for me. Sometimes the clear sky is lit like a beacon in the night with hundreds of stars raining their Light over me (I always pick one and make my wish and then I carry on) listening to the birds rustling through the trees as I disturb their early morning slumber in the dark morning. 

During my morning walk is the time when I can reconnect with my Self, ‘pressing the reset button’ on my inner Self and remembering what a beautiful stolen piece of time it is to be able to be up and thinking my own thoughts without any pressures of the day or responsibilities yet surrounding me. I listen to my Self, my intuitive feelings, my Angel messages as they bubble through my thoughts and inner Self. I allow them to take form and guide my thoughts towards others, towards my day and let them steer me in the direction where they are guiding me. 

It is through this communication and connection with my Self, my Higher Self that I totally relax into my own state of contentment and THAT opens the door for MY Angel Team to step in and offer me some guidance, some messages, some visuals.

I say a special thank you to my Angels for being around me at all times and ask them to continue to protect and guide me through my intuitive feelings throughout the day. I promise them that I will heed my intuitive feelings knowing that this is the way that my own circle of protective Angels choose to communicate with me first and foremost. 

I trust myself to trust my Angel messages and guidance. 

As I round the corner to come back home I can see the pale yellow glow of another day’s dawning in the Eastern sky and I smile.
Open the door to your Angel Team today....and listen.

How do we MOVE FORWARD?!!!

Here's the THING!!!
WE HAVE ALL done stuff, said stuff....not done stuff and not done stuff... that we coulda, shoulda, woulda done.... in THIS LIFE and in past lives...but now???

We CAN AFFIRM that we are FREE TO
GIVE, LOVE AND RECEIVE...with a clear heart and mind not only NOW but also in 2019 and ongoing.

Beautiful Nature. Keep it SIMPLE!

We have heard it time and again... (I have SAID it time and again!) ... to go outside.

There is a simplicity and also (clearly) an intrinsic beauty ... in Nature.

That being said.....WE DON'T GO OUTSIDE ENOUGH!   In some cases, at all.  I do remember a number of years back where we had an especially 'poor' winter season here (at the time I was in London, Canada) and it was -33Celcius *windchill EVERY SINGLE DAY for 3+ weeks.

and please do forgive me if you are reading this from 'colder clime's' !!  However, I remember that I was at work and my client was remarking on how COLD it was outside...and I said...'Is it??'

You see, at the time I was living in a high rise and would take the elevator down to my car and then take the elevator up to my work (from the underground parking) ....and I HAD DONE THIS FOR WEEKS!

So, I KNOW of what I SPEAK!  Regardless of the weather...we need to get outside.  It is healing and it is grounding.  I will go even further to note that spending 20-30 minutes a day outside is the equivalent of receiving a full Reiki session!  (*Now, you can do BOTH....and feel like a Superhero! LOL)  Seriously tho, just get outside!!

With regards to our picture...?   The real beauty in the world is in Nature and it is all around us.

We need to NOTICE the things around us.  The trees, the flowers, the birds...NOTICE.

Also, notice the NATURAL in other people.  Notice the beauty in a smile, common pleasantries, 'a courtesy wave' from another driver when you let them in (THE BEST!) and just...a kind word.

Beauty and kindness are all around us (and within us) ALL THE TIME.

FREEDOM from STRESS

I love this image as it represents everything that I am...does it represent you?

Let me be more clear.  Sometimes, the following image might be the one that best represents MY DAY....

and YET....I know and YOU know that our first image is one that is 100% available to us at all times. 

We can CHOOSE to be HOW we choose to be. 

While sometimes during the course of my day, I may look and feel like the 2nd image...I know that my Guides and Angels 'have my back' and so when I 'catch myself' looking and behaving like the 2nd image....I call on my Higher Self and my Angels. 

All is well. Truly, when we call on our Angels. We are able to breathe deeply (something we are completely unable to do when we are in a state of fear and stress) and simply ask our Angels...to 'have our back'. 

When we are connecting with EMOTIONAL FREEDOM - we are connecting with SACRAL CHAKRA and the Archangel who governs this area of us...AND our Life Path is Archangel Raguel none other than the overseer of all of the Angels. 

When we connect with Raguel by merely asking for his assistance we are alleviating any of our own energy needs to fulfill any results from our own efforts.   

Do you get this? 

Here's the thing - we DO NEED to accept our responsibility in all things and we DO NEED to make an effort each day to fulfill our responsibility towards our daily needs and towards our own goals....and THIS is where it stops. 

IF....(BIG IF)...we are TRULY doing and fulfilling our FULL responsibility...doing everything we need to do and are able to do in our capacity and to our highest level of integrity...every day -

then we can RELEASE and angst, stress and even expectation we have to the outcome of our efforts. 

Tomorrow does not rely on the RESULTS of today...

Good results tomorrow most definitely relies on the amount of good intention and integrity that we put into our efforts today....and that goes for tomorrow as well...and the next day. 

When we place our own Emotional Freedom on our own merit, our own integrity, our own intentions and not necessarily the results...we achieve personal freedom (#image 1)

Today and every day, put your focus on your responsibility, your integrity and your positive intentions, 

good things will follow...meanwhile, enjoy your evening time with your Angels...job well done!
