New Year's resolutions and the NEW MOON!

Why is THIS New Year's day different?  More important?
This New Year's day is ALSO featuring a NEW MOON.

With this moon high in the sky on such an auspicious day means that we are, more than ever, energetically likely to 'stick to' our New Year's resolutions.

For example, if you have 'Get fit' down on your list then the New Moon energy will be adding to your 'commitment well' deep within your Self.  On January 1st when you read 'Get fit' on your list you are making a commitment to your Self not only on a conscious level but on a 'super conscious' level!

At any time of year, the energy of the New Moon opens up your energy to bring to you new thoughts, new behaviours and to SET NEW PATTERNS.   This means that NOT ONLY will you 'feel the urge' to get fit in January, but this new pattern will extend the commitment for you for the foreseeable future. You will be able to 'stick to it' and SEE AND FEEL the results!
 
This is also true for ANY of the resolutions you make!  Whether it is something that you want to break free from or welcome into your world...

...from an ENERGY standpoint?  You have hit the Jackpot!


***There is a bit of a trick to this however.  Since the New Moon is always about WELCOMING IN new energies you need to word your resolutions in the same manner.
For example, you wouldn't write 'lose weight' but you would write 'get fit'.
You wouldn't write 'spend less money' you would write 'draw up a working budget' (allow for some 'fun' money)
and so on.

As an aside, this works for EVERYTHING on life path.....train your Self to put a positive spin on every thought, action and idea.   'Is your glass half full or half empty?'

So, HAVE FUN WITH THIS but also take it quite seriously as this is an amazing opportunity for you to bring in some positive and powerful life changes for you!

Angels in our midst

We have Angels in our midst.....all around us, everywhere we are - they are.  
And while it might not always seem like they are looking out for us....you can be sure that every decision we make is Divinely guided and orchestrated by our Angel team.  
We have our own personal Guardian Angels, assigned to us when we entered this particular Life Path. They work very closely with us all the way through our journey here.  
In partnership with them we also have our Spirit guides as well as our loved ones (friends and family) who have passed over from this life and yet continue to check in on us from time to time and leave information, clues and messages for us to comfort and also to guide us forward positively and confidently  --  you can trust this guidance also, it is meant for you. 

We also have our Archangels who work powerfully with us as we move forward day by day.  Each of the Archangels have their own unique characteristics that allow them to move in and specifically help us with certain circumstances as they arise.  As we begin to work with the Archangels, we also begin to recognize when one of the Archangels are around us based on the clues that they may leave around for us.  This is their own personal communication style and as you begin to recognize their style, you are also able to develop your own style of communicating with them.  
For example, Archangel Michael - one of the most known and recognized of the Archangels - works with us for protection and shielding from dangerous or negative life experiences. He guides us out of harm's way.  One of the strongest ways he guides us is through dream communication and even if you generally do not remember your dreams, simply asking Archangel Michael to also help you to connect with your dream guidance just before drifting off to sleep can help you in this area as well. If you are vigilant with this and keep with it, soon enough you will begin to remember 'seemingly' random objects or ideas/thoughts from your dream patterns.  Keep a log of these as you are beginning to build your relationship with Michael. 
Not as well known is Archangel Azrael who is in charge of the bridge that connects us on the physical plane to those who have passed over.  While his characteristics include other areas as well, he is most known for helping us to connect with our departed loved ones, friends and family.  We can ask Azrael to help us to connect with a certain loved one and send a sign to be left in the physical world as proof of that connection.   

There are 15 major Archangels who each flow into and out of our presence, like the ebb and flow of the waves at the beach, as they are needed.   Each of them have their area of strength which they share with us when asked or directed to.  Many times, the Archangels will work in groups or partnerships at certain times for us so that we might feel the full power of protection, connection, guidance, strength, comfort and more in order to move through a challenging situation. 

Many people who believe in their Angel team and work with them regularly each day are not only strengthened by this support however by believing in them fully they are also acting as Angel Lights to shine out that same guidance and support to others. The Angels are always so appreciative of those who continue to shine their Light on the physical plane as the more this Light shines, the brighter all of our pathways become. 
Still, others might have some difficultly in believing that a strong level of communication can be held with each of their Angels as certain situations arise - that is just fine.  This might be you and to this the Angels say 'Take your time'  ~  but even by reading this article you have opened a window to where your Angels might be more able to surround you with their guidance, support and protection.  Sometimes, that is all that is needed - a start.

What is an Akashic Records reading?

The Akashic Records are the individual Records of a soul from the first moment they began their journey here on this Life Path as well as every Life Path experienced.   By accessing your Akashic Records, you are able to understand and identify some blockages that may be inhibiting your ability to move forward in your career, relationships, self understanding and so one.    

What can you expect from an Akashic Records reading?

This type of reading accesses your personal record.  Specifically, it can help to reveal information to you regarding your past and present or current situation that can help you to go forward more powerfully and confidently...and knowledgeably into your future.
I ask that all clients please bring with them a list of questions that they would like to ask throughout our session. You will mark the pace and focus of the session based on the questions you ask.  You may have only a few questions to begin however during our time together I will encourage you to ask for further clarification on the answers given, if needed or desired.
Throughout your session, I will act as a channel through which information regarding your past and your present can be revealed as answers to the questions you bring with you.  If you choose to, I can help you with the wording / or type of some of your questions at the beginning of your session.

Once you have explored your past and present through your Akashic Records reading, you are more able to go forward and co-create a powerful future together with your Angels, Guides, Masters, Teachers and Divine Source.

ATTENTION and INTENTION & your Angels!

Align your thoughts and intentions with those of your Angels.  
Your Angels wish for you to have ONLY kind thoughts.
They wish for you to behave ONLY with supporting actions 
and most of all, 
they wish for you to KNOW that all of these thoughts and actions begin 
with the way you think of your Self and act for your Self.  

As you shine this attention within 
and make this your INtention 
within you and around you.....your WHOLE CIRCLE SHINES BRIGHTER.  

Never before has it been so important to treat your Self and others with kindness and respect and APPRECIATION.  Some people have been treating others with more of this kind of attention and INtention than they have been treating themselves. 

Others have been focused on treating themSelves with this attention and INtention however it is now important to shine that Light outwards AS WELL. 

Others, have been balancing these attentions and INtentions for years....all their life....and I say "Good job!  THANK YOU for shining your Light so brightly so others may benefit and follow your example!"

If this IS you, then you may take your pat on the back and KEEP GOING!  and if you still have some work to do here - either within your Self or out to others - well then you are in very good company as we all find our way forward in a positive and power-full way with our NEW ATTENTION AND INTENTIONS.

As we feel the magic of the season upon us, I want to extend my sincere wishes to each of you

TIME...our New Beginning.

TIME is the FOCUS for this season....and more importantly for our NEW YEAR...our NEW focus....our NEW beginning. 
Not having enough TIME is ....quite frankly ... a thing of the past. 
Going forward-we have ENOUGH time for EVERYTHING. 
This becomes our only focus as we move forward toward OUR New year and OUR new beginning. 
Know that this year provides us with MORE time. 
Be grateful for MORE time. MORE TIME will become apparent to you as we progress through this 'new focus' going forward.  

FOR YEARS, we have been focused on how 'the years keep getting faster', 'there is no time for the things I WANT TO DO', 'I WISH I had MORE TIME.....sigh'.....

As we FOCUS on this LACK of time, of course this becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.  You have LESS and less and less and less time - for the things you want to do. Period. 

We are FOCUSING this year on CHANGING TACK. When you are sailing on boat, you 'change tack' to ensure that you are moving more effectively WITH (not against...this bears repeating....NOT AGAINST) the forces of nature around you.  When you are sailing a boat this might mean current, wind etc.  When you are charting your Life course, this may mean business issues, personal endeavours, relationship matters, family responsibilities.....you name it - we all have it!  and THIS, is  a blessing!  We are GRATEFUL for all we have on our Path...and yet.....

THIS YEAR  - some of us will focus on HOW ALL OF THIS allows us to have MORE time and not less - to focus on GROWING OUR SELVES forward on every level; physically, spiritually and emotionally.

I look forward to spending MORE TIME with you....as we will BOTH have the opportunity to drop in on each MORE often

Look for your star!

It's a special time of year, a MAGICAL time of year.  It's a time where we have a very great amount of people who BELIEVE in magic and who might be looking for that lovely and magical energy to bring them some wishes, some 'dreams come true', some miracles.  

There are others who already feel like they have everything they need and desire for themselves and yet STILL pour out extra energy at this time of year so that others might feel the same way. 

For great things to happen - you have to BELIEVE.  

Period. 

That is true for this time of year - however, it is also true for any situation, any 'wish'....at ANY time of the year.  You have to believe.  

You can believe in Angels, believe in the magic of Christmas or any/every other holiday, believe in the power of the Universe, believe in Divine Source.......all of the above or none of the above... however MOST of all...

You MUST BELIEVE in your SELF. 

KNOW in your heart that you are worthy of great things.  KNOW that wondrous, magical experiences can be had!  MIRACLES CAN OCCUR....in your life....to you and for you. 

Look for your star - in the night sky and make your wish.  Tomorrow night, look for another star and make another wish. (Not the same wish!  Your team already received the memo on that one!! Keep it fresh!!)  and just keep it going.   Every time you make a wish you increase the magic!

There are as many stars in the sky as there are wishes that can be granted.  

Look for your star and then look for your granted wishes around you.  Look for other's wishes around you to be granted as well.   In some instances, you must be patient and KEEP BELIEVING - DO NOT 'drop the ball' on this one! You must 'hold up your end' here!  

Hold the Light of your stars within your Self and let them SHINE out to all you meet today and everyday!

Stay FOCUSED and .... DON'T GIVE UP!!!

IF you were thinking about it, THINK AGAIN!  Quitting that is. Giving up.  Saying, 'EHhhhh, if it was going to happen (your success at a specific goal) it WOULD HAVE ALREADY HAPPENED BY NOW.  It's no use.  I'm done'
Who and what gives you the RIGHT to say WHEN and HOW things 'should' happen?
I'm sorry, I don't mean to sound so harsh, but here's the thing -  IT'S NOT UP TO YOU.
What IS up to you is to:
1. keep striving forward
2. keep 'being you'
3. keep doing all the things that you do best
4. keep following your passions
5. keep laughing at all the little things
6. keep noticing the beauty and magic around you
7. STAY FOCUSED on your goals
8. Believe in your Self and Divine assistance
9. TRUST that you are being helped in all ways
10. Have FAITH - in all things and everyone, including your Self.
And if you consciously follow steps 1-10 then the tiniest inkling of any type of feeling that might have you leaning towards.....giving up? Wha?!! PSHAW!  NEVER!
Keep going my friends, keep going.

DO YOU ~ believe? have faith? TRUST??

Consider that your Angels could be 'rolling their eyes' at you as they murmur to each other..."WHY doesn't h/she GET IT? WHY doesn't h/she KNOW that we have heard the requests for our assistance? H/she SAYS h/she trusts us and believes in us and has faith in us.....and yet.....h/she is STILL worried/fearful/doubtful. It just doesn't make sense"
And it doesn't. Make sense that is. 
Of course, your Angels have EVERYTHING under control. Your life path is going just exactly as planned and they have great things in store for you.
Make sure YOUR Angel team is not 'rolling their eyes' at you and when you say "I believe, I trust, I have faith"
SAY IT LIKE YOU MEAN IT AND KNOW IT IN YOUR HEART - FEEL IT IN YOUR SOUL.

FULL MOON - GET PASSIONATE, GET COMMITTED!!

7 MORE SLEEPS to the Full Moon! DECEMBER 17. 
NOT just ANY Full moon! This one offers us a power-full opportunity to RELEASE (yes, yes, this we know) however the timing is such that this gives an opportunity to release just as we are preparing to LAUNCH our Selves into our incredible year 2014!

Now, without all the fanfare/capital letters/exclamation points....seriously. Make your list in your head or on paper (always better) of the things that do not work for you. Things within your Self, things that you do, things that you say, things that you think and also --- the things AROUND you. Other people that say and do things that don't support you, 'obligations' that don't make you feel empowered etc.

Some of these things you can release and some, while you might not be able to release that person or situation right away - YOU CAN RELEASE the emotional hold this person or situation has on you - release your attachment to the significant and recurring emotional response this brings up in you - SHIFT YOUR PERSPECTIVE. !! (back to the fanfare 
I feel very passionate about this however and for those that also feel passionate and COMMITTED to real and lasting positive change on their pathway forward in 2014??.....

I suggest some capital letters and exclamation marks on that list you are making....start today!

Angel MIRACLES

They say "It's all in the little things that make the BIG differences", the BIG changes, the BIG opportunities, the BIG 'life changers'.....

...and they are RIGHT.

If you are waiting and waiting and WAITING for an Angel miracle to happen in your life ... or to happen in someone else's life that you are close to....consider the fact that it has already happened.  Wha?!!

Yes, sometimes our miracle has already happened.  The cogs in the machine are turning in situations around you (some you can see, most you can't) where bit by bit, one small thing happening after another in situation by situation that are all linked together in your Angels "Divine Timing" notebook....and your bigger miracle is on the way to you right now.  So, BREATHE.

THEY have it all under control - your Angels I mean.  They always look after your best interests and bring the best possible solutions to you every time....by way of miracles happening around you.

Yes, sometimes YOU have to 'get the ball rolling' by performing a miracle yourself!!!   So by doing some small miracle ON YOUR OWN.....TODAY....you can set in motion an Angel domino effect that will bring YOUR miracle to you.

It's in the little things that you are able to set this machine in motion.  It's cold outside and you notice some tiny birds on the back fence and so you head off to the store to purchase a bird feeder and some seed for them. (and delight all day as you 'google' the types of birds that come to call!)   or you spend time chatting with a neighbour that you haven't spoken to before or maybe you reach out to an older relative or help someone to their car with their heavy grocery bags.  

IT SEEMS LIKE THIS MIGHT BE UNRELATED to your current situation or predicament or area where you are asking for your Angel Miracle to come to pass.

However, every small miracle that YOU perform....puts another wheel in motion for your Angels to be able to provide miracles FOR YOU.

Start today and perform many small miracles in your world.

BE CHOSEN

To be chosen, you  have to PUT YOUR SELF OUT THERE.

Putting your Self out there, can be a little daunting sometimes.  That little voice deep inside us can tell us that 'There is NO point in trying! Just LOOK at all the other people who also....want to 'be chosen!'    And RIGHT THERE, that is enough to send us sliding down in our seat, trying not to be noticed.

Well, today is a new day.  At this moment on this day - you are being handed a gift.  This gift is simply the uncovering of a new strength within you. This strength can easily overpower and drown out the woeful cries of 'that little voice within'.  To receive this gift, it can be as easy as the flicking on of a light switch.  When you flick the switch, the light comes on.  When you believe in this gift (and I mean BELIEVE) your confidence TURNS ON.   This new strength KNOWS that you have something unique to share with the world and is giving you the CONFIDENCE to share it....YOUR way.

So, put your hand up!  Wave it in the air....just like you care! (or something like that!!)  and after you put your hand up a few times and are recognized and appreciated WITHIN your Self (that's right!  GO AHEAD and give your Self a pat on the back!  GOOD FOR YOU.)  you gain even MORE confidence and then....and then.....?

NOW, you have the courage and the confidence to STAND UP.  Get up there!!

You see?  You have gone from sliding down in your chair, to putting your hand up --- to STANDING UP.    How's the view??!

I KNEW it.  I KNEW your view would be GRAND!

Today and every day going forward - put your hand up!  and BE CHOSEN.

A gift for you ~ Guess what's inside?

It's beautiful isn't it?   The wrapping is pristine, the bow is perfect, corners are finished - it definitely looks like a professional job.  Ahhhh, a job well done.  And it SHOULD BE PERFECT because I have spent HOURS working on it.  I have fretted about ensuring that each detail of the wrapping, NO MATTER what angle you happened to view your gift from .... is perfect.  I actually thought I was 'done' and it was ready to present to you yesterday but then when I inspected it a little closer I found that it was not quite PERFECT and decided to work a little harder on it before I did the unveiling.  TADA!

I wonder what is inside?  WHO CARES!  The wrapping is brilliant! (don't look too closely)  I think we should just enjoy the wrapping .... for a few minutes.... and then we can spend the rest of the day looking for the NEXT gift.  Who knows?  Maybe the NEXT gift will be wrapped even MORE PERFECTLY.

Life can be like that.
WE  CAN BE LIKE THAT.

'The giver' can spend so long ensuring that the packaging, the outside of the gift, the 'surface side' of a  gift, a moment of life.....is 'just perfect' that the ACTUAL GIFT gets lost, sometimes entirely.

'The receiver' can enjoy the packaging of a gift, of each moment and then be distracted by .... the ZILLIONS of things going on at any moment in time in everyone's day!.... and lose the gift as well as the actual sentiment of the gift in the haze of distraction and the quest to get 'the next gift' has already begun.

BY THE WAY, guess what is inside?

Our own personal freedom.  Huh.   Wha?!

When both 'the giver' and 'the receiver' spend more time focusing on what is INSIDE each gift, each person, each moment, each thought, each shared exchange.....than THE WRAPPING that has been placed around it (how someone looks, how they dress, what job title do they have, how YOU are dressed, 'is there something in my teeth?' etc)

We arrive at personal freedom....AND WE ALSO extend that out to others in every moment with every thought and every shared exchange.

Now, THAT'S FREEDOM.
