Your Intuition is growing and guiding you

 Here's the thing. 

Just when you think that nothing is going to change...everything changes.  

Sometimes when things have changed in the past it has been a terrible time, a tumultuous time and much grief, strife, tears and heartache has accompanied that time.  So, THESE times are what are emotions and our lower Self thoughts can hold on to and LOVES reminding us of generally when we feel unsure or our confidence is lacking. 

It's just that THOSE times are NOT what is happening right now. For those who are energetically and spiritually aware of their own Life Path and the intuitive signs that generally guide them on their way...they KNOW that this time of Now is a time of change, of shift, of growth. 

It is a secret path that they are on...and they know it.  To others it looks like nothing is changing within or around this person (understand that 'this person' I am speaking of is YOU if this resonates with you) however everything is changing...bit by bit and little by little. 

You see the picture above and how it depicts that the bridge is still in the same beautiful naturescape however YOU are walking over the bridge to the other side.  While you are walking over the bridge you are gaining knowledge and wisdom.  INNER knowledge and wisdom, strength and a quietness of Spirit that lends itself to greater confidence, contentedness and a general air of peace within. 

Will you still feel the emotions that sometimes wrack the human existence (fear, doubt, worry and guilt?) of course.  However the other emotions of peace, trust, love, self love and so on always overcome those leaving you in a simple space of Soul Wisdom. 

You are in a space now that is getting closer and closer to your Higher Self .  Appreciate this and take a look back ever more often now to really LOOK at your past journey from an Observational standpoint. 

Truly celebrate your Self that you have come THIS far and you will simply continue. Smile. Do your best every day one step at a time...for yourSelf and for others when deserved. 

Life is a series of bridges and in 'the inbetween times' you have those of stopping to reflect...and smile...and then continuing to walk, enjoying the little things and creating moments to reflect on.

The THING is....this is incredibly important in 'our daily' 

Where is your Emotional Energy at...what is going in...what is going out?  The thing IS...my 'daily' needs to be assessed on an ongoing basis.  

Listen, I...like MANY of the amazing people I have been blessed to know...make it a priority to SHINE out to others. 

Some times I fall short. Some times, some days I fall WAY SHORT! lol....but it is still my intention. 

C'mon guys, you get it. MOST DAYS when your intentions are good then you are able to make 'some kind'  of help to others.  

From an Energy perspective...AND an Angel perspective...understand that YOU...ARE in a vehicle. An Emotional, Mental and Physical Energetic Vehicle.  More than likely, if you are continuing to read on then you are an Old Soul. 

You already understand that for your Vehicle (your triangle...your thoughts, feelings and physical Self) to be in alignment...you need to share more with others. 

Share more of your thoughts and actions with your community. 

As we share...then others will share and so on and so on.  

Share openly, often and LOUDLY with others. Share your FULL heart. 

know why? 

Then YOUR HEART (and your mental, emotional and physical Self) GROWS STRONGER. 

Every One wins.

Angel Freedom 2023

 

We have learned MUCH over our lives...and ongoing.  Thank you Angels. 

If it's one thing I have learned personally it is just that....when I think I am 'stuck' in a cage then the Angels will lift me up and open the door. I am free ....to new opportunities and new people around me that also lift me up. 

The thing is...it has never happened when I wanted it to.  I have always had to wait....and that has been tough. 

But not as tough as some have it. I get it. still....

I needed to 'hold the note'....keep the faith....

and then (what I call) 'light switch moment' happens.  It's just that when the Angels are at work for us they work on DIVINE TIMING....not ours....unfortunately as I have felt many times. 

HOWEVER....WHEN (not IF ... but WHEN) that light switch moment happens?  iT is AMAzing. 

AND allows us to KEEP THE FAITH and the HOPE alive for the next time.  

We got this

Together with our Angels. 

Keep the faith. Feel the hope.

Hello...how's it going? would you like a cup of coffee...C'mon join the Angels...

 It's just that whether it's a cup of coffee...or tea...or juice...or water...WHATEVER IT IS...it's just that globally we are looking for a quiet moment, some communion and to know that WE are ALL the Same. 

C'mon.  YOUR cup of coffee....MY cup of coffee looks like this....what do ANGEL CUPS of coffee look like...guess what side of the table your Angels are on? 

Yeah that's right! THEY will Pour cup after cup after cup as THEY RECOGNIZE that this is ALL we ALL want. 

A cup of hot something and a hug and a friend to share with....to begin our WONDER FULL day. 

Know that our Angels are thinking of us all individually. 

Know that our Angels are thinking of us collectively as a whole. 

KNOW THAT our Angels are ensuring that as we enjoy our cup of coffee that we are shining hugs, Angel Light, thoughts and prayers to ALL globally.

Yes. 

Do you ever think about 'the busy' in your head.  The CONSTANT .....well, where shall we start...

our heads? unfortunately our Life Force Energy is generally lower than it should be so the Four Big Energy Blockers as I call them can come in: 

Fear, Doubt, Worry & Guilt

This makes our head BUSY and our Emotions beyond.  The other thing that plays a factor here is what is going on AROUND US. Other people's stuff....global 'stuff (huh)...ad nauseam

GOOD NEWS!  You have your Guardian Angel. Can you see? 

The LEFT HAND IS UP!  Blocking all 'the busy'.  Doesn't matter...for your daily, FEEL it. 

It's about the RIGHT HAND ok? 

The right hand is holding a hand up to the ear like THEY CAN'T HEAR YOU. 

Got it. of course. 

They can't hear you because of 'the busy'....'the stuff'. 

It's ok...they will wait to hear from you. 

Try this;  "Guardian Angel, thank you for clearing all of the stuff that seems to be blocking my way forward. Please continue to. Thanks for listening for me to share with you. I will do so soon. I will look to have daily (or more often) mindful conversations with you as to how you can help me to be well in every area of my life; emotionally, mentally and physically. By the way....DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE THERE the whole time.  OKAY....this changes a lot!"

so on the daily...it's more conversational. SERIOUSLY your Guardian Angel is LITERALLY waiting for you to share and ask for guidance and for healing....and more.

Happy Self...happy you...means HEALTHY YOU

 

YOU know what? It's true.  

What EVER you decide to do in any moment as long as it makes you happy is the BEST course of action. Your Angels support this. YOur Angels are ShAring this. 

So....

what does 'being happy' mean?  Well, being happy means that we need to feel in our 'vehicle' (which is what our Angels call our Self....our physical being that we inhabit....) mentally, emotionally and physically well.   We need to look after our Selves!  

Are we surrounding our Self with people and situations that support our Self in a positive way? Are we supplying our Physical Self with enough exercise and action and nutrients?  These are simple things....

Are we taking ACTION STEPS towards goals and dreams....remember....many times these are 'baby steps'...one step at a time.

I think we GOT THIS!  Together with our Angels,

Angel Healing from my garden! Thank you Nature Angels

Sooooo…this is year 2 in vegetable gardening together with the Nature Angels and I see so many analogies playing out once again this year!

So I planted just a few days ago so everything is very small, weak and just beginning their growing phase.

It is a time for much support and a need for the appropriate basic requirements being met.

So I checked up on my very new garden last evening and…one of the pepper plants was ‘down’. *it was still fine …just not able to stand on its own.

So I found a small branch on my lawn that had blown down from one of the last storms and stuck that in the ground beside it and bound them together. Together they will make something great this season…

it’s just that sometimes when you get knocked down you can help someone else…and sometimes ‘when you are down for the count’ you still have a lot more to give…but are need of some help.

Thanks Nature Angels for always teaching me something and reinforcing many things.

Giving help where and when needed and receiving in the same Energy. All good.

The bridge of course being our 'knowingness' as to the messages that are coming to us from those loved ones (ancestors in some cases) who have passed....

ALSO THEIR 'able-ness' to be able to send messages TO US...thanks always Archangel Azrael.

Archangel ARIEL. COURAGE - PUSHING you FORWARD - always.

Here's the deal with Archangel Ariel.   CLEARLY you can see from her expression that she 'does not work with EVERYONE' 

Period. 

However! IF you are 'lucky' enough to 'have her in your corner' then this is VERY fortunate for you. 

Let's get to it - why is this important?  well?? when she is FIRST working with you it DOES NOT SEEM like you are very fortunate as she DOES AND ALWAYS ****PUSHES you out of your comfort zone.  

Let's get some perspective...Archangel Ariel stands about 12-14 feet high. When she chooses to work with you on your life path then she STANDS (and yes with that look on her face and HER EYES ON your 'end game' with 'her toes at your heels')...it's GOOD...but it can be DAUNTING. 

WHEN she chooses to work with you then (and SHE  does CHOOSE) then she will not allow you to move backwards.  it's all about forward movement. 

good. 

not so good?  WHEN she is working with you the 'pushing you out of comfort zone' is generally? typically? always?? uncomfortable ...at the least. HOWEVER if you have the strength, the internal fortitude to TRUST IN your Angels and STAY THE COURSE?   

then you will know that when Archangel Ariel 'has your back'...you are blessed.  

**Take it from someone who knows...in the moment it SURE DOESN't feel like that all the time...but in hindsight?   **I WAIT for her to call on me another time, any time 

BECAUSE...she always brings me forward. 

**other thing?

WHEN SHE is working with me THEN I GET TO 'throw down' my ASKS of her. 

**FEELS GOOD! 

I say: 'Archangel Ariel, I know that this is a challenging time for me however I ALSO KNOW that you are walking with me, speaking for me at times and will CONTINUE to 'have my back'.  Even though I am not sure why this step is being taken...I trust.  Please continue to guide me...give me Internal strength and COURAGE.'

LET your Angel Team 'draw out' any negativity

Today the Angels are asking us to allow all negativity to be drawn out of us. In allowing them to assist us in this way, they are able to uncover the positivity that is a part of our very Soul to shine outwardly. 

We will have a chance to get a better hold on our actions and observations and thereby be able to take a strong hold on our whole Path forward.

Let’s start with a small visualization. Visualize an opening in our Self where the Angels are allowed to get into and work their magic and healing abilities. Through this opening in our energetic field they are able to draw any negativity away from us. Through this process we are working hand in hand with our Angel Team to ensure that any negativity that gets past our Divine Shield can be taken immediately from us thanks to our synergy with our Guarding Angels.

Visualize Angel light flowing into our personal energy field and surrounding us in Archangel Raphael’s circle of green healing energy. As his Healing energy continues to course through and around us, any energy that is negative, obstructive or does not serve us well is simply dissipated and the residue of this energy is cleansed away. Imagine that this exit point for negative, harmful energy can be left open so that only the Angels can have access to it. 

As we go through our day spreading our Light, if there is any harmful energy that is attracted to us, with the help of our Angel Team this energy simply passes directly through us or around us and so is not able to take hold and diminish our positive energy in any way.

So today, let Archangel Raphael heal and cleanse away any negativity from you - and leave you full of positive, shining bright thoughts and actions to hold dearly to your Self and to share with others.

Do you feel like you should be making some changes in your life? Do you feel from time to time that there is a specific change you could make that may significantly change your life for the better? Do you feel that there is some kind of a gateway that you are ‘supposed to’ go through in order to continue on your next path, your very successful pathway, your intended path ....and yet in order to get there you must make a some changes in your daily life?

Sometimes the only thing holding us back from making these changes is not fully believing in our Selves enough to have the courage to make those changes. A lack of self confidence and a wavering in faith might be diluting our ability to have the inner strength to ‘stick to ‘ these changes and to be able to accept the new opportunities that appear and to make the best of them when they do. OH! SO many questions! So many doubts! So many anxieties! Such a ‘busy head’ thinking of what may happen this way, what may happen that way, what may happen if we don’t, if we do....ENOUGH!

All of this ‘thinking nonsense’ is just that - nonsense! It is in effect your ego/lower Self trying to sabotage your progress forward for whatever reason. So when the questions start....acknowledge them for what they are (impediments on your journey forward) and go with your inner instinct...follow it where it is guiding you.

Your Angel Team is communicating with you and subtly guiding you forward by filling you with these feelings/intuitions that will urge you to make the changes necessary to open new opportunities and pathways. Trust in their full and total support of your decisions and allow your Self to feel the CONFIDENCE they bring forward within you.

Feel the fullness of your confidence unfold as they beam their beautiful Divine Golden Light through your Self and Spirit and let that Angel glow carry you forward to the changes that you can make confidently now that you know your Angel Team is with you on this - fully and whole heartedly!

DO IT NOW! 5 minute ENERGY HEALING

I gotta be honest with you. At first this writing was going to be about something else...another topic (so stay tuned lol) but when I saw this picture I thought YES!!! let's 'go here' again!

Without getting all 'woo woo'....this IGNITES OUR Earthly Chakras (stay with me now).  What this means to you is;

• increases your ability to feel safe and secure in the world (Root Chakra)
• creates EMOTIONAL FREEDOM (helping to reduce fear, doubt, worry & guilt - THE FOUR BIG ENERGY BLOCKERS as I have always called them (Sacral Chakra)
• promotes Self confidence, Self esteem, willpower and determination (Solar Plexus Chakra)

ENERGY PIE...who are you giving your 'pieces of pie' to?

Ok. So, here this my dear friends!

EACH and EVERY day WE RECEIVE a 'full pie'....of Energy that is. We RECEIVE this 'pie' in order to DO ALL THE THINGS that we need to do each day; mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually (thank you Angels!)

MANY of you are wondering WHERE do I find the Energy in order to; ACHIEVE my dreams and goals, meet the expectations that are made of me (work/family), meet MY OWN expectations (where did I GO? ) ...and simply, day to day life can EAT UP 'the pie' of Energy and Effort that we are gifted with each day...

PLEASE DO UNDERSTAND that Each and EVERY morning we are GIFTED with A FULL AMOUNT OF ENERGY in order to accomplish many things throughout our day. My Angels have always shown this to me as a 'Pie'. **We need to give out ALL THE PIECES OF PIE by the end of the day...but we ALSO need to HAVE A PIECE OF PIE our Self.

Sometimes (and depending where you are at....) we are so INTENT AND get so involved with Daily needs and Reactions (and these can be we 100% warranted...all good my friends) however once we look to have a 'piece of pie' our Self? gah...what? ...

....sometimes leaving NO PIECE OF PIE for us to enJOY at the end of the day. uh....kay...... and...our ...Energy....wanes and just.....is gone.

SO!! Please recognize that this is an 'Energy Thing'...(not a 'you thing' and not a 'this is my life' thing). I do encourage you (and so do your Angels) to REARRANGE YOUR SERVING PATTERN. INSTEAD of every morning, aft and evening ...giving out pieces of your 'Energy Pie'...might you like to sit every morning and SERVE the FIRST PIECE OF PIE with YOUR morning tea ... AND enjoy it!!

WE ARE looking to bring in 2019 with a BOLD MESSAGE of serving others while ensuring that FIRST we are STRENGTHENING OUR SELVES on all levels; emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually...so that OVERALL we can be of service and help to others in all places from a place of strength!

Tomorrow morning and every morning! EnJOY your morning meditation, your tea and your FIRST PIECE OF PIE! (*this gives you the Energetic Strength to MAKE ANOTHER PIE!! for this day...so not only are YOU getting stronger....EVERYONE AROUND YOU ALSO BENEFITS! *double time!!)

Taking a TIME OUT!

Sometime we just have to take a 'time out'. 

Let's face it...life can be tough sometimes.  Every one has their story and are doing the 'dog and pony show' of life every single day.  

Some days everything is ALL GOOD and couldn't be better...and then there are the 'other' days when life seems just a little (or a lot!) daunting. 

Grief, angst, fear, doubt, worry, disappointment, anxiety, betrayal, vulnerability can ALL CREEP IN and usually when we are least expecting it.  Yes, it happens to all of us....in different capacities and in different levels...however we can all relate. 

WHEN THIS HAPPENS (not IF! but when), then it can really help to spend time REFLECTING in Nature.  

Take a time out and make sure you do so OUTSIDE. Get out there and spend time doing whatever you want to do....or simply nothing...JUST BE OUTSIDE and let the magic of Nature do its work to CLEAR OFF THE OLD STUFF....the old ways of thinking and the 'down side' of Energies.  

BREATHE!! and as you do so ACCEPT IN NEW ENERGIES such as hope and faith and love and self-respect and self-esteem and belief and trust in the future...YOUR FUTURE.  

It's all good my friends...just keep taking those TIME OUTS! 

**It gives your Angels a perfect WELCOME MAT to ring your doorbell. 

ANSWER THE DOOR.

WE HAVE ALL done stuff, said stuff....not done stuff and not done stuff... that we coulda, shoulda, woulda done.... in THIS LIFE and in past lives...but now???

We CAN AFFIRM that we are FREE TO
GIVE, LOVE AND RECEIVE...with a clear heart and mind not only NOW but also in 2019 and ongoing.
