Your Intuition is growing and guiding you

 Here's the thing. 

Just when you think that nothing is going to change...everything changes.  

Sometimes when things have changed in the past it has been a terrible time, a tumultuous time and much grief, strife, tears and heartache has accompanied that time.  So, THESE times are what are emotions and our lower Self thoughts can hold on to and LOVES reminding us of generally when we feel unsure or our confidence is lacking. 

It's just that THOSE times are NOT what is happening right now. For those who are energetically and spiritually aware of their own Life Path and the intuitive signs that generally guide them on their way...they KNOW that this time of Now is a time of change, of shift, of growth. 

It is a secret path that they are on...and they know it.  To others it looks like nothing is changing within or around this person (understand that 'this person' I am speaking of is YOU if this resonates with you) however everything is changing...bit by bit and little by little. 

You see the picture above and how it depicts that the bridge is still in the same beautiful naturescape however YOU are walking over the bridge to the other side.  While you are walking over the bridge you are gaining knowledge and wisdom.  INNER knowledge and wisdom, strength and a quietness of Spirit that lends itself to greater confidence, contentedness and a general air of peace within. 

Will you still feel the emotions that sometimes wrack the human existence (fear, doubt, worry and guilt?) of course.  However the other emotions of peace, trust, love, self love and so on always overcome those leaving you in a simple space of Soul Wisdom. 

You are in a space now that is getting closer and closer to your Higher Self .  Appreciate this and take a look back ever more often now to really LOOK at your past journey from an Observational standpoint. 

Truly celebrate your Self that you have come THIS far and you will simply continue. Smile. Do your best every day one step at a time...for yourSelf and for others when deserved. 

Life is a series of bridges and in 'the inbetween times' you have those of stopping to reflect...and smile...and then continuing to walk, enjoying the little things and creating moments to reflect on.

It's just that sometimes we see that SUNNY FACE. huh.  It's a Good thing.

BE the Sunny face. It's way too easy to be 'the other thing'.  

C'mon do I need to say what IT IS.  Don't be THAT....BE THIS.

Smile.  Share the happy.  It is amazing (has always been) when I am able to 'share the happy"

...the HAPPY that comes back my way is absolutely and exponentially GREATER!  

INCREASED. happy!..

I Feel that if I LOVE it this much then I NEED TO Smile more.  

It's all good. If it doesn't feel like it right now. I get it.  but we need to do what we CAN do.

BUILD your Energy...THIS is how it works.

 

It's funny in a way. CUZ sometimes we Need to BUILD UP...we have to.

and WHEN I SHARE BUILD UP...IT IS ABOUT building Peace.   in our hearts in our lives...and in the pathways of others....

You see right here in the image that the Zen stones start small and then build...huh...pretty shaky eh? I dunno.

The thing is WE WERE all brought along to believe that IF we build a strong base **FOUNDATION  then WE will be Strong. 

Strong is good . 

The thing is ...the foundation is sometimes 'shaky'... and very often in so many 'stories' (a 'shaky' foundation) this is the BEST. 

You see 'shaky foundation' will BUILD STRENGTH.  This allows us to continue to LEARN and grow through our life.  AS WE DO we are sharing and meeting others.  

**Sometimes we 'hide' when we actually need to GET out there. Learning something new is Key. 

Meeting others and sharing with others in ANY way that you can Build YOUR Shaky Foundation....ROCK SOLID. 

Keep learning...talk with others learn something share something....geez Louise...

It's ALL good...so are you.  

**KNOW that Everyone starts Small Every DAY .... small steps make a difference.  Love you all and so do your Angels.

Look, I get it.  There are so many THINGS in our daily...especially now. BUT....but!!!!!

*This is the Energy Chakra this is just below our Rib Cage (above our Navel)...you can put one or two of your Palms there if you want.  THIS CHAKRA governs ; Self Confidence, Self Esteem, Determination, Prioritization and WILLPOWER. 

OK....JUST for the minute (we will be talking about this in more depth)....just put your hand there and FEEL THIS AMAZING ENERGY. 

breathe in and out....fully and deeply.... 

you are not listening - THREE TIMES....BREATHE IN.....a little more

It's ACTUALLY about the SMALL things...that matter...

Ok...stay with me here ok?  

A few years ago for my birthday (VERY BIG DEAL for me btw...my birthday) I asked my boys and nephew for 2 bags of elastics.  C'mon ... 

VERY OFTEN you need things to HOLD EVERYTHING together. 

Some times you don't have 'those things'. 

They delivered. 

So I created (together with them and because of them) this 'ball' of elastics and ANY TIME I need one...I have one. 

Our Angels create that for us...C'MON...THEY DO!!! They HOLD US TOGETHER.  

But are you getting me right here?  (*I don't think you are...) maybe you are? 

I had to ASK FOR HELP....and they did it for me.  My boys and my nephew with the elastics (STILL STANDING and GROWING!!). 

AND actually that's what happens when you ask for help from your Angels, 

Sending you 'Elastic hugs' to keep EVERYTHING TOGETHER during this time,

Feel Good Energy working through your thoughts ....allow this Energy to flow within you. Stay POSITIVE in your Mental Thoughts.

Remember....as long as you do the Angels and Energy work - YOUR INTERNAL SELF will always be able to rise to the challenge of Anything life 'throws your way'.

Hello Angels...are you there?

 Angels?

Is  AnyOne there? 

Hello?

Many times when we feel like we are all alone...it can be SO difficult to ASK for help.  YES we Wonder if other people are there for us...if our Angels are there for us...and sometimes all we hear are 'crickets'.  

ACTUALLY (at least in my experience in connecting with the Angels) I find that it is ME who has to DIAL the phone.  

**Some people (many actually!) over the years have asked me 'how do you know which Angel is picking up your call?'. 

I don't care....as long as someone 'picks up the line'...I am good. You see when  I am feeling 'low' then I simply talk in my head to my Angels...some people call this praying and sometimes I do too but many times I simply talk to my Angels in my head.  It helps me to breathe easier and feel secure.  I call it 'reaching for the phone'....hello?  

They always answer.  Your Angels love you, 

and so do I.

Do you know your Direction? ....Angels speaking here...are you listening?

THIS is a BIG one. Do you know...which direction or in WHAT WAY are you headed? 

Many of us do not...much of the time but (*good news) our ANGELS do.  

Do you recognize the image that I chose for this post? I took some time with this (I have to say because I will more than likely be getting a tattoo of this or similar image early on in 2022...personal share...as an aside lol)

...PARTICULARLY BECAUSE it is important at times to RECOGNIZE and REALIZE the direction that we need to make choices on.  We can make those decisions based on our integrity, our inner guidance and our clear thinking. 

It is ALSO IMPORTANT to note that there are decisions and OPPORTUNITIES that come our way that we may (or may not) feel comfortable with and yet WE KNOW that we need to give them a chance...STEP OUT of our COMFORT ZONE and TRY. **if it doesn't work out....it's STILL GOOD...we tried! 

THE THING IS when we recognize our INTERNAL compass together with our internal INTEGRITY...we are FREE to 'step out of the box'...and ALLOW NEW OPPORTUNITIES to come our way...and in some cases to 'take the leap'. 

We have been talking about our INTERNAL COMPASS (our Integrity) which also 'stems from' Soul Self.....however the 'circle' that you also see from the image shares our SPIRITUAL SELF...which connects with the Angels. 

This CANNOT exist without a connection with our SOUL SELF...OUR inner Integrity and Inner Power....our willpower and determination to continue to take POSITIVE ACTION day by day, step by step....that's how ALL GOOD THINGS HAPPEN.  FOR YOU AND FOR ALL THOSE AROUND YOU. 

FEEL good. feel Strong. 

Most of all, follow your Inner Compass - FEEL YOUR Soul Self within and ALLOW your Spiritual Self to CONNECT together with your Angels.

Angel messages for September 2021

 HEY...hello! It's September! Join me & your Angels. Here's the thing. The Angels are SHOUTING at us. SELF CONFIDENCE. Just go forward.

To DO THAT...we need to focus on our Inner Power. Our Solar Plexus Chakra. OUR Yellow BALL of Energy (like SUNSHINE) that exists just below our Rib cage. not just 'for some'. or at 'some times'. this is PART of (what i call) 'being in the vehicle' which is our body...and many times of 'life' path.

Its all good.

Just PLEASE (as the Angels are yelling my way....)...keep believing and PERSISTENCE PAIRED WITH SELF CONFIDENCE (and Solar Plexus Chakra) ....will BE THE WAY forward.

Angels HEALING! *Heart Chakra

 Here’s a personal story (with a moral) that is SO TRUE for me…and maybe for you as well.

So just last week I was walking along the beach early morning on Lake Erie, Canada  and I saw this rock/pebble (wasn’t even looking for one…just caught my eye) …
and I walked on.

On my way back I saw it again (there were so MANY pebbles and rocks) but this one caught my eye again and I thought ‘huh, I guess it’s mine’ so I picked it up and put it in my pocket.

Next couple days I did the laundry and this ‘thing’ was in the washing machine (didn’t have glasses on lol) and so I picked it up and tossed it in the mini garbage can we have in the laundry room.
I heard the sound it made as it hit the side of the bin and thought that doesn’t sound right so I reached in and looked at it (with glasses!!) and ‘found my heart’!

Happy.

This morning I headed to the car early morning and saw this rock just outside the door- must have fallen out of my hoody pocket as I was gardening since laundry day…I picked it up…AGAIN.

Now it is safe on my Angel table (with my ‘other ‘ Angel reminders.)

Moral?

Well for me, sometimes I lose track of my heart. When I SEE IT, many times I can go in a different direction. But then I see it and connect again…gratefully

Sometimes (many times?) I will ‘lose my heart’ again and often unknowingly.

When it shows up I may not recognize it….but SOMETHING is calling me…and I am able to connect again.

EVEN WHEN I may not know ‘where my heart is’?
I still don’t get it…BUT ITS STILL THERE. 

Thank you Angels for strong hearts and for always continuing to KNOCK AT OUR DOOR and SHOW US THE WAY.

Energy Healing...in the WIND!

 

It's funny...when I saw this picture it reminded me of my own experience only a couple of days ago.  I was working in the greenhouse and came out for a cold drink when I decided to pop up the patio umbrella on the deck.  Enjoying my first 'summer' day (lol it snowed almost the next day!  Welcome to Canada 😂 I noticed the blustery wind coming up and smiled.  

I know that just by BEING OUTSIDE I was receiving the equivalent of a full Reiki Healing however when the wind is also adding Energy...then the Healing is increased! 

It was at this moment that my HUGE umbrella decided to TAKE OFF (very much like Mary Poppins! ) and begin to float up and onto the roof of the house *bungalow thank goodness and I was close enough that I was able to lunge after it to secure it...but I was laughing!  

This experience of being outside, enjoying the Earth and Nature and having fun, spontaneous events happen made me feel like a kid again and we NEED this.  We NEED to feel carefree at times and REALLY connect with our Inner Child!  

Not only does this HEAL us but also GROUNDS us....and ALSO helps us to connect with our goals and dreams.  Sometimes it's easy to lose sight of this.  Archangel Gabriel helps us to connect with Inner Child and the NATURE Angels (Faeries or Elementals) assist us in 'wishing' ... in manifestation.  

Archangel RAPHAEL as well is in charge of our HEALING ability.  Our Self  - (our machine or vehicle if you wish) our physical, emotional and spiritual being is HARD WIRED to repair itself.  IT CAN DO THIS MUCH MORE EFFECTIVELY when we feed it the 'right nutrients'!! 

1. Be outside

2. Remind your Self to LAUGH...often! 

3. Enjoy the little moments...those are the only ones that matter 💗

Do you feel like you should be making some changes in your life? Do you feel from time to time that there is a specific change you could make that may significantly change your life for the better? Do you feel that there is some kind of a gateway that you are ‘supposed to’ go through in order to continue on your next path, your very successful pathway, your intended path ....and yet in order to get there you must make a some changes in your daily life?

Sometimes the only thing holding us back from making these changes is not fully believing in our Selves enough to have the courage to make those changes. A lack of self confidence and a wavering in faith might be diluting our ability to have the inner strength to ‘stick to ‘ these changes and to be able to accept the new opportunities that appear and to make the best of them when they do. OH! SO many questions! So many doubts! So many anxieties! Such a ‘busy head’ thinking of what may happen this way, what may happen that way, what may happen if we don’t, if we do....ENOUGH!

All of this ‘thinking nonsense’ is just that - nonsense! It is in effect your ego/lower Self trying to sabotage your progress forward for whatever reason. So when the questions start....acknowledge them for what they are (impediments on your journey forward) and go with your inner instinct...follow it where it is guiding you.

Your Angel Team is communicating with you and subtly guiding you forward by filling you with these feelings/intuitions that will urge you to make the changes necessary to open new opportunities and pathways. Trust in their full and total support of your decisions and allow your Self to feel the CONFIDENCE they bring forward within you.

Feel the fullness of your confidence unfold as they beam their beautiful Divine Golden Light through your Self and Spirit and let that Angel glow carry you forward to the changes that you can make confidently now that you know your Angel Team is with you on this - fully and whole heartedly!

DO IT NOW! 5 minute ENERGY HEALING

I gotta be honest with you. At first this writing was going to be about something else...another topic (so stay tuned lol) but when I saw this picture I thought YES!!! let's 'go here' again!  
NOT KIDDING GUYS...this is the equivalent of receiving a FULL HEALING ENERGY TREATMENT.  Take your shoes off and go visit Mother Earth...she will WELCOME your visit and fill your Energy with her Powerful Healing Spirit and Energy! Believe me. 

TAKE 5 MINUTES.  This is all it takes. 

Now...if you live where I live (Canada! yes!! ) then I have a few weeks left where this will actually be possible before the snow and SO!!! if you live in 'Snow country' also...then get cracking and spend 5 minutes a day...I know I will be!  (*there is an Energy Answer for us Snow people as well and I will get to that a little later...not to worry!)  

What does this do?  
Without getting all 'woo woo'....this IGNITES OUR Earthly Chakras (stay with me now).  What this means to you is;

• increases your ability to feel safe and secure in the world (Root Chakra)
• creates EMOTIONAL FREEDOM (helping to reduce fear, doubt, worry & guilt - THE FOUR BIG ENERGY BLOCKERS as I have always called them (Sacral Chakra)
• promotes Self confidence, Self esteem, willpower and determination (Solar Plexus Chakra)

What are you waiting for?

Beautiful Nature. Keep it SIMPLE!

We have heard it time and again... (I have SAID it time and again!) ... to go outside.

There is a simplicity and also (clearly) an intrinsic beauty ... in Nature.

That being said.....WE DON'T GO OUTSIDE ENOUGH!   In some cases, at all.  I do remember a number of years back where we had an especially 'poor' winter season here (at the time I was in London, Canada) and it was -33Celcius *windchill EVERY SINGLE DAY for 3+ weeks.

and please do forgive me if you are reading this from 'colder clime's' !!  However, I remember that I was at work and my client was remarking on how COLD it was outside...and I said...'Is it??'

You see, at the time I was living in a high rise and would take the elevator down to my car and then take the elevator up to my work (from the underground parking) ....and I HAD DONE THIS FOR WEEKS!

So, I KNOW of what I SPEAK!  Regardless of the weather...we need to get outside.  It is healing and it is grounding.  I will go even further to note that spending 20-30 minutes a day outside is the equivalent of receiving a full Reiki session!  (*Now, you can do BOTH....and feel like a Superhero! LOL)  Seriously tho, just get outside!!

With regards to our picture...?   The real beauty in the world is in Nature and it is all around us.

We need to NOTICE the things around us.  The trees, the flowers, the birds...NOTICE.

Also, notice the NATURAL in other people.  Notice the beauty in a smile, common pleasantries, 'a courtesy wave' from another driver when you let them in (THE BEST!) and just...a kind word.

Beauty and kindness are all around us (and within us) ALL THE TIME.

Does Reiki work?

Does Reiki Work?

I myself have been undergoing Reiki treatments for the past four years with Stacey MacDonald. Stacey asked me to share my personal experiences with Reiki , why I believe it works and for those of you who are considering Reiki as an adjunct therapy offer you some scientific evidence of its efficacy.

In the realm of Western medicine, Reike at best is perceived as an optional, adjunct therapy to treatment. This is largely due to the fact that much of Reike’s efficacy is based on of anecdotal testimonies. Research is often geared to quantify that which is measurable, objective and controlled, and so actual studies to demonstrate Reiki’s effectiveness in healing are limited. However in one scientific study, hospitalized clients who received Reiki demonstrated a decrease in blood pressure, and in a second study hospitalized clients demonstrated an increase in hemoglobin – oxygen binds to hemoglobin where it is then carried throughout the body nourishing every cell and vital organ - after receiving Reiki treatments. Now, interestingly I can attest to the ladder study. Having undergone surgery to remove a large cyst on my ovary, pre-operative bloodwork showed my hemoglobin to be at the higher end of the normal range. I remember this well, because the gynaecologist seemed surprised as she shared this information with me just before putting me under.

 In a third study,  Reike sessions were provided as an adjunct therapy for oncology patients being treated with  chemo and radiation therapy. These patients reported a decrease in cancer related pain, improved sleep, increased mobility, enhanced self-perception, feelings of empowerment, and diminished fears of dying.

            So, in short Reiki does work, and you don’t need to believe in it to benefit from its healing effects. It does not hurt, it is not invasive and it is certainly not contraindicated to any form of Western medical treatment, and can be done concurrently with any treatment that you may be receiving.
