Right...ok! where is your EMOTIONAL Energy at...how much is going in/out?  

The THING is....this is incredibly important in 'our daily' 

Where is your Emotional Energy at...what is going in...what is going out?  The thing IS...my 'daily' needs to be assessed on an ongoing basis.  

Listen, I...like MANY of the amazing people I have been blessed to know...make it a priority to SHINE out to others. 

Some times I fall short. Some times, some days I fall WAY SHORT! lol....but it is still my intention. 

C'mon guys, you get it. MOST DAYS when your intentions are good then you are able to make 'some kind'  of help to others.  

From an Energy perspective...AND an Angel perspective...understand that YOU...ARE in a vehicle. An Emotional, Mental and Physical Energetic Vehicle.  More than likely, if you are continuing to read on then you are an Old Soul. 

You already understand that for your Vehicle (your triangle...your thoughts, feelings and physical Self) to be in alignment...you need to share more with others. 

Share more of your thoughts and actions with your community. 

As we share...then others will share and so on and so on.  

Share openly, often and LOUDLY with others. Share your FULL heart. 

know why? 

Then YOUR HEART (and your mental, emotional and physical Self) GROWS STRONGER.

The thing is it takes COURAGE to get on the train.  

The 'Angel train of CHANGE' pulls in to the station on a regular.  

what.  You think you're the first person to sit on this bench?  wow. 

 

absolutely not.  and you won't be the last...of course when you ACTUALLY get on the train then not only will you be filled with confidence to bring you along your journey...you will also be an inspiration to the next person. 

Your Angels thank you. 

I know it's not the first time or even the 3rd time or even the 10th time you've sat on this bench...but this time is different.  it is. 

THIS CHANGE is all about personal relationships, health and physical choices, educational choices, career decisions....tough conversations with your self and some times with others...its just that

This time you can FEEL IT. you are getting on the train ... you KNOW the changes you need to make and your Angels are willing to help you all the way. 

THESE ARE POSITIVE CHANGES you are making. make sure. does it feel right. your Angels will help you with this. 

I know it's difficult to get on the train....because making positive change means hard work, hard conversations and big steps (that sometimes feel backwards...but they're NOT) in many cases. 

you can always get off at the next stop (and start again I know some have done this before ....in past years I've done it (many times) myself...) but eventually it JUST FEELS RIGHT to get ON the train together with the Angels and STICK THE LANDING . 

 

It's tough...but NOT AS TOUGH as continuing to wait on...the next....train....and then the next....train. 

Your Angel train is pulling in.  You got this.

Are you caught in the WAVE?

 you know we can all 'get caught in the waves'. 

it's the 'to-ing and fro-ing' of everyday life.  but sometimes it's more than that. 

The Analogy of being caught in deep water or turbulent storms....of course we are all familiar.  The thing is...all we need to do is BE A STRONG SWIMMER. 

Know how to manoeuvre out of deep water, turbulent water, undertow, rip tide....just SWIM STRONGLY 

I'm not sure that everyone is getting my story here.  Life is GOING to send you some curve balls, hard hits and mostly things that you did not expect. 

you can't do anything about that. 

huh

what can you do? well, you can be stronger. You can learn to swim.  STRONGLY. Make sure that you are stronger. 

Energetically. Emotionally. Mentally. Physically. yes. How do you do it? Surround your Self with great people. TALK TO PEOPLE who support you.  Connect with your Angels...

You GOTTA KNOW your Angels are connecting with you!  

Meanwhile enjoy the lessons....the swimming lessons (the waves never stop coming at you!) but if you are a strong swimmer (lifeguard here ... don't want to brag just saying) ANALOGY-wise you just have to keep improving your swimming skills TO THE POINT that you WELCOME the waves.....

the WAVES coming at you means you are growing, getting stronger....but it's funny.  The stronger the swimmer you are you don't even notice the waves...(kinda) but you just keep swimming.

YOU know what? It's true.  

What EVER you decide to do in any moment as long as it makes you happy is the BEST course of action. Your Angels support this. YOur Angels are ShAring this. 

So....

what does 'being happy' mean?  Well, being happy means that we need to feel in our 'vehicle' (which is what our Angels call our Self....our physical being that we inhabit....) mentally, emotionally and physically well.   We need to look after our Selves!  

Are we surrounding our Self with people and situations that support our Self in a positive way? Are we supplying our Physical Self with enough exercise and action and nutrients?  These are simple things....

Are we taking ACTION STEPS towards goals and dreams....remember....many times these are 'baby steps'...one step at a time.

I think we GOT THIS!  Together with our Angels,

**Energetically this is the part of us that holds all of our Wisdom and Strength.  Our Sense of Self ,our Strength of Spirit...this bit of our Self represents and HOLDS our Inner Strength (for this life and *in some cases many past lives)....for the Old Souls. 

What does this mean?  YOUR Soul Path purpose is to GIVE . share. care. learn. teach. be compassionate. be kind. BE COMPASSIONATE. *can't share this enough. 

Being an old soul comes with guidelines. do this and be rewarded. in what way?

Your Journey FORWARD....what does it look like? WHO CARES! JUST FOLLOW THE STEPS!

 SO hear this.  

Many times (Every time! believe me) WE HAVE no idea in what direction or which direction we are going in BUT...it is of utmost importance that we KEEP moving. forward.  In my experience and with so many others I have been blessed to connect with this has always being true. 

Be assured however when your Angels are working with you...then THEY WILL make sure that this happens.  You will always be given the Strength and Intuition to continue on your journey for your own Soul Path Purpose. 

Ok...let's get down to it then k? THE THING IS that many times WE don't know what direction we are going to go, going to do, accomplish and so on.

Only New Souls KNOW WHERE & HOW they are 'getting there' ....wherever THAT is..our Angels actually find that funny by the way.  lol

 And there is absolutely nothing wrong with New Souls knowing this ...we can DRAW Strength from this for sure HOWEVER there is also an 

AMAZING STRENGTH in recognizing the Old Souls....just taking the steps...LISTENING to messages and intuitions along the way. (Many of these 'inner knowings' come from their Hara...their Soul Self which speaks to them from Past Life Wisdoms)...That's what they do...and they have the strongest connection with their Angels and their Old Soul SELF.  

huh. 

That's really powerful.  Let's do that...if you can.  

New Soul or Old Soul...(or middle Soul as I always say!) 

Keep stepping forward as you are guided ....EVEN IF sometimes it may not be in your plan....and ESPECIALLY if you have no plan....

Sometimes that is the best and the most powerful as long as you are CONNECTED... with your Self...your Angels and your Inner sense of KNOWING.  It's all good. FEEL THIS. 

Keep moving forward and know that if you DON'T know where that might be leading you...then you are an OLD SOUL. Keep loving, shining, doing your best....and doing for others...

BUILD your Energy...THIS is how it works.

 

It's funny in a way. CUZ sometimes we Need to BUILD UP...we have to.

and WHEN I SHARE BUILD UP...IT IS ABOUT building Peace.   in our hearts in our lives...and in the pathways of others....

You see right here in the image that the Zen stones start small and then build...huh...pretty shaky eh? I dunno.

The thing is WE WERE all brought along to believe that IF we build a strong base **FOUNDATION  then WE will be Strong. 

Strong is good . 

The thing is ...the foundation is sometimes 'shaky'... and very often in so many 'stories' (a 'shaky' foundation) this is the BEST. 

You see 'shaky foundation' will BUILD STRENGTH.  This allows us to continue to LEARN and grow through our life.  AS WE DO we are sharing and meeting others.  

**Sometimes we 'hide' when we actually need to GET out there. Learning something new is Key. 

Meeting others and sharing with others in ANY way that you can Build YOUR Shaky Foundation....ROCK SOLID. 

Keep learning...talk with others learn something share something....geez Louise...

It's ALL good...so are you.

SOMETIMES we get SUCH great news that we need to RUN across the beach and feel grateful!

WITH OUR UMBRELLA! to PROTECT us from any Negative Energy.   THE UMBRELLA IS A SYMBOL OF OUR ANGELS. 

**When we ask them to be there for us then ... THEY ARE. Many times in SO MANY ways we are not aware... until later.   

Ok...insider Secret?  ...you don't Need the Umbrella. !! They are holding it for you AS LONG AS YOU ARE TALKING to them? Are you? **I know you are.

Hello Angels...are you there?

 Angels?

Is  AnyOne there? 

Hello?

Many times when we feel like we are all alone...it can be SO difficult to ASK for help.  YES we Wonder if other people are there for us...if our Angels are there for us...and sometimes all we hear are 'crickets'.  

ACTUALLY (at least in my experience in connecting with the Angels) I find that it is ME who has to DIAL the phone.  

**Some people (many actually!) over the years have asked me 'how do you know which Angel is picking up your call?'. 

I don't care....as long as someone 'picks up the line'...I am good. You see when  I am feeling 'low' then I simply talk in my head to my Angels...some people call this praying and sometimes I do too but many times I simply talk to my Angels in my head.  It helps me to breathe easier and feel secure.  I call it 'reaching for the phone'....hello?  

They always answer.  Your Angels love you, 

and so do I.

Angel messages for September 2021

 HEY...hello! It's September! Join me & your Angels. Here's the thing. The Angels are SHOUTING at us. SELF CONFIDENCE. Just go forward.

To DO THAT...we need to focus on our Inner Power. Our Solar Plexus Chakra. OUR Yellow BALL of Energy (like SUNSHINE) that exists just below our Rib cage. not just 'for some'. or at 'some times'. this is PART of (what i call) 'being in the vehicle' which is our body...and many times of 'life' path.

Its all good.

Just PLEASE (as the Angels are yelling my way....)...keep believing and PERSISTENCE PAIRED WITH SELF CONFIDENCE (and Solar Plexus Chakra) ....will BE THE WAY forward.

Angels HEALING! *Heart Chakra

 Here’s a personal story (with a moral) that is SO TRUE for me…and maybe for you as well.

So just last week I was walking along the beach early morning on Lake Erie, Canada  and I saw this rock/pebble (wasn’t even looking for one…just caught my eye) …
and I walked on.

On my way back I saw it again (there were so MANY pebbles and rocks) but this one caught my eye again and I thought ‘huh, I guess it’s mine’ so I picked it up and put it in my pocket.

Next couple days I did the laundry and this ‘thing’ was in the washing machine (didn’t have glasses on lol) and so I picked it up and tossed it in the mini garbage can we have in the laundry room.
I heard the sound it made as it hit the side of the bin and thought that doesn’t sound right so I reached in and looked at it (with glasses!!) and ‘found my heart’!

Happy.

This morning I headed to the car early morning and saw this rock just outside the door- must have fallen out of my hoody pocket as I was gardening since laundry day…I picked it up…AGAIN.

Now it is safe on my Angel table (with my ‘other ‘ Angel reminders.)

Moral?

Well for me, sometimes I lose track of my heart. When I SEE IT, many times I can go in a different direction. But then I see it and connect again…gratefully

Sometimes (many times?) I will ‘lose my heart’ again and often unknowingly.

When it shows up I may not recognize it….but SOMETHING is calling me…and I am able to connect again.

EVEN WHEN I may not know ‘where my heart is’?
I still don’t get it…BUT ITS STILL THERE. 

Thank you Angels for strong hearts and for always continuing to KNOCK AT OUR DOOR and SHOW US THE WAY.

Energy Healing...in the WIND!

 

It's funny...when I saw this picture it reminded me of my own experience only a couple of days ago.  I was working in the greenhouse and came out for a cold drink when I decided to pop up the patio umbrella on the deck.  Enjoying my first 'summer' day (lol it snowed almost the next day!  Welcome to Canada 😂 I noticed the blustery wind coming up and smiled.  

I know that just by BEING OUTSIDE I was receiving the equivalent of a full Reiki Healing however when the wind is also adding Energy...then the Healing is increased! 

It was at this moment that my HUGE umbrella decided to TAKE OFF (very much like Mary Poppins! ) and begin to float up and onto the roof of the house *bungalow thank goodness and I was close enough that I was able to lunge after it to secure it...but I was laughing!  

This experience of being outside, enjoying the Earth and Nature and having fun, spontaneous events happen made me feel like a kid again and we NEED this.  We NEED to feel carefree at times and REALLY connect with our Inner Child!  

Not only does this HEAL us but also GROUNDS us....and ALSO helps us to connect with our goals and dreams.  Sometimes it's easy to lose sight of this.  Archangel Gabriel helps us to connect with Inner Child and the NATURE Angels (Faeries or Elementals) assist us in 'wishing' ... in manifestation.  

Archangel RAPHAEL as well is in charge of our HEALING ability.  Our Self  - (our machine or vehicle if you wish) our physical, emotional and spiritual being is HARD WIRED to repair itself.  IT CAN DO THIS MUCH MORE EFFECTIVELY when we feed it the 'right nutrients'!! 

1. Be outside

2. Remind your Self to LAUGH...often! 

3. Enjoy the little moments...those are the only ones that matter 💗

Celebrate your INNER YELLOW!

Yes!! YELLOW is the colour of this message! 

HOWEVER, really at this time (and many others in my life) yellow is the colour that mainly pulls me through. 

When I was around 18years old I always thought that I would have a yellow truck...a pick up truck. I wanted that and it would have been really fun!  I have always been drawn to yellow and even now when I see a yellow car I feel that GOOD LUCK is coming my way. *Thank you Angels! 

However I digress. 

NOW when the colour YELLOW comes my way then it is specifically about CONFIDENCE.  

This ENERGY relates directly to Solar Plexus Chakra.  This ENERGY CENTRE with each and every ONE of us navigates our; 

• Self esteem
• Self Confidence
• Willpower
• Determination
• Prioritization Skills

This Energy Centre is just below our Rib cage.  GO AHEAD!  lay your hands over this area.  (right over left or left over right...doesn't matter) JUST do it.  

Breathe. a FEW times.  take your time - you got this.

why are you smiling? 

BECAUSE you have ACTIVATED YOUR INNER YELLOW.

Taking a TIME OUT!

Sometime we just have to take a 'time out'. 

Let's face it...life can be tough sometimes.  Every one has their story and are doing the 'dog and pony show' of life every single day.  

Some days everything is ALL GOOD and couldn't be better...and then there are the 'other' days when life seems just a little (or a lot!) daunting. 

Grief, angst, fear, doubt, worry, disappointment, anxiety, betrayal, vulnerability can ALL CREEP IN and usually when we are least expecting it.  Yes, it happens to all of us....in different capacities and in different levels...however we can all relate. 

WHEN THIS HAPPENS (not IF! but when), then it can really help to spend time REFLECTING in Nature.  

Take a time out and make sure you do so OUTSIDE. Get out there and spend time doing whatever you want to do....or simply nothing...JUST BE OUTSIDE and let the magic of Nature do its work to CLEAR OFF THE OLD STUFF....the old ways of thinking and the 'down side' of Energies.  

BREATHE!! and as you do so ACCEPT IN NEW ENERGIES such as hope and faith and love and self-respect and self-esteem and belief and trust in the future...YOUR FUTURE.  

It's all good my friends...just keep taking those TIME OUTS! 

**It gives your Angels a perfect WELCOME MAT to ring your doorbell. 

ANSWER THE DOOR.
