DEVELOPING YOUR INTUITION PART THREE 3. Claircognizance-InnerKnowing. *YOU IN?

 

Paying attention…

Claircognizance - Inner knowing - don’t ignore it…your ‘knee-jerk reactions’ ….your eye glance to the umbrella at the door….

and most times we ignore that...and later it rains. YES. it can be simple things and then it can also be ...inner knowings like 'I don’t want to be here in this situation'…uncomfortableness (at best)  drrrrr….but then 

People who are intuitive develop the knee jerk response to certain situations where they may feel  inner 'head talk'...questions or uncomfortable feelings. THIS IS WHEN the 20 questions step in a small way sometimes.  We will talk much more about these questions and how to navigate as we progress. 

When different or difficult situations are presented to you...The Intuitive people who are connected (and KNOW that they are)  KNOW THAT THEY CAN connect with their Claircognizance will have ‘almost’ an immediate reaction (however it can also take a minute so allow your Self to pause in your step and your speech)….

And then say ‘That’s interesting and thank you.  I need to sit with this and see if it RESONATES…can I get back to you?’

**Sometimes Claircognizance KICKS IN right away and your INNER KNOWING tells you what the answer is immediately…and sometimes as we say - 

‘I need to see if it resonates’.  

*Not unlike a boiling kettle or percolating coffee pot The answer needs some time to gets to its destination.  The answer comes through Claircognizance (gut feeling/inner knowing) - give it some time. 

The questions you ask your Self ?

Please understand as I always go in to ’20 Question mode’ when working with the Angels and also Intuition

-is this the right thing? *gut feeling please kick in!  Yes or no. (In my experience, if it feels like the ‘wrong’ thing for my path I’ll know immediately. If it is the right thing then I would feel an excitement or potentially and more often nothing (but not foreboding) and so there were no ‘warning signs’ claircognizantly. That’s a ‘go ahead’ in my experience.

-how does this make me feel? Happy or worried. 

So for this we are clearly taking about EMOTIONS which is different from our previous question when we were asking our Claircognizance to connect with our HEAD space - what makes sense Logistically. 

Now we are talking about FEELINGS.  

(*sometimes I have been worried emotionally however the answer I also have received is that for now this is the right thing - I can always ‘check in’ later)

-overall, in this decision when I picture ‘a day in the life of’…am I able to breathe deeply and still feel this is good for the moment. 

*any decision we make can and will always be ‘ever flowing and always evolving’.  We can always do our best and as well more easily when we are connected Intuitively…and for those who this resonates with also with our Angels.

Angels watching over us...always

 It's just that...they ARE. Whether we realize it or not...they are there - with us, for us and all around us. 

Sometimes it doesn't feel like that.  I get it and more importantly THEY GET IT.  still....

it's MOST important that YOU get it.  Do you? 

They are always sending love, strength of Spirit, support, wisdom and HEALING Energy out to all. Do we always feel it? Well? ...ok, sometimes we don't feel it 'in the moment' but it is UP TO US to 'keep the dream alive'....keep the inner flame burning and BELIEVE.  

EVEN if we don't 'feel them' with us in the moment....they are there.  TRUST.  They will show you in some way, somehow AS LONG AS you keep believing.  Keep your actions for your Self and others 'true' as your Angels would have you do. 

Your Angels are the Archangels of course but your Guiding Angels and Guardians are also your Ancestors in some cases and also loved ones who have passed and continue to guide and love you along your journey...they are by your side. 

Keep believing.  Feel them with you every step, every breath....feel comforted and supported. 

Your Angels - ALL OF THEM - love you ...love them back by believing. 

Take a DEEP BREATH in....and exhale out.

INSTINCT hmmmm....INTUITION. SAME thing

 

Thing is ... we ALL (yes All) have this capability.  We all connect with these inner feelings. 

INSTINCT is when it's happening 'in the moment'. 

INTUITION is what/when it potentially may happen. 

It. ALL HAPPENS WHEN we are aware of our Claircognizance.  our GUT Feeling. 

This is how Spiritual Energy and Angel messages ARE ABLE to make them Selves known to us. 

PAY ATTENTION. They are speaking with you, to you, for you and through you.

YEAH...you CAN! We can ALL do MORE that what we think we are CAPABLE OF.....DO IT! ONE step at a time.

That's right.  WE can.   you can.  yes you can. 

See...we ALL have this internal dialogue in our head.  Sometimes it's Higher Self  - many more times it's our Lower Self talking especially if our Life Force Energy is low (this can 'beat up' our emotions and thoughts and also physical Self) so sometimes all we hear in our head is .... the 4 big Energy Blockers as I refer to them *Fear, Doubt, Worry and Guilt.  

This will bring us to a point where we FEEL COMPLETELY UNABLE to take steps forward (for a million and one reasons) believe me Lower Self and 'beat up' thoughts and emotions have NO END to the reasons why we CANNOT do something. 

Thing is....where we MIGHT go? (if it resonates with you) together with your Angels...is your INNER Conversation - this can be redirected ok? 

Sample Conversation

Inner thought:  I can't go to the gym today (can't complete the to-do list I have, don't want to take on a new project/ FINISH a current project....and so on)

Logical thought/retort:  why not

Inner thought (probably Lower Self):   a) I don't want to  b)I'm too tired  c)I don't have time. d)I am too busy.  e) I'll go tomorrow.  f) ad nauseam....need I go on. 

Logical thought/retort:  TRAINED AND TAKES PERSEVERANCE TO HAVE THIS....YOUR answer INTERNALLY is 

"Duly noted Lower Self HOWEVER I AM doing it anyway". 

Put your shoes on and GO.  DO. 

YOUR Higher Self and LIFE FORCE Energy will increase exponentially.  **You will NOT feel this for the first 20/30 minutes of your endeavour however BELIEVE me the AFTER effects only SPUR you on for more EMPOWERING thoughts and Actions.

The thing is the quote is so true in the pic...we are ALL so capable of so much more.  in so many different areas and aspects of our life.  Let's do it.  

Together with our Angels as we hear our Higher Self thoughts and their BOSSY MESSAGES to just GET going.

*This is the Energy Chakra this is just below our Rib Cage (above our Navel)...you can put one or two of your Palms there if you want.  THIS CHAKRA governs ; Self Confidence, Self Esteem, Determination, Prioritization and WILLPOWER. 

OK....JUST for the minute (we will be talking about this in more depth)....just put your hand there and FEEL THIS AMAZING ENERGY.

SOMETIMES we get SUCH great news that we need to RUN across the beach and feel grateful!

SOMETIMES Even if WE DON'T KNOW... what is Happening....we STILL need to Literally or at least in our mind...our meditations...OUR THOUGHTS! ...WE need to feel we are running across the sand....

WITH OUR UMBRELLA! to PROTECT us from any Negative Energy.   THE UMBRELLA IS A SYMBOL OF OUR ANGELS. 

**When we ask them to be there for us then ... THEY ARE. Many times in SO MANY ways we are not aware... until later.   

Ok...insider Secret?  ...you don't Need the Umbrella. !! They are holding it for you AS LONG AS YOU ARE TALKING to them? Are you? **I know you are.

Welcome to 2022.  Your Angels have NEVER been stronger AROUND YOU and Within you. 

FEEL IT!

At this time we are working together with our Angels…full stop!

LIKE it or NOT....they are with you, beside you, BEHIND YOU...(pushing you forward emotionally, mentally and PHYSICALLY....huh... *physically...OK! sigh...this next year). 

The Ones that will ESPECIALLY Gain from this Angel Connection are those that Fully understand how it takes 'daily dedication' to Energy.  

AS WE GROW our Energy (being Outside, understanding how we can help Others around us....ultimately how we can GROW our own Life Force Energy) and our ABILITY to allow the Angels in to help us to SEED THE PATH ....FOR our own Adventure forward...IS the Way.  Well, at least it is for some.

Angel messages for September 2021

 HEY...hello! It's September! Join me & your Angels. Here's the thing. The Angels are SHOUTING at us. SELF CONFIDENCE. Just go forward.

To DO THAT...we need to focus on our Inner Power. Our Solar Plexus Chakra. OUR Yellow BALL of Energy (like SUNSHINE) that exists just below our Rib cage. not just 'for some'. or at 'some times'. this is PART of (what i call) 'being in the vehicle' which is our body...and many times of 'life' path.

Its all good.

Just PLEASE (as the Angels are yelling my way....)...keep believing and PERSISTENCE PAIRED WITH SELF CONFIDENCE (and Solar Plexus Chakra) ....will BE THE WAY forward.

Angel NUMBER MESSAGES

 `

One of the easiest and best ways the Angels can share messages with us is through numbers. 

Do you see 111, 222, 555, 888?

or do you see (either in the moment or over a time period) different series of numbers?  For example 385, 853, 538 and so on. 

Either way (or both!) the Angels are SENDING YOU MESSAGES.  You may notice these numbers in your mind's eye, in a dream, on license plates (this is most common for me) when you are driving...or parked! lol this is safest for looking around and 'noticing' what catches your eye.   It may be that you always look at your phone or clock at the same time every day just as a 'coincidence'.  

It has become apparent over the years just HOW MANY Angel messages we can write off as coincidence or disregard entirely just because we don't know what it means or don't recognize it as an Angel message!  

TO BE SURE, IF YOU ARE RECEIVING Angel Numbers and especially in a repetitive fashion...Your Angels are looking to get your attention! 

AND if this is happening then know that your Intuition and your ANGEL CONNECTION is growing and strengthening!  There are many other ways in which your Angels will begin to send you messaging however firstly let's list out 

WHAT THE NUMBERS MEAN! 

1.  Stay Positive Angels are smiling on you

2. Let go and have Faith

3. Ascended Masters are actively working with you

4. The highest Angel Energy is by your side

5. A time of transformation

6. Focus on your Spiritual side, the material side will follow

7. You are on the right path

8. Abundance

9. Stop procrastinating and get to work

So, to refer back to our previous point...if you are seeing repetitive numbers of 358, 583, 853....clearly then the message is that 'Your Ascended Masters are working powerfully with you during this transformative time towards Abundance in all areas of your life'

HAVE FUN with this connecting with your Angels!  Keep a journal of numbers that you see...a record of some repetitive numbers if you wish.  EVERY TIME you ACKNOWLEDGE an Angel number message INCREASES your bond and your ability to connect and decipher so many other messages that they are sending your way!

Listening to your Angels

TODAY we are focusing on our Angel message of ‘listening to our intuitive feelings’. Now, like no other time, is an opportunity for us to start (or continue) a daily practice of sitting quietly in a corner of your home where you are most comfortable and relaxing into your breath as you take your mind quietly to an even space, slow your mind down and listening to your favourite music in the background. 

Continue to take deep breaths, allow your mind to drift and show you pictures, ideas, faces, or simply relax into your favourite mental visiting place as you ask your Angels for any messages that they feel guided to share with you today. Remember to stay noncommittal about receiving any messages (don’t be 'desperate to receive a message' as anxiety will block their ability to communicate with you) however instead, simply open the door for any messages to come into your thoughts. If you receive any inspirations or gut feelings, however random - say thank you, file them and continue to relax.

Another VERY beneficial way of beginning to open your connection with your Angel team is to be outside listening to the sounds of nature all around you and feeling the ‘elements’ whatever they may be; bracing rain, soft snowflakes, the rustling wind racing along the streets and even listening to the breeze through the trees and riffling our hair are all sounds, sights and feelings that open our energy just enough for us to be able to benefit from and communicate with our Guides and Angels.

My special time is when I roll right out of bed in the morning, put on my coat and boots and set out for a long walk. As I step out the door, I take a deep breath in and look up at the sky...the soft grey white clouds on a jet black sky always set a magical tone for me. Sometimes the clear sky is lit like a beacon in the night with hundreds of stars raining their Light over me (I always pick one and make my wish and then I carry on) listening to the birds rustling through the trees as I disturb their early morning slumber in the dark morning. 

During my morning walk is the time when I can reconnect with my Self, ‘pressing the reset button’ on my inner Self and remembering what a beautiful stolen piece of time it is to be able to be up and thinking my own thoughts without any pressures of the day or responsibilities yet surrounding me. I listen to my Self, my intuitive feelings, my Angel messages as they bubble through my thoughts and inner Self. I allow them to take form and guide my thoughts towards others, towards my day and let them steer me in the direction where they are guiding me. 

It is through this communication and connection with my Self, my Higher Self that I totally relax into my own state of contentment and THAT opens the door for MY Angel Team to step in and offer me some guidance, some messages, some visuals.

I say a special thank you to my Angels for being around me at all times and ask them to continue to protect and guide me through my intuitive feelings throughout the day. I promise them that I will heed my intuitive feelings knowing that this is the way that my own circle of protective Angels choose to communicate with me first and foremost. 

I trust myself to trust my Angel messages and guidance. 

As I round the corner to come back home I can see the pale yellow glow of another day’s dawning in the Eastern sky and I smile.
Open the door to your Angel Team today....and listen.

It's not about 'BEING RIGHT'

It's not.  IT IS NOT about BEING RIGHT.

In certain situations with certain people....in life in general it can certainly SEEM like it is the most important thing in a conversation/argument/debate. But it isn't.

After a heated 'discussion' it may seem like EVERYTHING is on the line for YOUR point to be heard, to be understood and to counteract what is being 'flung' your way...by 'fling-ing it' back.
But it isn't.

It is ALMOST NEVER 'about' what is being said....and it is NEVER (100%) about BEING right.

It is ALWAYS......A-L-W-A-Y-S......about DOING RIGHT.

ACTIONS count.

Ok, so here is the tricky part.  Sometimes it is about what you are DO-ing for others and sometimes it is what you are DO-ing for your Self....many times (many, many MANY times!) it's a balance of both of these things.

We can make it complicated or we can make it difficult...but when you are ACTIVELY asking your Angels, Guides and Higher Self for help with this...this 'balance' can be quite simple.

Stand up for your Self, give EFFUSIVE-ly to others and show ALL of this through your ACTIONS.

The rest....ALL THE REST...takes care of itself.  TRY IT!

Energy forecast August 2015 *RELAX...and GET READY!!

Here we are in August and ... enjoying every minute of it!  An interesting time as we are being urged to certainly REST and balance our time WELL between relaxing and also getting a few things done to be sure HOWEVER the 'rest component' is really KEY as we do have a VERY busy Fall season lined up. 

Many people will be feeling their 'engines revving' as they connect (knowingly or unknowingly) with the anticipation of change, busy times ahead and the ability to break through previous held barriers on their Life path. 

But the time for this is....not quite yet.  Our responsibility this month is to our personal levels of energy.  To restore our own Life force energy through rest, meditation, spending time outside, reading, spending time with friends, exercising (and then more rest!) SO THAT WE ARE IN AN ENERGETIC PRIME LOCATION to be able to easily spot the signs and symbols that are going to lead us forward in the upcoming weeks and months. 

Remember that these signs and symbols are shown to us all the time however very often we are not TUNED IN enough to notice, recognize or take advantage of opportunity when it is shown to us.   

This month, GET READY by RELAXING and BALANCING your Self, your energy, your home life, your work life, your personal relationships and ultimately your entire state of BEing.   Enjoy your time and know that great things are on the way to you.
