THIS IS IT!! Renew, rejuvenate, REFRESH!!!!

and so it begins
TODAY
This is it ~ the season of RENEWAL.
DO NOT miss this bus!!   We ALL have this EQUAL OPPORTUNITY for the next 60 days....
THIS IS A TIME OF RENEWAL
I want to be clear in that I am not just 'whistling Dixie' here, or blowing around 'abundance-isms' per se....
The next 60 days is CRUCIAL
for those that are TRULY looking to round a corner....
ALL ABOARD!

This is a time where we can truly learn to live present moment - it is ONLY in present moment where we are able to feel, be and share TRUE JOY and peace and calm and contentment and ALL the things we TRULY desire......present moment is where it is at and the next 60 days is presented to us energetically at this point on MANY of our Paths as an opportunity to reach out and grab this....
THIS
is NOT about EFFORTING forward, writing/saying/speaking/recording/listening/writing our affirmations, ticking off all of our abundance list to-do's.....
this is about
sitting
being present
BREATHING
smiling
ALLOWING
your SELF
to BE
in this moment.  
THIS moment is awesome ~ you know why?
because it is REAL
and we are here on this physical plane TO BE REAL. with others and with ourSelves. so BE REAL.
and be REALLY INSIDE this moment.....with me :)
I FULLY intend to enJOY the next 60 days learning and relearning, catching mySelf on my 'kneejerks' and learning again.....to be REALLY IN this moment.
This is good.
This is going to be a Great time. for me and for many.....thank you for joining me....in the Now :)
refresh, rejuvenate, revitalize and renew....in this moment....with me.

ENERGY FLOW - Make the CHOICE!!!

and YES!  Energy flow IS A CHOICE.
(I am naturally assuming you know what I mean by Energy flow, yes?  LIFE FORCE ENERGY - that which flows within us all ~ moves within us emotionally, spiritually(mentally) and physically every second, every minute, every hour, every day....well, you get me! :)
This Energy and the amount you have of it....is a CHOICE.

Every moment you are making a conscious or subconscious decision to have more of it...
or have less of it.
so.......?
WHAT IS YOUR CHOICE?

I know what my choice has been and I also what my choice will continue to be .... I know that the people I am fortunate to have connected with in my circle as friends, colleagues, peers, clients, course participants and even as especially YOU! my 'bloggy' friends.......
ARE ALL making that choice with me also! HOW DO I KNOW THIS?
because as I decide that I want MORE ENERGY for myself to move forward on my Life Path then I GET THAT ENERGY and as I GET THAT ENERGY
I GIVE THAT ENERGY!!!!
and when I GIVE THAT ENERGY.....that flows out to situations, people, relationships, events, globally even and I ATTRACT SAME ENERGY BACK to me.
I KNOW it works because I have tried it.

NOT tried it for a weekend and nothing happened that was overwhelmingly great, I didn't get EXACTLY what I was asking for even though I was wearing my crown as the reigning "Miss Merry Sunshine" pageant winner.......
no.....
I HAVE BEEN VIGILANT and turned this PERCEPTION CHANGE, this CHOICE into a daily journey and indeed
into a NEW WAY of CHOOSING TO LIVE OPTIMALLY THROUGH INCREASED ENERGY.

BE VIGILANT.

There are MANY MANY ways of making this choice and sticking with this choice (and will be featured in my ENERGY LIGHT HEALING workshops and courses offered in online versions (stay tuned for Fall rollout :) and also some live workshops also (dates TBA)

However, one important way to go about MAKING THIS CHOICE TODAY is by simply ....thinking positively.....positive thoughts.  
(and just before you roll your eyes ....as I KNOW we all have been inundated with this message and 'abundance-isms' as I call them ...but STAY WITH ME here...)

ENERGY FLOW ---- How do I feel 'more like ME'???

HERE'S THE THING PEOPLE,
Sooooo, many times in the last number of days (weeks, months!! haha!) BUT seriously and INCREASINGLY the last number of days we are talking about

HOW DO IN INCREASE MY ENERGY?
How do I

FOCUS ON ME.......specifically
NOT in a SELFISH way.....but
I AM BEING CALLED TO FOCUS ON ME

AND...many responses have been .... (after crickets chirping....).....

I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THAT

I know how to 'do that' for others.....
(I have mastered that)
I know how to 'do that' in my head....
(have the certificate framed in the living room)

but
NOW IS THE TIME

for ME to do that

FOR REAL....

how do I?
PEOPLE?  It is easier than you think :)
and believe me when I tell you,
YOU ARE READY.....
:)
and so am I !!!!
(so as my boys know (my 12&13 yr old boys know)
that WHEN WE ARE READY?????
then I am in FULL IN
and we are 'BARRELLING FORWARD!!"

and ALSO, while you are following your heart (your 'gut instinct', your intuition) notice also your thoughts, your thought processes

notice which thoughts your mind ~ your physical mind ~ seems to dwell on.....which thoughts does your physical mind seem to be happiest to continue to return to.....

if so?  well done you. This is EXACTLY where your Higher Self needs you to be....

and if not?  well, here's a tip..... :)

change the channel. 

that's right. 

GET UP, say 'ENOUGH!' and change the channel 

"I will ONLY have thoughts that support ME" 

and then?

smile. 

BREATHE.

To be 'GREAT FULL'

Sit, stand, meditate, ponder, smile, wonder, MARVEL, question, accept, BELIEVE.....
do anything, but DO SOMETHING !  :)  as you join me on the edge of the world this upcoming weekend to simply enJOY timespent......
timespent doing all, some, one of the things I ~  together with my Angels  ~  have suggested here....

THROW YOUR ARMS OPEN INTO THE NIGHT and be thankful, be grateful and in so doing

be GREAT FULL.

Sometimes this is an easy place to be - grateful. Of course we are grateful! Things are going GREAT!  One thing after another seems to be just clicking into place, work is going along swimmingly, maybe made a couple of new friends, kids doing well at school, financially fairly balanced (or maybe WOW!! What a boon!  - good for you! :)  ..... regardless, how did you get here?
Where things always so 'great'? Was it always this easy to be 'great full'?  Or was there also a time when you had to (drag yourself) get out of bed and wipe your bleary eyes and however dismally and yet with a persevering stature....'arrange yourself' for the day?

**notice my use of the word 'persevere' which by the way....is the quality I admire MOST in anyone or anything :) **


So if you are seated on the 'Throne of Great' today - enJOY - IT IS A GRAND VIEW!!
and if you feel like you are on the 'Path to Great' I encourage you as your Angels encourage you - as they have and do encourage me on a regular basis as I have 'kicked my door open' to their assistance -

MAKE that WISH!

AND make a wish with your own blessing attached..this is a sure way that your Angels, Guides and Higher Self will also be able to add in their contribution to the 'wish factor' !  :)

Wishes are not meant to be WASTED on things, situations, outcomes that you are trying to FORCE ('square peg round hole' syndrome...right Diane?? haha!) and/or things that you wishwishwish would come true because behaviourally you have gotten USED TO wishing for this, or your neighbour wishes for it and so YOU WISH for it, or ......(even worse) it just SEEMS like the right thing to wish for....

Do you wishwishwish ..... and NEVER seem to get your wish?   Did it ever occur to you that your Angel Team or Guides might be putting their foot down on your wish?  .... because if you just SETTLE DOWN for a minute, take a breath and ALLOW THEM to bring something EVEN BETTER to you......you will benefit greatly....more greatly than you can imagine....(remember your guides think SO MUCH BIGGER than we do.....)

Let them, allow them and INVITE THEM into your world today and into your awareness and then just....

sit down and watch what it is they would like to bring your way.
Think POSITIVELY and BE PATIENT.....be kind to your Self in the meantime....

Today? I am travelling light.....

Oh my! and just as I wrote this my guides have pitched in and said 'travelling Light (capital L)??? or 'travelling lightly'?  haha!! semantics!
Let's put it this way, today I choose to go through my day with 'no strings attached'.  Similarly to this hot air balloon (me? hot air??? wow, this is going to be SOME kind of day if this is the way my Angels are going to keep playing on my words....!!)

Back on track,
TODAY I am going to begin my day, carry on through my day and reach a beautiful evening as I land quietly and gently this evening also with 'no strings attached'.
Previously we have all felt at different times in our life that we are moored to the earth, unable to achieve lift off, watching others 'take off and land' as they choose while we are seemingly stuck in the middle of a field somewhere carrying a load of sandbags, giant ropes tying us to the ground EVEN THOUGH we are blowing as much hot air as we can into our giant balloon (careful! ;) it is of no use, the ropes are too strong, the sandbags are too heavy.....

We can all have 'heavy energy cords' attached to us that inhibit our ability to move forward. They can be cords put there by others, cords that hold us back that represent poor memories, conditioning or learned behaviour, inability to see our potential, cords of self sabotage, fear of success/failure, lack of self confidence etc.
ALL OF THESE cords can be healed away, washed away and lifted from you so that you are able to go, be and do whatever it is that inspires you and FITS WITH YOUR PATH.
REGARDLESS of 'where they are from' or 'Why do I have this cord?' or "WHO PUT THIS CORD ON ME?" or even 'Why do I have cords and other people do not'??.....

WHO CARES ??!!
GET THOSE CORDS OFF AND FLY!!

Picture Archangel Michael sweeping away the energy cords that are holding you back - cords that are attached around your heart chakra area (making it laborious to breathe at times or to get a full breath) and around your shoulders and upper middle back area (got a 'knot'? tension in your shoulders?) Say to him "Thank you Archangel Michael for helping me to clear the cords that are attached to me and helping me to rejuvenate, replenish and renew my own life force energy more easily and strongly together with the healing Archangel Raphael - In grace and gratitude, I thank you'  **you can also make a sweeping gesture in front of your heart chakra and over your shoulders as you do so ..... AND ....if you are going to really want to see a change in this area, AS WITH ALL CHANGE, you have to commit to a daily schedule of doing this program with Archangel Michael - do NOT do this a couple of times and then shrug and say 'ish, I feel no different'  ...BE VIGILANT AND EXPECT POSITIVE CHANGE!*


and also picture your Self in your minds eye....
standing inside your hot air balloon, throwing all of the sandbags out and onto the grass, unclipping the links to the heavy ropes and as you stand there expectantly....
ALLOW your Self to feel the basket jiggle beneath you and then lift to one side and then the other and then slowly and EFFORTLESSLY!!!
you feel  sooooooooo   Light.......and floating up and away as weightlessly you are being transported to heights you never dreamed....
...are you holding your breath? eyes shining in wonder?
 if not you OUGHT to be!! This is AMAZING!
ALLOW your Self to feel the power of YOU. Cut the cords that are reining in your energy.
FEEL THE FREEDOM.
