The ANGELS!! THEY are SHOUTING at you! Can you hear them??!!

 Honestly. 

WHAT do they have to do to get your attention?

I posted this picture BECAUSE CLEARLY...you understand immediately that they are here. You (and I) see these Angel wings as a symbol. Clear as day. good. happy. 

Sometimes they are not as clear...not as simplified and EASILY recognizable . REST ASSURED....

believe. 

they are there. they are here. they are with you ...always. 

They, many times come in 'strange' ways...'round the corner' ways.

The ways where you catch your Self saying after the fact....wait a minute...whoa...ok. thanks. In the words that others share with you in casual conversation, a random phone call, a news snippet or something you see in social media that is positive and affirming...

and sometimes it feels like someone has their hand on your shoulder....for me it feels like a hand on my upper back between my shoulder blades...I know they are there. 

And MANY TIMES....it can feel like they are NOT WITH me.  I don't see anything 'magically' happening in my pathway or in 'my daily'. I don't FEEL any hand on my shoulder or back but

I STILL KNOW that I WILL feel this. and therefore I am able to continue to put one foot in front of the other to get through the 'crazy'...they are still watching out for me that's why I am still able to put one foot in front of the other...ok , good. got it. 

ok. are we good? Your ANGELS  are with you whether you can feel them, hear them or see them. 

BUT!!! pay attention to phone calls and people offering to help  AND  REACH out to ask for help. BIG DEAL guys.

and yes...I'm talking to you. big sigh....avoiding eye contact....it's just that...

You know what guys? YOU KNOW that a certain sparkle is dwindling. 

A certain "yup....ANOTHER DAY. " 

just saying...THAT'S ON YOU.  you own this behaviour, mindset, inner thoughts and so on. The best thing is that you can hear this Angel message and FEEL them working through you, with you.  They are guiding you....and it is up to you to HEAR it and SHARE your Sparkle. 

After all....you are you. and you are BRILLIANT. 

C'mon. you know you are. take a minute and breathe (deep breath).... HEAVY breath out. 

feel your strength. ... in little and tiny steps forward. this is the best way.

you don't know what GIVE UP looks like.  

You don't have that in your vernacular.  YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS.

Okay....ON TO the Second message.  TRY AGAIN...Yeah we got this all day long. Every day...all day long. EVERY DAY.....JUST KEEP GOING. *I am happy here.

as far as 'choosing wisely'?? HILARIOUS from an Angel perspective!! 

C''mon.....all we can do is STAY IN MOMENT, stay in our Integrity and ....ok hold on....

this is what it means doesn't it...it's actually simple ....speak simply and ask that others do as well.  

this is what CHOOSING WISELY means ...ok.

Time for a change?

What did you want to learn....way back when....before things got really crazy busy and your mind had time to wander?
What did you want to study...or create...or be a part of a team on?  Is it a hobby? or a course? or a sporting activity?

Sometimes, life slows down or changes just subtly enough....or DRASTICALLY and ABRUPTLY...regardless of how it is happening - this can be a very real way for your Angels to connect with you.   Very often this is a way that your Angels are urging you to 'pick up your life again'!  Find ways in which to honour yourself and your inner child and your curious side and your 'need to know more information' side.

Take this time to 'get back to being you'.
Who is this person....'you'?   Well, know you have some time to find out.  Allow yourself to be curious and explore your neighbourhood ... and your online neighbourhood and see which articles or events catch your attention.  GO TO THEM!  Reach out to other people who have like minded interests.  Make new friends while keeping up with the 'old' friends (ONLY the fun ones!)

Allow yourself some time to ease into this NEW way of being, of thinking, of acting, of exploring --- of learning to live again!  Have fun with it, honour yourself always and enJOY!

HELP ME! .... CAN I HELP YOU??!

There is not a whole heck of a lot that we are SURE OF in this life (or any other life quite possible however that may be ANOTHER blog post!! haha!)

As usual, I digress...the point is...(which I eventually get round to) is that in this life we are SURE that at some point WE WILL NEED HELP

AND also (if we are being honest) we are SURE that at some point WE WILL BE ABLE TO OFFER HELP.

Let's focus on the latter.  Very often we can be of assistance to another but sometimes we think the kind of help we have to offer may 'not be enough' or we may even feel that we don't have enough time (we wait until we feel that we have more time....does that time ever come?)

I TRULY BELIEVE that when we have been in the position of the former, which we ALL have been in at some point....ANY INDICATION of help, assistance, a kind word from someone (anyone!)  is SO WELCOME regardless of the 'size' of the offering or time spent....ANY kind word or helpful gesture...or smile can be SO HUGE.  We have it to give.

NOW, focusing on the former....HELP ME!  Has this ever been you?  Of course we have all been in this position and maybe even some of you are in this place right now...I ask that the people 'in your circle' recognize this and reach out to you and ALSO that you actively put yourself in and around places in your community where people are able to connect with you....and also that when help is being offered you are in a place in your heart where you are able to receive it.

Of course, sending Angels and blessings and gratitude your way....whether you are the one who is offering help or the one receiving help....KNOW that we all BALANCE our entire life journey....either offering help or receiving help....or optimally BOTH!  Shining helping and healing energy to you on your pathway...Thank you for giving...and RECEIVING.

Your Angels love you.
The (EVEN BETTER) thing is that THEY KNOW that YOU LOVE YOUR ANGELS.

As we are going through this 'rigamarole' called 'Life path'.....the ONLY thing that really matters is that WE LOVE OUR ANGELS and that  your ANGELS LOVE YOU.

(To quote some young friends and clients of mine....)
RIGHT?!!!

Quite seriously, when we are focused on LOVE ~ sending LOVE and receiving LOVE....we are in the right place.

Sometimes we can RUN AROUND AND AROUND on our Life path trying to figure out what to do, when to do it, what to say, how to respond.....and ..... ISH!   enough.

Focus on Love.  Love your Self, love others, love what you say and think and do and love what others say and think and do....and...nothing else matters. 

LOVE MATTERS.
Love your Self, love others and inspire everyone you meet to do the same.

In THIS way, you SHINE YOUR ANGEL LIGHT AND LOVE.

Is ANYTHING else better than that?
