Yessss!!! That's Right. Angel Guardian. uh huh. EVERY DAY.

 

AND...Angel Guardian this CAN be (very often ) what they look like. They are with you. Very unassuming. 

SO UNASSUMING in that you may 'miss them' or Ignore them...but they are with you. 

Quietly sharing Strength, Confidence and just an overall feeling of Wellness. 

While we are 'in our Daily'...we don't very often feel this but....LOOK UP ...Look around ...there are people around you who are ALSO sharing and shining....and feeling. 

Hey...you do you.  BUT

KNOW that your Angels are also SHINING DOWN your way. Feel it. 

and if you don't believe it. 

that's ok. because you know what?  

THEY DO. BELIEVE IN YOU.  

so.....

that's it.

It's just if you don't know what this means its ok. Truly.  It just means that you are a New/Newer Soul and I appreciate that. 

For this post....I am getting a strong message to connect with the Old Souls. Thing is ...

we need to give from our SOUL SELF. our Hara.  This is the small circle of Self that lives within our core.  Our Hara. 

**Energetically this is the part of us that holds all of our Wisdom and Strength.  Our Sense of Self ,our Strength of Spirit...this bit of our Self represents and HOLDS our Inner Strength (for this life and *in some cases many past lives)....for the Old Souls. 

What does this mean?  YOUR Soul Path purpose is to GIVE . share. care. learn. teach. be compassionate. be kind. BE COMPASSIONATE. *can't share this enough. 

Being an old soul comes with guidelines. do this and be rewarded. in what way? 

in many.

It's just that sometimes we see that SUNNY FACE. huh.  It's a Good thing.  

Better thing?  

BE IT. 

BE the Sunny face. It's way too easy to be 'the other thing'.  

C'mon do I need to say what IT IS.  Don't be THAT....BE THIS.

Smile.  Share the happy.  It is amazing (has always been) when I am able to 'share the happy"

...the HAPPY that comes back my way is absolutely and exponentially GREATER!  

INCREASED. happy!..

I Feel that if I LOVE it this much then I NEED TO Smile more.  

It's all good. If it doesn't feel like it right now. I get it.  but we need to do what we CAN do. 

Smiling works. 

FEELING  and Absorbing someone else's smile and GoodWill....Magical.  

Do it, Feel it, Be it, Absorb it, Shine it.

YEAH...you CAN! We can ALL do MORE that what we think we are CAPABLE OF.....DO IT! ONE step at a time.

That's right.  WE can.   you can.  yes you can. 

See...we ALL have this internal dialogue in our head.  Sometimes it's Higher Self  - many more times it's our Lower Self talking especially if our Life Force Energy is low (this can 'beat up' our emotions and thoughts and also physical Self) so sometimes all we hear in our head is .... the 4 big Energy Blockers as I refer to them *Fear, Doubt, Worry and Guilt.  

This will bring us to a point where we FEEL COMPLETELY UNABLE to take steps forward (for a million and one reasons) believe me Lower Self and 'beat up' thoughts and emotions have NO END to the reasons why we CANNOT do something. 

Thing is....where we MIGHT go? (if it resonates with you) together with your Angels...is your INNER Conversation - this can be redirected ok? 

Sample Conversation

Inner thought:  I can't go to the gym today (can't complete the to-do list I have, don't want to take on a new project/ FINISH a current project....and so on)

Logical thought/retort:  why not

Inner thought (probably Lower Self):   a) I don't want to  b)I'm too tired  c)I don't have time. d)I am too busy.  e) I'll go tomorrow.  f) ad nauseam....need I go on. 

Logical thought/retort:  TRAINED AND TAKES PERSEVERANCE TO HAVE THIS....YOUR answer INTERNALLY is 

"Duly noted Lower Self HOWEVER I AM doing it anyway". 

Put your shoes on and GO.  DO. 

YOUR Higher Self and LIFE FORCE Energy will increase exponentially.  **You will NOT feel this for the first 20/30 minutes of your endeavour however BELIEVE me the AFTER effects only SPUR you on for more EMPOWERING thoughts and Actions.

The thing is the quote is so true in the pic...we are ALL so capable of so much more.  in so many different areas and aspects of our life.  Let's do it.  

Together with our Angels as we hear our Higher Self thoughts and their BOSSY MESSAGES to just GET going.

Archangel Michael BIG PROTECTION & The Number 6

THIS is Archangel Michael. 

This card is a BIG DEAL. 

WE  know who and what Archangel Michael represents....protection, guidance, BOSSINESS (lol) as he Strongly Assists us to move in the right direction as we move along our pathway. 

The protection is key here...feeling his wings around us, his hand on our shoulder, his arms around us...even sitting beside us and especially (always) standing behind us.  He always 'has our back'. 

Don't worry you are moving forward together with Archangel Michael...and together (forewarned and forearmed) with your Angels. ALL IS WELL.  You are protected.  

There is no worry here. IN FACT, things are Looking up.  Are you ready for this?   

C'mon you hear me.  I think?  SOME of you are so used to things being a bit down that looking up is hard - I get it.  Still, when this card shows up...we HAVE to.   You see when SIX of Michael shows up then this (for those who believe and get this) is guiding us to 

FOCUS ON THE SPIRITUAL...(whatever that means to you on your pathway)....LEAVE THE MATERIAL stuff to him.  *them. 

The thing is that *sometimes we need to focus more on That and less on the other minute by minute. 

Maybe for a bit we let him/them 'drive the bus'....just give it a shot.  ... FOR those that this resonates with...you got them with ya!

Listening to your Angels

TODAY we are focusing on our Angel message of ‘listening to our intuitive feelings’. Now, like no other time, is an opportunity for us to start (or continue) a daily practice of sitting quietly in a corner of your home where you are most comfortable and relaxing into your breath as you take your mind quietly to an even space, slow your mind down and listening to your favourite music in the background. 

Continue to take deep breaths, allow your mind to drift and show you pictures, ideas, faces, or simply relax into your favourite mental visiting place as you ask your Angels for any messages that they feel guided to share with you today. Remember to stay noncommittal about receiving any messages (don’t be 'desperate to receive a message' as anxiety will block their ability to communicate with you) however instead, simply open the door for any messages to come into your thoughts. If you receive any inspirations or gut feelings, however random - say thank you, file them and continue to relax.

Another VERY beneficial way of beginning to open your connection with your Angel team is to be outside listening to the sounds of nature all around you and feeling the ‘elements’ whatever they may be; bracing rain, soft snowflakes, the rustling wind racing along the streets and even listening to the breeze through the trees and riffling our hair are all sounds, sights and feelings that open our energy just enough for us to be able to benefit from and communicate with our Guides and Angels.

My special time is when I roll right out of bed in the morning, put on my coat and boots and set out for a long walk. As I step out the door, I take a deep breath in and look up at the sky...the soft grey white clouds on a jet black sky always set a magical tone for me. Sometimes the clear sky is lit like a beacon in the night with hundreds of stars raining their Light over me (I always pick one and make my wish and then I carry on) listening to the birds rustling through the trees as I disturb their early morning slumber in the dark morning. 

During my morning walk is the time when I can reconnect with my Self, ‘pressing the reset button’ on my inner Self and remembering what a beautiful stolen piece of time it is to be able to be up and thinking my own thoughts without any pressures of the day or responsibilities yet surrounding me. I listen to my Self, my intuitive feelings, my Angel messages as they bubble through my thoughts and inner Self. I allow them to take form and guide my thoughts towards others, towards my day and let them steer me in the direction where they are guiding me. 

It is through this communication and connection with my Self, my Higher Self that I totally relax into my own state of contentment and THAT opens the door for MY Angel Team to step in and offer me some guidance, some messages, some visuals.

I say a special thank you to my Angels for being around me at all times and ask them to continue to protect and guide me through my intuitive feelings throughout the day. I promise them that I will heed my intuitive feelings knowing that this is the way that my own circle of protective Angels choose to communicate with me first and foremost. 

I trust myself to trust my Angel messages and guidance. 

As I round the corner to come back home I can see the pale yellow glow of another day’s dawning in the Eastern sky and I smile.
Open the door to your Angel Team today....and listen.

FREEDOM from STRESS

I love this image as it represents everything that I am...does it represent you?

Let me be more clear.  Sometimes, the following image might be the one that best represents MY DAY....

and YET....I know and YOU know that our first image is one that is 100% available to us at all times. 

We can CHOOSE to be HOW we choose to be. 

While sometimes during the course of my day, I may look and feel like the 2nd image...I know that my Guides and Angels 'have my back' and so when I 'catch myself' looking and behaving like the 2nd image....I call on my Higher Self and my Angels. 

All is well. Truly, when we call on our Angels. We are able to breathe deeply (something we are completely unable to do when we are in a state of fear and stress) and simply ask our Angels...to 'have our back'. 

When we are connecting with EMOTIONAL FREEDOM - we are connecting with SACRAL CHAKRA and the Archangel who governs this area of us...AND our Life Path is Archangel Raguel none other than the overseer of all of the Angels. 

When we connect with Raguel by merely asking for his assistance we are alleviating any of our own energy needs to fulfill any results from our own efforts.   

Do you get this? 

Here's the thing - we DO NEED to accept our responsibility in all things and we DO NEED to make an effort each day to fulfill our responsibility towards our daily needs and towards our own goals....and THIS is where it stops. 

IF....(BIG IF)...we are TRULY doing and fulfilling our FULL responsibility...doing everything we need to do and are able to do in our capacity and to our highest level of integrity...every day -

then we can RELEASE and angst, stress and even expectation we have to the outcome of our efforts. 

Tomorrow does not rely on the RESULTS of today...

Good results tomorrow most definitely relies on the amount of good intention and integrity that we put into our efforts today....and that goes for tomorrow as well...and the next day. 

When we place our own Emotional Freedom on our own merit, our own integrity, our own intentions and not necessarily the results...we achieve personal freedom (#image 1)

Today and every day, put your focus on your responsibility, your integrity and your positive intentions, 

good things will follow...meanwhile, enjoy your evening time with your Angels...job well done!

Welcome your Angels into 2014!

Good morning 'first day of 2014'!
We are glad, SO GLAD to be here....(finally) in 2014.
The year of 2013 has closed - our year of 'planting seeds' for a harvest time....er, when?  how? where will be reaping the rewards?
(In 2013, some of us were asking our Angels these questions again and again and the answer was always the same, 'Doesn't matter, keep planting!!')

Our Angels are very clear with their answer now that the dust has settled and we are here on the starting line of 2014.  We will reap some rewards of our harvest in THIS year.  So, RELAX!  TAKE A DEEP BREATH!
There WILL BE RESULTS this year - there will be a harvest!
That doesn't necessarily mean you stop 'planting your seeds' in the ground.
You have now MASTERED this skill after last years 'stick-to-it-iveness'...
...you might as well KEEP GOING!
The DIFFERENCE is .... along the way there will also now be rewards for your effort that not only keep your spirits up and offer you plenty of support, love, friendship and FUN over the months to come - there will also be success in business / career  and relationships as well.

ALL THIS??!  Yes, why not?!

Together with your Angels you know how to build a plan, STICK TO A PLAN .... AND you also know how to allow them to shift your perspective and open up your awareness enough to be know that ~
no matter what topic we are speaking of - relationships, career, business, friendships - not all solutions and rewards follow our original plan....sometimes the best solutions, opportunities and rewards come to us in unexpected ways.
Especially when we are working with our Angels!

The Angel process for successful people looks a little like this;

1. Ask your Angels for assistance
2. Follow your Angels/inner guidance to build a plan
3. FEEL your Angel's support as you STICK TO YOUR PLAN and TRUST in their guidance
4. Allow your mind to be open to new opportunities and 'twists' in the plan
5. SEE the progress as you go along and FIND answers in expected AND unexpected ways
Result? No matter what area of your life you have asked for assistance with;  you have Success!

BECAUSE we KNOW our Angels are working with us AND we believe and trust in this process....more success and Angelic support keeps COMING OUR WAY.

Angels in our midst

We have Angels in our midst.....all around us, everywhere we are - they are.  
And while it might not always seem like they are looking out for us....you can be sure that every decision we make is Divinely guided and orchestrated by our Angel team.  
We have our own personal Guardian Angels, assigned to us when we entered this particular Life Path. They work very closely with us all the way through our journey here.  
In partnership with them we also have our Spirit guides as well as our loved ones (friends and family) who have passed over from this life and yet continue to check in on us from time to time and leave information, clues and messages for us to comfort and also to guide us forward positively and confidently  --  you can trust this guidance also, it is meant for you. 

We also have our Archangels who work powerfully with us as we move forward day by day.  Each of the Archangels have their own unique characteristics that allow them to move in and specifically help us with certain circumstances as they arise.  As we begin to work with the Archangels, we also begin to recognize when one of the Archangels are around us based on the clues that they may leave around for us.  This is their own personal communication style and as you begin to recognize their style, you are also able to develop your own style of communicating with them.  
For example, Archangel Michael - one of the most known and recognized of the Archangels - works with us for protection and shielding from dangerous or negative life experiences. He guides us out of harm's way.  One of the strongest ways he guides us is through dream communication and even if you generally do not remember your dreams, simply asking Archangel Michael to also help you to connect with your dream guidance just before drifting off to sleep can help you in this area as well. If you are vigilant with this and keep with it, soon enough you will begin to remember 'seemingly' random objects or ideas/thoughts from your dream patterns.  Keep a log of these as you are beginning to build your relationship with Michael. 
Not as well known is Archangel Azrael who is in charge of the bridge that connects us on the physical plane to those who have passed over.  While his characteristics include other areas as well, he is most known for helping us to connect with our departed loved ones, friends and family.  We can ask Azrael to help us to connect with a certain loved one and send a sign to be left in the physical world as proof of that connection.   

There are 15 major Archangels who each flow into and out of our presence, like the ebb and flow of the waves at the beach, as they are needed.   Each of them have their area of strength which they share with us when asked or directed to.  Many times, the Archangels will work in groups or partnerships at certain times for us so that we might feel the full power of protection, connection, guidance, strength, comfort and more in order to move through a challenging situation. 

Many people who believe in their Angel team and work with them regularly each day are not only strengthened by this support however by believing in them fully they are also acting as Angel Lights to shine out that same guidance and support to others. The Angels are always so appreciative of those who continue to shine their Light on the physical plane as the more this Light shines, the brighter all of our pathways become. 
Still, others might have some difficultly in believing that a strong level of communication can be held with each of their Angels as certain situations arise - that is just fine.  This might be you and to this the Angels say 'Take your time'  ~  but even by reading this article you have opened a window to where your Angels might be more able to surround you with their guidance, support and protection.  Sometimes, that is all that is needed - a start.

Are you WIRED?

How hard is it for you to just 'turn it off'?!  

Are you 'hard wired for BUSY'?  

Do you leap / crawl out of bed in the morning and JUST   S T A R T    G O I N G??!!

Go, go, go  - busy, busy, busy - it never stops.  Never.  When it starts to do a 'natural slow down'....

you DIAL IT BACK UP again!

I want to tell you and more importantly, your Angel Team wants to tell you that this is JUST NOT NORMAL behaviour people and it's JUST NOT HEALTHY.  Period.  

I wish we could sugar coat this for you except that sometimes what is needed is COLD TURKEY.  FULL STOP.   

If it makes you feel better you can 'hard wire' some time into your packed schedule for some DOWN time.  Write in "RELAX" onto your calendar....and then keep that appointment!  

Making sure that we have time for everything and everything in it's own time is Archangel Raguel.  Helping us to KNOW within our hearts that for all of our striving and efforting forward - THERE IS A LIMIT to this as to all things and when we feel like we are approaching, at or beyond our limit.....we MUST make time to simply relax.  

Whatever great things we have put into motion by our own effort will now become part of a bigger picture that will BRING TO US the realization of our dreams.  NOT by continuing to EFFORT NON-STOP but by building in a balance of effort and relax time into our DAILY schedule.   

So, come on down out of the tree, take the toothpicks from your eyes ..... and BREATHE!

Angel Time

SLOW DOWN. You have TIME.  What's the RUSH?  Enough already with the 'busy busy, on a schedule, see to that to-do list, prioritize and accomplish, cram it in before the end of the day' business! You have TIME.

Put your Self on 'Angel time'.  KNOW that you have ALL THE TIME YOU NEED to do whatever you feel inspired to do.
TAKE TIME to get some things done and THEN TAKE TIME to go for a walk, chat with friends, enjoy time with family, wander through the park, stare up at trees.....TAKE THE TIME....there is ALWAYS more time....when you are working with Angel Time.

Archangel Metatron is one to call on when working with Angel Time.  If you would like time to 'move more quickly' or if you would like 'more time' with a certain situation....simply ask Archangel Metatron to help you with this.

KNOW that your Angel team is always with you, listening to your requests for help and EVEN responding when we need to work on .... Angel Time.

Listen very carefully

Listen!  SHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!  I SAID.....LISTEN!!!!!    BEEEEEE   QUIIIII-ET!   STOP and Listen.

That's better.  When you listen, you never know what you are going to hear.  When you listen, AT LEAST you are giving your Self the chance to hear SOMETHING.   I am NOT talking about listening to what is happening outside and around you in the world of busy-busy.
No.
I am talking about listening within.  Listening to the quiet (or not so quiet in some instances) voice inside of you that knows MUCH MORE than you give it credit for.
This is NOT the voice inside of you that can sometimes engage in negative self talk, self judgement/blame and so on.  THIS voice that we speak of is deeper still.  THIS voice is the voice of wisdom, the voice of love, the voice of guidance and direction from your Angels and Guides, from Source, from your Higher Self.
To hear it, you have only to STOP ....and LISTEN.
That means pausing and putting a stop to tasks, chores, to-do's, needs (real or perceived, your own or others) and simply BE-ING in THIS moment and listening to THIS voice.
This voice can talk to you in words, feelings, ideas, inspirations or very simply, can envelope you in a circle of peace and well-being.
Sound good?
You got that right! When you stop and listen carefully, you are taking time out to connecting with your very powerful Source of knowledge and direction.
Take some time today.....and listen.
