Right...ok! where is your EMOTIONAL Energy at...how much is going in/out?

 

Right...ok! where is your EMOTIONAL Energy at...how much is going in/out?  

The THING is....this is incredibly important in 'our daily' 

Where is your Emotional Energy at...what is going in...what is going out?  The thing IS...my 'daily' needs to be assessed on an ongoing basis.  

Listen, I...like MANY of the amazing people I have been blessed to know...make it a priority to SHINE out to others. 

Some times I fall short. Some times, some days I fall WAY SHORT! lol....but it is still my intention. 

C'mon guys, you get it. MOST DAYS when your intentions are good then you are able to make 'some kind'  of help to others.  

From an Energy perspective...AND an Angel perspective...understand that YOU...ARE in a vehicle. An Emotional, Mental and Physical Energetic Vehicle.  More than likely, if you are continuing to read on then you are an Old Soul. 

You already understand that for your Vehicle (your triangle...your thoughts, feelings and physical Self) to be in alignment...you need to share more with others. 

Share more of your thoughts and actions with your community. 

As we share...then others will share and so on and so on.  

Share openly, often and LOUDLY with others. Share your FULL heart. 

know why? 

Then YOUR HEART (and your mental, emotional and physical Self) GROWS STRONGER. 

Every One wins.

My memories...Inner child. C'mon....ANGEL ENERGY .Can you remember?

 ok...I found this picture . huh. The thing is guys....this is 'the back lake'  just off Tobermory. Full share....my home  beginning was Owen Sound.  WHY IS THIS pic so precious to me (because it is)

It's because I LOVE the beginning of a New day. Figuratively, symbolically and otherwise. 

As a child I would be able to play by the 'back lake' and take the canoe out ....I loved that. I love that. 

One time when I took the canoe out in the mist just before dawn ....after a time a Blue Heron flew out of the mist on my right and over the tip of canoe and on. 

so many beautiful memories....in simple moments. 

to my mind we need to remember them...find them.

Happy Self...happy you...means HEALTHY YOU

 

YOU know what? It's true.  

What EVER you decide to do in any moment as long as it makes you happy is the BEST course of action. Your Angels support this. YOur Angels are ShAring this. 

So....

what does 'being happy' mean?  Well, being happy means that we need to feel in our 'vehicle' (which is what our Angels call our Self....our physical being that we inhabit....) mentally, emotionally and physically well.   We need to look after our Selves!  

Are we surrounding our Self with people and situations that support our Self in a positive way? Are we supplying our Physical Self with enough exercise and action and nutrients?  These are simple things....

Are we taking ACTION STEPS towards goals and dreams....remember....many times these are 'baby steps'...one step at a time.

I think we GOT THIS!  Together with our Angels,

It's just if you don't know what this means its ok. Truly.  It just means that you are a New/Newer Soul and I appreciate that. 

For this post....I am getting a strong message to connect with the Old Souls. Thing is ...

we need to give from our SOUL SELF. our Hara.  This is the small circle of Self that lives within our core.  Our Hara. 

**Energetically this is the part of us that holds all of our Wisdom and Strength.  Our Sense of Self ,our Strength of Spirit...this bit of our Self represents and HOLDS our Inner Strength (for this life and *in some cases many past lives)....for the Old Souls. 

What does this mean?  YOUR Soul Path purpose is to GIVE . share. care. learn. teach. be compassionate. be kind. BE COMPASSIONATE. *can't share this enough. 

Being an old soul comes with guidelines. do this and be rewarded. in what way? 

in many.

BUILD your Energy...THIS is how it works.

 

It's funny in a way. CUZ sometimes we Need to BUILD UP...we have to.

and WHEN I SHARE BUILD UP...IT IS ABOUT building Peace.   in our hearts in our lives...and in the pathways of others....

You see right here in the image that the Zen stones start small and then build...huh...pretty shaky eh? I dunno.

The thing is WE WERE all brought along to believe that IF we build a strong base **FOUNDATION  then WE will be Strong. 

Strong is good . 

The thing is ...the foundation is sometimes 'shaky'... and very often in so many 'stories' (a 'shaky' foundation) this is the BEST. 

You see 'shaky foundation' will BUILD STRENGTH.  This allows us to continue to LEARN and grow through our life.  AS WE DO we are sharing and meeting others.  

**Sometimes we 'hide' when we actually need to GET out there. Learning something new is Key. 

Meeting others and sharing with others in ANY way that you can Build YOUR Shaky Foundation....ROCK SOLID. 

Keep learning...talk with others learn something share something....geez Louise...

It's ALL good...so are you.  

**KNOW that Everyone starts Small Every DAY .... small steps make a difference.  Love you all and so do your Angels.

What's up? What you got?...I KNOW WHAT I got...that's because...

 ....THAT's Because...

ANYTHING that life has to throw at us...WE GOT THIS. 

why?   BECAUSE we have our Angels behind us....uh oh...unless we don't.

Do you Connect with your Physical, Emotional and MENTAL Strengthening EVERY DAY? ....IF you do then yeah....You Got this.  Whatever LIFE can throw at 'you and yours'....ALL GOOD. 

IF you are not doing this then YES you are going to be upset by this but there are steps that you can take! 

Follow your PATH. 

To connect with your Angels and YOUR own Internal Life Force Energy....so  IN FACT...as you take Action....you do...

GOT THIS.  

Feel Good Energy working through your thoughts ....allow this Energy to flow within you. Stay POSITIVE in your Mental Thoughts. 

It's All GOOD.

Remember....as long as you do the Angels and Energy work - YOUR INTERNAL SELF will always be able to rise to the challenge of Anything life 'throws your way'.

Full Moon March 28 2021! The Worm Moon!!

 

Here we are guys!! THIS is the WORM moon.  The FULL MOON that CAN act as a New Moon. 

This is all about NEW beginnings, new possibilities and NEW GROWTH. 

As we know, we cannot grow unless we are ready to...recognizing the seeds we need to plant and establishing an appropriate place for seeds to grow! 

For some of you that know me well you already know that I am in a new home for the first time in 20+years and we love it. HOWEVER this home does come with a GREENHOUSE...clearly challenging me to plant seeds to grow some fruitful new beginnings!  *ok, so gardening is not necessarily my comfort spot! 

I will. 

Just have to take some new steps. All good.  *This (thank goodness)is not a race.  I will (as I do with most other things) take this one step at a time. 

HOWEVER I do acknowledge AND LOVE this Full Moon for it's opportunity for New Beginnings.  We all have this ...within relationships and business and otherwise. 

Regardless, FULL MOON is always about RELEASING. HOWEVER, with this Full Moon it is very much (not necessarily about welcoming IN New Energy because that comes later) but it is about PLANTING THE SEEDS that you can tend to and water and make sure that that the Worm Moon and Mother Nature can take care of the rest. 

You have to plant the seeds, water them, provide nutrient soil and sunshine. 

GROWTH WILL HAPPEN when you take the time to do this. 

THIS is what this Full Moon is about. 

*Can you see the Analogy that may assist in other areas of your life?  BELIEVE ME!! I AM PLANTING! Watering Can at the ready!

DO you ever hear MUSIC playing in your head? *Angel message!

 

So...do you? 

Here's the thing...WHEN not IF you have music playing in your head then THIS is an Angel message. 

This can be ANYTHING up to a lyric...a couple of bars in the song...the ENTIRE SONG lol or even just the name of the song repeating in your memory or mind imagery. 

Your Angels can be doing a number of things through this time of messaging.  

• getting your attention through the lyrics. Do these 'words' mean anything to you at this time? 
• building your Spirit up by providing a sense of upbeat Energy within your own Mind's ear
• hearing music/lyrics which allow your Self to feel comfort
• a title (or artist(s)) that is close to your heart and therefore feel a connection with to comfort & 'remind'
• 'random' songs on the radio or when someone shares with you a song that they love ...or even when we pop on our streaming service and our favourite album shows up!  

These are ALL ways in which our Angels are GETTING OUR ATTENTION and letting us know that they are there SUPPORTING us and UPLIFTING US whenever they can and how they can.  

MOST interesting to me is that I very often hear songs in my head that remind me of a time in my life...that brings back a memory 'for some reason'.  This sometimes can bring back a good memory and a 'feel good'  (we all love those!) 

However it is most interesting to me when I hear a song that brings back some uncomfortable feelings.  For example?  One of my most unfavourite songs is 'Stairway to Heaven' (ironically lol!!). Now before everyone does the 'pile on' I do know it is an amazing piece.  It is just the memories that this song brings back.  This was always the last song at every high school dance...and I was never asked to dance. ever.  (sad but true!) BUT NOW...WHEN I hear this song on the radio it takes me back to that place (14/15/16 years old) and I remember if I was strong then I can be strong now.  

Things change. CONFIDENCE GROWS.  

The Angels send messages in all sorts of ways...it's so important to understand how to interpret the messages they are sending.  

Archangel Sandalphon specifically is at work here.  Among other things he is the Archangel working with us, teaching and supporting through music.  **Kindness is AT WORK HERE.  FEEL IT. 

**for those NOT HEARING MUSIC?? You have an ANGEL PRESCRIPTION to LISTEN to more music.  Radio, streaming service, spa channel on your tv, (old cassettes?? lol and/or CDs)....or the NEW/old (reborn) version ....LPs....the GOLD of listening. 

For me I love my playlist on my phone....AND THE MUSIC IN MY HEAD.

The POWER of Nature

When was the last time you took a walk outside?  And while a stroll to the mailbox certainly COUNTS as a walk outside it is just as important to place a priority on putting a walk in Nature on our 'to-do' lists.
And yes, for the record any time we step outside our front door we are engaging in the outdoors and receiving an Energy healing of sorts.  Just be breathing in the outside air we are kickstarting our Life force energy be removing any blockages within our Energy centres (yes, it's true!)

HOWEVER, if we are strolling down a city street listening to cars going by or cars honking or people shouting or...any and ALL of the above!  Then we are also still within the confines of our 'busy head syndrome'....we are technically 'in the moment' except that THIS moment is filled with tension and noise.

We NEED to place on our calendars time for stepping out of busy-busy moments and into STILL moments like when we are outside in Nature walking along trails or standing by the waters edge or strolling through a meadow.  This moment is one filled with the sound of bird's chirping, breezes blowing and.....hmmmm....nothing else.

This moment is completely still....and peaceful.....and HEALING TO THE SPIRIT.

Put some *POWERFUL NATURE TIME* on your calendar today....and increase your energy physically, mentally and emotionally!

LEARN to be LUCKY!

Why not?  We can learn everything else? WHY NOT LEARN TO BE LUCKY?!!

You can't necessarily learn to be lucky by going to school or listening to countless stories of how lucky other people are or even WISHING to BE LUCKY.

YOU CAN learn to be lucky by believing that you can be.

That's right!  Merely HIT THE SWITCH that tells your Self deep down inside that you can be lucky.

Yes, I can feel some eyebrows raising with some quizzical glances!  Maybe you have tried this before and it hasn't worked.  Maybe you have purchased your lottery ticket and affirmed and affirmed and meditated as well on your own luck and good fortune and then.......(wa wa wahhhh)  nothing.

Look at luck in a different way and open up to NEW OPPORTUNITIES that will bring good fortune, good friends, new experiences, good energy and abundance in all things - your way.  Believe in your own ability to be lucky.  As you are doing this you are believing in your Self and you are also able to look around and see other people .... believing in themselves.  You feel your Self supporting them in their journey and wishing them good fortune and abundance and guess what?!   You can also feel this energy being SENT right back TO YOU!

This exchange of positive and abundant energy creates a MAGNET for abundance!  Opportunities that will lead you further along your Life path open up in front of you

AND HERE IS 'the thing'.....at this time, you have to realize that these opportunities have opened up for you SO THAT YOU CAN TAKE THEM!   So, don't just sit there and stare at opportunity with your mouth open or worse yet.....turn it down.....TAKE IT!  Go big or go home people and when you are LEARNING TO BE LUCKY....then you are 'going BIG'.

Today, take some lucky steps forward!

Angel destinations

How long have you been rowing?
Have you just begun?  Your heart is set on new destinations...your eyes set firmly on the horizon, a smile on your lips....
or perhaps your shoulders are aching....not even as much as your heart....

no matter.  'Get your head on straight' as my Nana might have said :)

Life is about picking up the oars and paddling away.
Some days you feel like REALLY 'going for it' and making some headway.  Today is THE day!

Other days....let's just drift awhile.  The point is ~ you are IN the boat....oars in hand and you can make your way .... YOUR way in YOUR time.

What direction you take has just as  much to do with what your heart says and your mind says.....as how your Angels say.   There is no difference.  As you are guided by your gut instinct and your 'random' thoughts are generally your Angels way of bringing you .... just a little closer to the shores of your destination.

Keep going - in your own time and in your own directions, as you are guided and TRUST in the guidance, protection and assistance you are being offered .... in every moment.
