Inner child- our SECRET INNER POWER!

Embrace the day!
Embrace your inner child!!
How many times have we heard these phrases and YES WE GET IT!!  however perhaps we have heard them so often that they have become 'catch phrases', 'buzz words', 'Abundance-isms' and so on.

So, let's take a moment to DIVE BACK INTO what Inner child actually means.
It means CONNECTING WITH THAT PART OF YOUR SELF that is SIMPLE.  I wouldn't say carefree exactly - not always anyway....but FREE.  

When I connect with my inner child I dial back to my childhood Self.  Now, while there were times growing up that were sometimes difficult and so on there were also MANY TIMES that I remember SIMPLY BEing.

I got up and if it was Saturday, watched cartoons and when I was hungry I went to get a bowl of cereal - generally Rice Krispies (sigh) or somedays 'Wow! we have Corn Pops!!' (YAY!).   **Even now as an adult, I think of spontaneous surprises as 'Corn Pop days'!  haha!

After my favourite cartoons, I would go outside and climb the apple tree or do something with by brother and sister or ride my bike over to Nikki's house and hopefully she could come out to play. Simple.

I think it is SO IMPORTANT that we ensure that some days during our month, we allow for our Selves to connect with our Inner child.  The part of us that SIMPLY wants to walk around the block or sit outside and watch the breeze moving the branches of the tree above us or put on a favourite movie or call a friend to 'come out to play'.  :)

When we do this we GIVE OUR SELVES PERMISSION to rest, enjoy and BE FREE ... SIMPLY IN THE MOMENT.

Truly, when we do this we take back the very best part of us...the simple part.

Take away the emails and the schedules and the work and the bills and the phones and the discouragements and the deadlines and the goals and the planning and the ....and the.....and the.....DONE!

Truly, when we do this we take back the very best part of us...the STRONG inner part of us that very simply and straightforwardly knows how to enjoy the HERE AND NOW.

THAT is what it is all about....Life....Us....Simple....Joy....Freedom of Spirit.   Give yourself permission to connect with your very strong and free...Inner child.

Supermoon, Spring Equinox AND Solar Eclipse - OH MY!

Holy wow!  Are you ready for this New moon on Friday?
This new moon is actually a Supermoon so the energy from this moon is even MORE POWERFUL than any other New moon.

Now, when we think of Supermoon we think of a giant full moon in the sky however this moon is a New moon but WILL be passing closest to the Earth and so it will be BIG .... AND as it represents new beginnings in our life...it will be an AUSPICIOUS TIME.

By the way, auspicious is defined in the Merriam Webster dictionary as meaning 

showing or suggesting that future success is likely

Hmmmm.... I'm thinking that this might be worth paying attention to...yes?  

NEVER MIND that this day...Friday March 20 is also Spring Equinox.  NOTHING says 'new beginning' like the renewal time of Spring...unless it's the New moon/Supermoon!  To have these 2 things happening on the same day is rare 

RARE!  AND also to have an opportunity to energetically take advantage of this??   STEP BOLDLY towards this time folks as it can be your 

'WELCOME MAT' INTO A NEW AND SUCCESSFUL PERIOD IN YOUR LIFE!

drum roll please.

So, we have the New Moon and it is a Supermoon and then we have the Spring Equinox AND THEN WE ALSO HAVE the Solar eclipse taking place on Friday March 20/2015.  Hold tight folks - it's going to be a bumpy ride!  

Can you tell I am excited for this?  And if you aren't....then you will be now!

Solar eclipse is also a time when many of us will experience an ENERGY SURGE.  THE POWER WITHIN to ignite parts of our Soul path mission which has previously been hidden from us and also the power of Self on the physical plane....to do something about it!  

*The power to organize yourself, put things in perspective, increased willpower and determination, prioritizing skills bubble to the surface....you are on your way!

OK, so what do you do?  How do you take advantage of this?

For sure, start making your list today of all of the things that you want to be brought into your life.  A new career? Bold movement forward in your existing career? A new relationship? A vacation? Improved health? Clearer head space? :) Increased finances?  Improved social schedule?  ANYTHING!

*This is a time to dream big and not in moderation.

**Keep it positive....New moon is a time to WELCOME IN new things....Full moon is time for releasing and we'll talk about this another time meanwhile.....ASK ASK ASK!!

Make your list and don't hold back.  Then sometime on Friday read through your list and look up to the sky and ... smile.  TRUST that the energy of this time, your guides and your Angels...the UNIVERSE has heard you and will bring to you everything you need in order to help you move powerfully forward in the ways in which you have asked for assistance at this time. 

I like to take my list out under the stars and spend some time in the night air together with my Angels and read through my list....I can feel them around me at that time...it is magical.  I will think of you as well as you are standing under the night sky with your Angels and I'll be sending extra blessings your way!

ENJOY the POWER of this most AUSPICIOUS time and allow this powerful energy to make a difference in your powerful pathway forward!

What is YOUR MESSAGE?

What is your message?  Are you thinking it or are you actually saying it?  Are you actually saying what you are thinking?  Do you overthink your message?  Do you overthink it ...before...or after you share your message?  Do you send messages without thinking at all?

SO MANY QUESTIONS when it comes to messaging.  So many things to consider!

Are you sharing your message with love, kindness and compassion?  Are you sharing this message because people 'need to hear it'?  Are you sharing this message because your ego is asking - NAY! DEMANDING! - that you share it?  (uh oh)

How will the other person(s) respond to your message?  What if they don't agree?  Is your message helpful....or hurtful?

Oh dear.
Enough already.  I'm afraid you have spent so much time on analyzing and overthinking your message that now there is simply not the energy to share...anything.

The point is that there are so many messages that are shared with us over any given amount of time. Some of these messages resonate with us and...some don't.  Some messages we like to hear and some messages... we don't like to hear.  Some we recognize as being the truth...and some messages are simply that person's opinion.  They have every right to share it just as we have every right to take it...or leave it.

It's as simple as that!  If you are guided to share your message then BY ALL MEANS share it!  Don't second guess or overanalyze or overthink it or put so much pressure on your Self to say the right thing ALL OF THE TIME.  No one does.

WE ALL SIMPLY SHARE and so be one of those people also - sharing your messages openly with others....for any and every reason under the sun...just keep sharing your knowledge, your opinion and your Light!

Archangel Gabriel shines through us when we are sharing our messages.  She is the messenger Angel and she ensures that we feel safe enough in our own power to share messages.  Know that each message we share holds a reason for being shared....whether it is a reason that can be seen right away or held for a later 'truth unveiling'....feel confident in sharing and receiving all types of messages.

ESPECIALLY the internal messages you share with your Self - be your own biggest supporter and messenger Angel!

FRIDAY 'ANGEL SONG' OF THE WEEK !

Ok, SO HOW INSPIRED AM I?  Once again, and those of you who know me also know that I LOVE The Voice!  Those of you who have paid attention! (lol)  know that I love The Voice because they CATCH PEOPLE DOING THINGS RIGHT!

...and this is KEY, I believe in order to bring out the BEST in people....simply, to 'catch people doing things RIGHT' makes a powerful difference in the World.    It's so easy to find fault...in our Selves, in others, with our work situation, with the state of the world....

and IT IS SO REFRESHING to find people and situations, TV shows, work places....who only look to the BEST of situations...they look to SUPPORT AND INSPIRE!

Is that where you are?  I think it is...otherwise...I don't believe you would be reading this.  I want to say and your Angels want to say...GOOD FOR YOU!  and THANK YOU.


So, I was watching The Voice this evening and caught Damien Lawson's rendition of 'He ain't Heavy, he's my brother'

Here's the thing ~
TWO things really made an IMPACT for me.....firstly, the emphasis that Damien put on these lyrics, (and listen again so you can GET THIS if you didn't the first time.... the more I listen to this the more I GET IT...and LOVE it!)

So on we go

His welfare is of my concern

No burden is he to bear

We'll get there

Secondly and actually most importantly I feel, as I was watching the show....Damian went on to say after he had sung that he really connected with the song because he truly felt that he was singing to all of the people in our dear world...(paraphrasing)....his sentiment was that WE ARE ALL FAMILY and that the more we ensure that OUR INTENTIONS ensure that ...

EVERYONE'S WELFARE IS OF OUR CONCERN!

we will get there! 

I am so grateful this evening for the people that I have the distinct pleasure of being able to connect with...each person making a difference in their own way, in their own circles...in a powerful and positive and supportive way.  

I thank you and your Angels thank you 

for making the welfare of others....your concern.

Ya gotta believe!

You HAVE TO BELIEVE!
When you believe.....GREAT things happen.
Period.

When you don't believe (in your Self, in other people, in abundance, in 'good things' coming to you, in your Angels....)
then good things DO NOT come your way.

But WAIT!  It's actually WORSE than that!

When you don't believe, you give your Lower Self a SOLID PLATFORM to 'grab the mike' and we all know what Lower Self can do when it starts talking!  It begins by telling you that you are not good enough...for anything!  It tells you that you will never amount to anything and THEN Lower Self starts blaming other people and situations for the reasons why Lower Self thinks that good things aren't coming to you....AND YOU BELIEVE LOWER SELF!

NO!  That is not the way!  It's not the way forward!

To move forward   'Ya gotta believe'!  
Believe in good. 
Believe in others.
Believe great things are on the way to you. 
Believe in your Self. 
Believe in the power of positivity. 
Believe in your Angels.

Angel miracles

So often we are in need.
In need of healing, in need of reassurance, in need of compassion, in need of security, safety...kindness and strength.

Sometimes we need this so badly and yet...there doesn't seem to be anyone or anything who can fill this need for us...even though what we are in need of seems so simple....it can feel like we are seeking a miracle.

This miracle can be found in a kind word, a smile or by someone reaching out to us to offer to ... hold our hand.

Please don't underestimate the healing power that you hold.  Simply by holding someone else's hand, clasping their shoulder in an hour of need and partnered with a smile, a kind word....you may be offering them their miracle.

How many miracles can you perform today?

This is the work of the Angels and by 'offering miracles' ... you are also an Angel.

Let your heart be free!

Let your heart be free!  Feel it rising high into the sky!  Feel the sunshine warming it on all sides and feel your heart shining sunshine out to all those around it.  There is no need for our hearts to be 'down' on ground level, tied to disappointment or stressful situations.

There is EVERY need for our hearts to be flying free and clear of any of the 'worldly concerns' that threaten to holds us down at any given moment of any day.

RISE ABOVE IT!  Let your heart be free and feel the freedom within you rise up with it!

As you 'set the tone' for other hearts around you to be light, happy, joyful, FREE and SHINING FREEDOM OF SPIRIT to all those around you...you also inspire others to set their hearts free.  Soon we will have everyone's heart flying free for all to see for miles and miles around.

The POWER of Nature

When was the last time you took a walk outside?  And while a stroll to the mailbox certainly COUNTS as a walk outside it is just as important to place a priority on putting a walk in Nature on our 'to-do' lists.
And yes, for the record any time we step outside our front door we are engaging in the outdoors and receiving an Energy healing of sorts.  Just be breathing in the outside air we are kickstarting our Life force energy be removing any blockages within our Energy centres (yes, it's true!)

HOWEVER, if we are strolling down a city street listening to cars going by or cars honking or people shouting or...any and ALL of the above!  Then we are also still within the confines of our 'busy head syndrome'....we are technically 'in the moment' except that THIS moment is filled with tension and noise.

We NEED to place on our calendars time for stepping out of busy-busy moments and into STILL moments like when we are outside in Nature walking along trails or standing by the waters edge or strolling through a meadow.  This moment is one filled with the sound of bird's chirping, breezes blowing and.....hmmmm....nothing else.

This moment is completely still....and peaceful.....and HEALING TO THE SPIRIT.

Put some *POWERFUL NATURE TIME* on your calendar today....and increase your energy physically, mentally and emotionally!

Angel Light message for the week - NEW BEGINNINGS

The New moon and NEW OPPORTUNITY!

TODAY IS NEW MOON and with this comes an opportunity to 'make a wish'!

This is NOT LIKE wishing on a star however IT IS just as or more powerful in that TODAY you get to INVITE NEW OPPORTUNITIES into your path.
Do you want a new career? Do you want to attract more business clients? Do you want/NEED a vacation? :)  Are you ready for a new relationship?...a new hobby?....a larger social circle?
Whatever the case may be...TODAY IS YOUR DAY!

~~~Write down ALL of the things, people, situations and opportunities that you would like to see brought into your life path...for RIGHT NOW, for the next few months or year and even in the distant future.

There are NO LIMITATIONS here!  DON'T EVERY LIMIT your ability to dream and dream big - and don't limit this list here today!

Tonight under the New moon, read through your list and FEEL IN YOUR HEART that these requests have been heard by your Angels and understood by the Universe.

I make it a practice to roll up my list, date the outside and then place it on a wee table in my 'Sacred space'.  I call this table my Angel table.  In this way, I am leaving this list up to my Angels and TRUSTING that they will bring these opportunities onto my Life path particularly and only those that will help me for my highest and best good.

I also then GET BUSY placing my Self OUT of "ASK mode" and INTO "RECEIVING mode".  If I KEEP asking and asking and affirming and visualizing....am I not just reminding and reminding my Angels that I asked for something and I don't have it yet?!

Why would I do this?  Do I not TRUST in Diving timing and that my Angels will lead me to where I need to go when I need to get there?  OF COURSE I DO!

Once I have asked ONCE, 

I TRUST that my Angels will bring to me what I need and when I need it.

 I have only to open my energy and my awareness by affirming daily -

"I open my arms wide to receive".

Do you BELIEVE?

Do you believe?
or do you believe what you have always believed because you believe that this is the only way to believe?
Maybe you used to believe but then...something happened....and you don't believe anymore.
Maybe you DO BELIEVE but you just don't believe in what the people around you believe in.

hmmm...I think some clarification might be in order.
Really, it doesn't matter WHAT you believe in.....it just PAYS TO BELIEVE.

Whether you believe in the law of attraction, yourself, your Angels, your 'significant other', your friends, your favourite sports team, your Higher Self, Divine magic, Source, that the sun will rise tomorrow morning and set tomorrow evening.....
you Believe.

When you believe you light a spark within you that is felt energetically within but also all around you.  By believing you also INSPIRE OTHERS TO BELIEVE.

Definition of Believe (Dictionary.com) to have confidence in the truth, the existence, or the reliability of something, 
although without absolute proof that one is right in doing so: Only if one believes in something can one act purposefully.

I love that! Especially the last bit.   When we believe in something/anything!  we can act purposefully :)

Today believe in something or believe in everything!
and most importantly, BELIEVE in your SELF.

Put on your Angel wings

Where do you keep your wings? 

Do you have a special dresser drawer that you store them in or are you more apt to hang them up neatly in the closet with your evening wear?  

Maybe you are a bit more casual and simply keep them on the clothesline by the back door?  This way you can quickly 'grab & go' as you (literally as it would happen) FLY out the door on your way to an appointment that has you scheduling some assistance for yourself or someone else.  Maybe you are headed to lunch with a friend (possibly in need of an ear or a helping hand) or to your child's recital or to work where you can be helpful to others while earning a living and supporting those in your family circle.....

When you are wearing your Angel wings there are NO LIMITS to WHERE YOU CAN GO.

So, my next question is...

Why do you have to store them anywhere at all?  Why aren't you wearing them ALL THE TIME??!

Eat with them on, sleep with them on, walk with them on, talk with them on.  Wear them to work, to the grocery store, to school, to the bus stop, to the gym, to the park and so on.  While you are wearing your Angel wings you are able to support others ~ JUST AS YOU ARE BEING SUPPORTED.  

(ting ting! I think another Angel just got their wings:)  

Enjoy being surrounded in your Angel wings, today and every day!

Challenges, obstacles & Angels!

It seems unfair (to say the least!) to note that our Angels put challenges and obstacles on our pathway....ON PURPOSE.    

Not sounding very 'angelic' so far is it?

No, not so much.  When we think of our Angels being around us, supporting us along our way forward we tend to think of beautiful white wings surrounding us, gentle and soft music playing in the background (harps...I believe)  and feelings of Divine love and awe within our hearts. 

We tend to NOT think of a record needle being dragged along a vinyl surface or car tires SCREECHING to a halt.....which are the sounds I associate with the way our Angels can sometimes bring us and EVERYTHING ELSE within our Life path to an ABRUPT halt or diversion. 

Far from feeling supported and loved, we feel completely jilted and sometimes can even seriously question our faith, our belief and our TRUST in our Angels.   

It IS then ironic that these are the very same situations that our Angels place before us in order to INCREASE our ability to connect with them, with our Faith and with our trust in the Universe and Divine support.  

How? 

When we are 'brought to our knees' by situations 'beyond our control' on our Life path....we feel vulnerable and alone, helpless and hopeless and .... (this is it-this is their point...) we are in COMPLETE SURRENDER.     

These situations bring down every last wall, every last bit of 'control' that we had and completely dissolves the 'ruse' where we had previously thought it was OUR actions and OUR plan that was moving us along so wonderfully in our Life path.  

It's not OUR plan and our plan alone.  Things work best when we rely on our 'Angel GPS system' but we can only do this when we TURN IT ON!    When we believe WE are 'in control' then we very often forget to connect with our Angels, we get too busy to spend time each day quietly listening and being in gratitude.  We can forget to reach out to others and reach out to our Angels.  But when we DO....our Angel navigation system is activated!  and we are shown much more clearly in what direction we should be moving for our highest and best good!

Times of challenge force us to surrender and look around ... and UP! .... for assistance and support.   We feel vulnerable and so are open and willing to ANY SUGGESTIONS that will move us forward (not just the points WE wrote down on our Action plan)  

Reach out to others and reach up to your Angels as you hold belief and trust in your heart - stay vigilant in this and see your path rise up and over any and every challenge on your Life path - successfully!
