Angel 'TIME OUT'

Put your Self in an 

ANGEL TIME OUT!

At different times on our Life path, we can get so busy and the people around us are so busy and the energy becomes FRENETIC and our deadlines and to-do lists are REALLY bogging us down...!!

Our minds and thoughts can go into overdrive as we find ourselves thinking of AT LEAST 20 different thoughts, to-do's, reminders at a time.

This DOES NOT help us to be more focused and more 'action driven' towards our goals and dreams however ONLY serves to DISTRACT our Selves from being in the moment and create OVERWHELM.

The present moment is the ONLY MOMENT where we can be powerful by the way.

HOW ARE  WE supposed to move forward powerfully HERE AND NOW when our minds are dragging us back into memories that can hold us back and also spinning wildly into future with thoughts of 'what if I don't reach this goal? What if I DO reach it but don't reach it in time...??? and so on.

Take an ANGEL TIME OUT!  Allow your Angels to bring you back into the present moment.  Allow them to clear away any and all distractions and negative energy along with 'busy-busy' thoughts so that you can receive their guidance and support and move forward MORE powerfully...and peacefully.

Sound good?  GREAT!  Here's how to do it!

1. Set the timer for 10 mins. 
2. Sit down.
3. Breathe in deeply...exhale fully. 
4. Each time you breathe in a little more deeply and exhale a little more fully.
5. On your inhale, say in your mind "Clearing" and on your exhale say in your mind "Cleaning". (This is a signal to Archangel Michael to help you to remove any unwanted or negative energies from around you)
6. See and feel Archangel Michael surrounding you now, clearing away any stress, anxiety, worry, tension, resentment, expectations of future and so on.  
7. When the timer goes off, see your Self as being completely restored and CENTRED and BALANCED within your OWN energy.  (*and not being controlled by all the situations happening out and around you and or your own busy-busy thoughts!)  

Feel 'peacefully powerful' after your Angel Time out!

Your JOURNEY with the Angels

Goin' somewhere? 

You're not sure? 

Are you waiting for something? someone?  ..... your ship to come in?  

Have you settled your Self down on the docks with a grim yet expectant look on your face and are counting the minutes until 'your something' happens?   

So, let me get this right.  You have dressed yourself up, taken the time to pack a bag and SET OFF in the direction of new opportunities....only to find your Self.....drifting along somewhere waiting....for something.....

IF ONLY you knew what you were waiting for?!

Right, ok.  This stops now.  Stop waiting.  Stop wondering.  

GET UP, nail a smile on your face and start walking.   *Notice I DIDN'T SAY, pick up your bag.  You have been carrying around that baggage for awhile now and THIS IS THE MOMENT TO DROP THE BAGGAGE.   

Just get up and start walking.  

At this point, it doesn't even REALLY matter in which direction - the point is, you are moving.  You are MOVING ON and MOVING FORWARD.  

Let's back this story up a bit. 

Sometimes our Angels and Guides bring us along so far by filling us full of inspirations and ideas.

Then as we get excited and feel 'gung ho' about these opportunities we start to 'take the reins', make plans, strategize and as we do so we feel IN CONTROL of ourselves and our situation and when we feel IN CONTROL - we SHUT OUT our Higher Self, our Angels and most if not all of our intuition, our guidance....Divine guidance.   When we shut this out, we get off track.  'Our control' may take us so far....but then eventually we realize that without our Angels help .... we are at loose ends, just drifting and waiting.  

The good news is that when we are 'drifting and waiting' we are NOT in control, we are vulnerable.   When we are vulnerable, we are also 'in surrender' and OPEN to all Angel guidance and inspiration.  

Be open to receiving all guidance - all of the time.  Make a plan and strategize your way forward however BALANCE out your planning time by being adaptable and flexible enough so that if your Angels SEE A BETTER WAY for you to move forward....you are open to accepting their suggestions and have trust and faith in their ability to bring you forward confidently to YOUR BEST LIFE. 

Walk forward and trust in your Angels!

Where do you go from here?

So many choices!
and yet....DO ANY OF THESE CHOICES EVEN MATTER?!

Are they relevant?
My personal opinion is .....NO.  None of these choices are relevant.

What SO OFTEN is missing from our thought processes, our fretting, our worrying, our PLANNING stages and points.....is THIS MOMENT.

We can be SO FOCUSED on where we are going, how we are going to get there, who we are going to be there with, who or what might be blocking our way to get where we feel we would like to be, where we need to be, where it is our FOCUS to be....

What about our focus on NOW?  What about our focus on our SELF in THIS moment?  What about our FOCUS on the people and the moments and the joy and the peace and the SIMPLICITY in THIS moment?

Forget the road map.  Forget the street signs and just for a time, set aside the pencils and the paper and the computer calendars and the cell phones.

THIS moment is WORTH SPENDING TIME IN.   So ENJOY it.

"Dial it down friends".

MAKE YOUR MOMENT in THIS MOMENT.

Angel numbers 777

Well, good for you!  This number is a very clear indication that you are exactly in the RIGHT place at the RIGHT TIME.  You are where you are meant to be ~ doing what you are meant to be doing.

Sometimes this number can feel like validation for us. We see this number and IMMEDIATELY start to clap ourselves on the back, nodding and grinning as we know in our hearts that "YES!  I know!  I AM on the right path, at the right place with the right people."

Other times we can see this number and think "Really?!" and feel NOTHING like we are on the right path.  The path that we are currently on might be topsy-turvy, there might be a lot of confusion or quite simply we might just be stopped completely leaving us frustrated and anxious.

NO MATTER.  You ARE on the RIGHT PATH.

We don't always get to choose what comes to us on our pathways but rest assured, when you see this number you are moving in exactly the RIGHT direction.

Walk confidently forward together with your Angels.  All is well.

Are you WIRED?

How hard is it for you to just 'turn it off'?!  

Are you 'hard wired for BUSY'?  

Do you leap / crawl out of bed in the morning and JUST   S T A R T    G O I N G??!!

Go, go, go  - busy, busy, busy - it never stops.  Never.  When it starts to do a 'natural slow down'....

you DIAL IT BACK UP again!

I want to tell you and more importantly, your Angel Team wants to tell you that this is JUST NOT NORMAL behaviour people and it's JUST NOT HEALTHY.  Period.  

I wish we could sugar coat this for you except that sometimes what is needed is COLD TURKEY.  FULL STOP.   

If it makes you feel better you can 'hard wire' some time into your packed schedule for some DOWN time.  Write in "RELAX" onto your calendar....and then keep that appointment!  

Making sure that we have time for everything and everything in it's own time is Archangel Raguel.  Helping us to KNOW within our hearts that for all of our striving and efforting forward - THERE IS A LIMIT to this as to all things and when we feel like we are approaching, at or beyond our limit.....we MUST make time to simply relax.  

Whatever great things we have put into motion by our own effort will now become part of a bigger picture that will BRING TO US the realization of our dreams.  NOT by continuing to EFFORT NON-STOP but by building in a balance of effort and relax time into our DAILY schedule.   

So, come on down out of the tree, take the toothpicks from your eyes ..... and BREATHE!

Angel Messages

Archangel Raguel encourages us to reach our highest potential.  This we can NEVER do as long as we are striving, reaching, EFFORTING towards our goals and yet neither can we do if we are complacent, sedentary and without desire.
We must strike that balance and it is with THIS, that Archangel Raguel comes in!   Within us we all have an idea or even many ideas of what we would like to do, where we would like to be and it is with these ideas that our dreams and goals find their way to us.  Some of our dreams and goals we instantly 'write off' as we assume that these are 'too much' for us to be able to achieve --- Archangel Raguel brings them back to us today.
Bring all of your ideas, dreams and goals back out onto the table today.  Have a close look at them and make your Self comfortable with them again.  See if there are any NEW dreams and goals that have found their way onto your table.  See them and FEEL them taking hold deep within you.  Hold them close to you in your awareness and visualize your Self accomplishing these goals.  See these goals being brought to you, seemingly effortlessly.
Exchange  'efforting' for 'believing' and take just one small step towards one of your goals, today.   As long as we are in our state of 'believing' and doing one small step today and EACH day - our goals COME TO US when the timing is perfect...Divine!
