What is SUPERMOON?

What is Supermoon?
Well, with every Full moon we all have an EXCELLENT opportunity to shed any 'emotional baggage', clear any thought patterns, habits or even relationships that don't serve us any longer - and when I say that, I mean that sometimes what we think, what we do and who we spend time with simply does NOT HELP but actually HINDERS our ability to succeed, to feel comfort, joy, happiness, peacefulness etc.
Energetically, during a Full Moon we are offered an opportunity to 'change it up'!

Switch in positive thinking for negative, strip away any habits or behaviours that have been tripping you up and even make major or minor adjustments in scheduling when it comes down to who or where you spend your time.
Visually, our moon will appear 13 percent larger and 30 percent brighter than any other night of the year as described on NASA  - it will be MORE than spectacular!  This happens every year, last year in May and next year in August - however OUR SPECIAL TREAT  is THIS very weekend - so let's make the most of it!
How?
A great way to take advantage of this energy opportunity is to start today and make a list (shorter for some, longer for others ;)  of .... things you want to change.  Be as descriptive or as vague as you like - this is your list, your way.
During the Supermoon, make sure you spend at least a few moments and hopefully a little longer staring up at this beautiful scene.  As you are looking up --- it's energy beams will be washing down on you and WASHING AWAY any attachments you have to anything that does not serve you.
FEEL cleansed, BE cleansed of your 'old way' of looking at things, your 'old way' of doing things and step into a NEW way of BEing.
Fresh minded, clear headed, positive, powerful and forward thinking - THIS is the weekend to step into a  POWERFUL NEW BEGINNING.
