Living with GRATITUDE



There are so many things to be grateful for.
And yes, at some times for sure we FEEL more grateful than others in fact, there are times when we have to REMIND ourselves (and sometimes remind others!) to be grateful.
Sometimes we can be pulled into a mode of thinking or behaviours that does not support a grateful way of existence.
WHAT? A GRATEFUL WAY OF EXISTENCE?!  What is that?

LIVING GRATEFULLY enables you to be in a constant state where you are thankful for others, thankful for your Self, thankful for the wonderful phone call from a friend and EVEN, thankful for the person who spoke very harshly to you earlier in the day.  Why would we be grateful for someone speaking harshly to us?  This event allowed us to stand physically in this moment and yet rise above other's actions and hold our own energy strongly and calmly while this moment passed and we were simply allowed to move on with our day.
OR HOWEVER, you choose to view each moment of angst, worry or anxiety AS there will always be those moments throughout our Life Path.  Always.  HOWEVER we can learn to accept these moments as 'blips on the radar' and CONTINUE to live gratefully --- as each and every moment - whether happy, anxious, worrisome or joyful - are all learning moments on our pathway.

They are all moments 
which are fully orchestrated and timed Divinely on our Path
so that we may move forward 
stronger, wiser and - more gratefully.
