THIS IS IT!! Renew, rejuvenate, REFRESH!!!!

and so it begins
TODAY
This is it ~ the season of RENEWAL.
DO NOT miss this bus!!   We ALL have this EQUAL OPPORTUNITY for the next 60 days....
THIS IS A TIME OF RENEWAL
I want to be clear in that I am not just 'whistling Dixie' here, or blowing around 'abundance-isms' per se....
The next 60 days is CRUCIAL
for those that are TRULY looking to round a corner....
ALL ABOARD!

This is a time where we can truly learn to live present moment - it is ONLY in present moment where we are able to feel, be and share TRUE JOY and peace and calm and contentment and ALL the things we TRULY desire......present moment is where it is at and the next 60 days is presented to us energetically at this point on MANY of our Paths as an opportunity to reach out and grab this....
THIS
is NOT about EFFORTING forward, writing/saying/speaking/recording/listening/writing our affirmations, ticking off all of our abundance list to-do's.....
this is about
sitting
being present
BREATHING
smiling
ALLOWING
your SELF
to BE
in this moment.  
THIS moment is awesome ~ you know why?
because it is REAL
and we are here on this physical plane TO BE REAL. with others and with ourSelves. so BE REAL.
and be REALLY INSIDE this moment.....with me :)
I FULLY intend to enJOY the next 60 days learning and relearning, catching mySelf on my 'kneejerks' and learning again.....to be REALLY IN this moment.
This is good.
This is going to be a Great time. for me and for many.....thank you for joining me....in the Now :)
refresh, rejuvenate, revitalize and renew....in this moment....with me.

ENERGY FLOW - Make the CHOICE!!!

and YES!  Energy flow IS A CHOICE.
(I am naturally assuming you know what I mean by Energy flow, yes?  LIFE FORCE ENERGY - that which flows within us all ~ moves within us emotionally, spiritually(mentally) and physically every second, every minute, every hour, every day....well, you get me! :)
This Energy and the amount you have of it....is a CHOICE.

Every moment you are making a conscious or subconscious decision to have more of it...
or have less of it.
so.......?
WHAT IS YOUR CHOICE?

I know what my choice has been and I also what my choice will continue to be .... I know that the people I am fortunate to have connected with in my circle as friends, colleagues, peers, clients, course participants and even as especially YOU! my 'bloggy' friends.......
ARE ALL making that choice with me also! HOW DO I KNOW THIS?
because as I decide that I want MORE ENERGY for myself to move forward on my Life Path then I GET THAT ENERGY and as I GET THAT ENERGY
I GIVE THAT ENERGY!!!!
and when I GIVE THAT ENERGY.....that flows out to situations, people, relationships, events, globally even and I ATTRACT SAME ENERGY BACK to me.
I KNOW it works because I have tried it.

NOT tried it for a weekend and nothing happened that was overwhelmingly great, I didn't get EXACTLY what I was asking for even though I was wearing my crown as the reigning "Miss Merry Sunshine" pageant winner.......
no.....
I HAVE BEEN VIGILANT and turned this PERCEPTION CHANGE, this CHOICE into a daily journey and indeed
into a NEW WAY of CHOOSING TO LIVE OPTIMALLY THROUGH INCREASED ENERGY.

BE VIGILANT.

There are MANY MANY ways of making this choice and sticking with this choice (and will be featured in my ENERGY LIGHT HEALING workshops and courses offered in online versions (stay tuned for Fall rollout :) and also some live workshops also (dates TBA)

However, one important way to go about MAKING THIS CHOICE TODAY is by simply ....thinking positively.....positive thoughts.  
(and just before you roll your eyes ....as I KNOW we all have been inundated with this message and 'abundance-isms' as I call them ...but STAY WITH ME here...)

ENERGY FLOW ---- How do I feel 'more like ME'???

HERE'S THE THING PEOPLE,
Sooooo, many times in the last number of days (weeks, months!! haha!) BUT seriously and INCREASINGLY the last number of days we are talking about

HOW DO IN INCREASE MY ENERGY?
How do I

FOCUS ON ME.......specifically
NOT in a SELFISH way.....but
I AM BEING CALLED TO FOCUS ON ME

AND...many responses have been .... (after crickets chirping....).....

I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THAT

I know how to 'do that' for others.....
(I have mastered that)
I know how to 'do that' in my head....
(have the certificate framed in the living room)

but
NOW IS THE TIME

for ME to do that

FOR REAL....

how do I?
PEOPLE?  It is easier than you think :)
and believe me when I tell you,
YOU ARE READY.....
:)
and so am I !!!!
(so as my boys know (my 12&13 yr old boys know)
that WHEN WE ARE READY?????
then I am in FULL IN
and we are 'BARRELLING FORWARD!!"

Just as our picture symbolizes
this is a SEASON of journeying forth solo?

follow your heart, yes ~ by all means. 

and ALSO, while you are following your heart (your 'gut instinct', your intuition) notice also your thoughts, your thought processes

notice which thoughts your mind ~ your physical mind ~ seems to dwell on.....which thoughts does your physical mind seem to be happiest to continue to return to.....

do THESE thoughts work FOR you???

if so?  well done you. This is EXACTLY where your Higher Self needs you to be....

and if not?  well, here's a tip..... :)

change the channel. 

that's right. 

GET UP, say 'ENOUGH!' and change the channel 

"I will ONLY have thoughts that support ME" 

and then?

smile. 

BREATHE. 

smile again.

To be 'GREAT FULL'

Sit, stand, meditate, ponder, smile, wonder, MARVEL, question, accept, BELIEVE.....
do anything, but DO SOMETHING !  :)  as you join me on the edge of the world this upcoming weekend to simply enJOY timespent......
timespent doing all, some, one of the things I ~  together with my Angels  ~  have suggested here....

THROW YOUR ARMS OPEN INTO THE NIGHT and be thankful, be grateful and in so doing

be GREAT FULL.

Sometimes this is an easy place to be - grateful. Of course we are grateful! Things are going GREAT!  One thing after another seems to be just clicking into place, work is going along swimmingly, maybe made a couple of new friends, kids doing well at school, financially fairly balanced (or maybe WOW!! What a boon!  - good for you! :)  ..... regardless, how did you get here?
Where things always so 'great'? Was it always this easy to be 'great full'?  Or was there also a time when you had to (drag yourself) get out of bed and wipe your bleary eyes and however dismally and yet with a persevering stature....'arrange yourself' for the day?

**notice my use of the word 'persevere' which by the way....is the quality I admire MOST in anyone or anything :) **


So if you are seated on the 'Throne of Great' today - enJOY - IT IS A GRAND VIEW!!
and if you feel like you are on the 'Path to Great' I encourage you as your Angels encourage you - as they have and do encourage me on a regular basis as I have 'kicked my door open' to their assistance -
to KICK YOUR DOOR OPEN to your Angels ability to assist you on the Path.....and FIND YOUR WAY this weekend to the edge of the world and JOIN ME!
